Hello, I have tested the newest version but there're still some problems. Since my dragonborn was tied up and left in the wild, and I try to press the struggle key to loose the rope but suddenly the bandits were all return and the mod said I was attempting to submit to them again, even though the bandits had already walked far far away. This situation was keep happening again and again just like a dead circle then my dragonborn just stuck there and I have to load the previous save... Is there any solution for this?

 

Anyway, thanks for the good work again!

That is a feature if you are spotted trying to escape they come back for another go. You can adjust the chance of being spotted and how hard it is to untie yourself. I am not sure if you can turn this off or not. If you find it happening to much adjust the chance of it happening in the MCM menu.

Greetings,

 

I am using the latest version, if I am not mistaken and I am one of those having the "you're still in combat" message and then getting "your wounds are mortal" and then dieing. So because this was my fourth mod ever when I started skyrim and I am fond of it, I pretty much ran all over the place testing it and seeing if I could get it to work properly. Honestly this is the first time its just not worked for me. So.. after much running around and attempting submits, because even the manual submit was not working. Putting the slider to 2k didn't work either. FInally I got it fire a few times in jorvaskar.. attacked a few in there and then submitted to them, they would do their thing and before she was tied actually I'd get the "you're still in combat" message, then she'd get tied up and kneel and then I'd work on freeing here. Here's the log. I checked it for SLsubmit and its in there. Unfortunately I cannot make heads or tails of it all, but I hope its of some kind of use.

I am getting the message sometimes as well. So far it is still working, I just get the message about still in combat then a couple of seconds later it works anyways. So far at least it is always working. But I have not had time to play a lot here lately so have only tested it a few times.

hi, every time i submit to an enemy i and my follower get belted etc. from the sexlab submit and devious devices mod, and just lying on the ground, i cant move or do something, any solution out there?

The intended purpose is so that you don't get stuck in the middle of a sex scene with things still trying to kill you.

 

The problem seems to be some user are still getting considered in combat despite the calm effect that should be applied to everything within 2000 units.

 

That is the part I don't understand, as that scenario seems contrary to my own testing.

Pretty much done with the Serana plugin, other than some testing, except for one little hangup.

 

Apparently, http://www.creationkit.com/GetIsAliasRef doesn't work so well when trying to reference an alias from ANOTHER quest in dialog conditions.  I reference two aliases in the base Submit quest to determine when you have 1 or 2 partners following you to a private place, and then letting you pick up with the sexins, but I can't seem to find an easy way to reference them from within the plugin's quest.

 

I guess I could create a script that basically takes the 2 aliases and moves their actor ref into 2 copies of the original alias that are in the plugin's quest, but that just seems stupid to have to do that.  But, as dumb as that sounds, that may be the only way.  :unsure:

 

Edit: Oh wait, I can also just add those alias ref's to a short term faction as well.  That should work.

I've only seen the "you're still in combat" problem once, but I'll explain how it happened in case that will contribute to discovering the problem.

 

I was using AFT and was doing the Companion's quest to find the first fragment of Wuuthrad, so in addition to my AFT follower I had Farkas along with my Dragonborn.  The 3 of them encountered 3 or 4 Silver hand members, and the Dragonborn got smashed by one of the silver hands.  I got the message about attempting to submit and losing gold/equipment, but Farkas then killed the silver hand that my character had submitted to before the animation for submission and binding could occur.  The calm spell did get cast, because all combat ceased, but my DB had no one left to submit to, and I got the "you're still in combat" message.  All I could do was recover the gold and equipment from the dead enemy, and then attack the (now) peaceful silver hands to finish the battle.

So I ran into a strange issue, and I'm wondering if anyone else has hit something similar.  This may also just be me and my setup, too.  Anyway:

 

I started noticing that I wasn't seeing the cutscene/finishing moves anymore.  Also, I was oddly winding up staggered seemingly out of nowhere, even when I was at high health, often when it seemed like a cutscene ought to have fired.  I was playing with Deathproof off, since I was also using Defeat, partly because I wanted the option to use Submit aggressively, but also because I've become somewhat used to having the persuade options (love those by the way).

 

As a test, I tried starting up a new game without Submit at all, and finishing moves are suddenly working perfectly again, and I'm not getting staggered/knocked down for no reason.

 

So has anyone run into this?  Is it a mod incompatibility issue possibly, or do I have a setting screwed up somewhere?

The only reason you should see "staggered" type behavior from Submit is if you fail a grapple attempt, they push you off.  Also, a failed bribe attempt, because you insulted them and they push you back.

 

Other than that, there should be no reason to get staggered due to Submit.

 

However, isn't getting knocked down and such pretty much what Defeat does?  You get knocked down and then have to do like a little mini-game to try and keep them off so you can get back up before you fully lose?

I'll see if I can't mess around with it and see if I can draw out what condition or combination of mods/settings is causing it better.

Oh, I think I know what you are talking about now.  I removed the "getting punched" part because there was the problem of, when there are lots of guys standing around, especially after the 2nd/3rd round of stuff, the dude swinging accidentally hitting his buddy, making them go agro.

I'm getting a weird problem. I just updated to the latest version, and the speechcraft options aren't appearing in conversation with anyone. I think I have everything configured properly in MCM... anyone got any ideas?

 

Edit: Never mind, I'm an idiot. I had the gender preferences set wrong. Oops...

You see, I was attack by female vampire on the road. Since she was cute and was hard to submit, I submitted myself to her for I wanted her.. hehe. But when I submitted myself to her she fed on me although "vampire's feeding on submission" was unchecked in MCM. As, I said, no problem, I healed myself from vampire's "poison", but maybe somebody else will experience the same problem and wouldn't like it.

Naw, that option was purely for the PLAYER, because if you feed, you get reset to stage 1, and I didn't want to force players that wanted to remain in stage 2-4 to get reset.

 

If a NPC attacks you?  Oh no, fair game, they are going to want a taste. ;)

Yes, that is what I meant.  The MCM option is only for *YOU*, the player, to have a choice if you bite a victim.  There is no choice if a NPC vampire is the victor, they will bite you, because you are food. :P

  • Added support for Serana and her custom voice set.  This plugin in 100% optional.  In order to use it, you must download http://www.loverslab.com/topic/26307-shared-serana-dialogue-modders-resource/ along with the Sexlab Submit Serana plugin.  Also requires Dawnguard DLC.
  • Removed the Global check for active followers in case follower mods are resetting the Global to allow for multiple followers to be added.  Only making a Teammate >= 1 check now.

Yes, that is what I meant.  The MCM option is only for *YOU*, the player, to have a choice if you bite a victim.  There is no choice if a NPC vampire is the victor, they will bite you, because you are food. :P

I keep getting a CTD right after the npcs cloths come off before the animation plays im not sure if that could be a mod conflict or something else? Any help would be greatly appreciated. =)

If your PC is the same sex as the NPC ya trying to strip see if the game crashes when you take off the PC's armour (if PC is different sex just make a female char and then take clothes off soon as you can), if it is then its a texture/bone issue

Wow thanks for the fast response! Yea when I try to take off my characters armor it causes a CTD with any armor. I am using the UNPB BBP body and it has never done this before installing this mod/skylab framework. Any ideas how to fix it?
