D_ManXX2 Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 i can't really say it works 100% i got some problems with defeat mainly at the beginning of the game when you start at the card and need to follow 1 of the npc's like ralof my character stop moving and i need to keep clicking on the short cut button the clean defeat. then my character moves again i need to keep using it till my cuffs are taken off. Now i am not sure if is the defeat for real could also be zaz acting up, submit mcm menu does not even show up anymore on my mcm menu. So there could be many mods broken for the most part. when using 1.5.1

Since the last version of SL Defeat works reaaally good, i´d love to have that mode again.

WaxenFigure Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 If the MCM menu doesn't show up it is a problem with the MCM Menu code and not the mod trying to create the menu or the newly upgraded Sexlab Framework. Open the console and enter "setStage SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1" to get the MCM Menu to be rebuilt which will fix the problem.

It was reported a few times for my Captures mod too buuuuut I never managed to reproduce the issue. Actually I reproduced it once: but then immediately after that I discovered it was only because I derped and accidentally disabled the esp ^^ The only other thingy I can kinda imagine could be the cause is trying to do a "clean save" between updates but that's unlikely because everyone knows it's an awful idea that should be avoided at all costs in skyrim... riiiiight? Everyone knows that right? ^^

(and in that case it always mean that a clean update is not possible) You can set timescale 1000000 and wait a couple of seconds and revert it back to 20 and its just as good as a clean save. Also using a save cleaner to clean scripts you don't need is good.

Normally I don't do that unless the mod recommends it and most times I have no trouble. But sometimes if you do have trouble with a normal update doing a "clean save" will fix the problem. So like most things there is a time and place for it.

Defeat is a must have for me and already had too update to 1.50+ to make sure my stuff would be compatable.

naqn Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 I'd like to suggest that there be an option to increase the waiting time for player while being knocked down in battle. Sometimes one and half minute isn't enough for me to trigger all the sex scene since NPCs are coming from miles away..

Actually I reproduced it once: but then immediately after that I discovered it was only because I derped and accidentally disabled the esp ^^ Seen it with Better Vampires and Estrus Charus myself, though I remember reading it was an issue with SKSE not always loading the menus properly for mods in indices past 127. Which apparently was fixed with 1.7, and I can't say I've had the Better vampires menu gone missing since.
