Hello everyone,

                         Downloaded defeat and it's great but I seem to only get, Kill or Revive options. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Sheathe your weapon before you press the "E" key and you'll get the rob and rape options.

can some one explain to me how to be an aggressor using defeat.

 

i don't understand it. i hit the Hotkey G.

 

the camera does something strange

and the enemy keeps attacking me. am i missing something??

Hitting the G key just means you attempt to grapple them. It doesn't always work, the chance is based on a number of things. If you fail then combat keeps going as you have seen, if it works you will grab them and grapple them. At that point you can try to overpower them and knock them to the ground. Once you do that sheath your weapons and speak to them to get options.

Hummm I just had a thought abotu the hotkey issues people are reporting. I've never had it but people complained about the same problem happening in VT. I fixed it by creating a player alias that reregisters my hotkeys on every game load, I think it's probably a good idea to do it with other SKSE registration commands too

Hotkeys are refreshed each reload or when the hotkey is changed in mcm and hotkeys for the QTE are registered at the same time as the bar appears, it's really just because left & right strafe dosen't exist with a pad or because the scene for the escape dosen't start properly.

 

I'm currently trying to add DA support, I need to make further tests.

And I need to clean some dialogues from bugs for surrender and good to go. :)

Hi, just a question, I'm actually not all that fond of DA. If you add DA support will I still be able to use Defeat without it or will it be needed? Thanks.

May I ask a question? I've start a new game without installing the defeat V5 plugin, and then install it, but I still can not see this in MCM, I have install the newest sexlab framework, skyui, skse and fnis.

 

what 's wrong with it?

Most likely so far Goubo has made just about everything optional. Such as robbed, wake up in a inn etc and all the fraction ones already have sliders so they will be optional. I imagine any DA support will as well.

Did you run FNIS after installing defeat? Also how long did you wait? It can sometimes take several minutes for a mod to show up in the MCM menu. Which one of the three to did download and install? Finally how did you install defeat? With NMM, MO or manually?

I'm not 100% sure if it is this mod but someone might be able to help me out. When I get knocked down then raped my character just sits on the ground and wont do anything. Same thing with an auto flee from battle. Any help would be nice. Oh and I shut that sit on the ground animation off and still character does it.

Fix is coming, use clean up function for now.

Of course it will be optional, It will just detect if DA is enabled.

This is an absolutely fantastic mod. Thank you for making this, it is a lot of fun and adds another level to the game.

 

A couple incompatibilities that I have noticed so far is with "Beastiality Rape" - basically the two mods combined fight with each other for control, and sometimes it ends up with you getting raped from just getting hit, front on, full health, full stanima , which makes for some funny scenarios.

 

Alternate Defeat, which is used for SD+ the slavery defeat mod can sometimes conflict with this as well, which puts you in a state of perpetual downship, as the two mods try to determine which is going to be effective. It is not to the point that its completely imcompatable but it does fight with itself sometimes.

 

Also I have noticed that if you turn off companions in the first menu (players and companions raping) you will also have to turn it off int he NPC section to keep your companions from raping everything around here. 

 

Mages seem to have trouble raping the player.

 

If there is someone on another level (IE second floor of a dungeon room with a ramp) they have problems getting down to the players level, resulting in a paused scenario, as it tries to wait for the other actor to get to the player from the higher level, which they can not seem to do.

 

I have also noticed that sometimes when there are multiple actors involved or around the area, it will sometimes bug out and keep you where you can't turn the camera or move the character. This usually happens like when I was a vampire and couldn't go into a city with out being attacked, as more guards came to fight me, they wouldn't be locked out of combat, so they would attack me while i was being ravaged by the first set of guards, which would then knock me down a second time, and it got messy from there.

 

I love your mod, please keep up the good work on this. I have used it in conjunction with a plethora of other sexlab mods, and non sexy time mods, and so far have not really run into other problems.

In case it's not been reported I noticed a bit of an oddity doing some testing on SL Wear and Tear.

 

I attacked a horse and afterwards it spoke the "what have we here" and then robbed me. Not sure a non humanoid would do this :)

So... For the problem with the characters just facing each other instead of iniating agressive animations there is no solution to that problem except playing a new save ? 

 

Edit : Hum, it also don't work on a new save. To trigger the animation I have to go into the MCM menu.

Can't seem to get the rescue function to work. Companion gets raped, I run up weapon drawn and spam G but nothing happens. Occasionally I get the option to masturbate. Cleaning the mod didn't help. Action button works for other things, just not rescuing.

 

Also seems like even though I have "ALL DOWN" set for player victim, my companion immediately goes down when I do.

Awesome! I love DA, so much better than reloading all the time.

 

One thing I've noticed with Defeat, when things seem to work amid the present bugs, is in some small areas you can't run far enough away to 'clear' some of the status effects. I found this in one of the forts (I forget which) with one of the smaller 'officers quarters' that's seperate from the main interior.

 

Couldn't activate things (I think that's by design with the debuffs?), so I couldn't exit or anything. Had to use the clean function.

Is anyone else having a problem with creatures when they get done raping they don't become aggressive again, humans work fine though.

 

Sometimes the opposite, actually, with combat not stopping at all.

 

Generally speaking, I tend to find creatures are immediately aggressive right after combat ends, making escape extremely difficult. It's a bit too much sometimes, more annoying than anything else. Creatures aren't queuing up at all, either, just attacking and (usually) pausing while one rapes my PC, then attacking again...cycle repeats.

 

Sure, never ending beast rape is a fun fantasy, but in practice it can get pretty irritating when you have to reload in order to get out of it. ;)

I have had both happen in the same scenario (one, then reload then the other).  I've found that hitting Clean on Defeat before the encounter begins seems to make the trigger more consistently work and hitting it after makes everything aggro again, so there's a bit of a workaround for now.

I think that dialog "what have we here" comes from Deviously Helpless, but I could be wrong.

 

My horse is always commenting on how dirty I look when get a STD. Maybe we can create an offshoot character build called the Equineborn. Report to the stables to learn more. :P
