I just downloaded and installed this mod, but when I select the option for 'diplomacy' for the orcs. I keep getting the error message that a valid animation couldn't be found. I have all three of the animation packs in the mod description. What am I missing?

Just updated this to 1.4, but had this problem in 1.3 as well.

 

Im at Illusion 50. I have Greater Calm, Calm, etc.

 

I cast on a giant, they calm...but they don't accept talk input. I go up to them while calm, hit E...and nothing. In searching the thread, I've noticed others have had this issue off and on as well. Is there any trick to get the interaction working once they've been calmed?

 

Overall, I like the mod...just want to get this bit working..

This seems to be working well for me, great mod.

I was a bit confused by the Charm aspect of the creature quests, as I'm pretty sure that Charm spells got dropped in SE?  Googled that and also did an AddItem search which seemed to confirm it.  Kyne's Peace seems  to work fine though.

I've had this issue as well in my current playthrough. Not just with this mod but others as well. Not all the time but fairly frequent especially with creatures.

I don't know how to fix it but I have found that saving, quitting, and reloading makes the dialogue work again. Might not be an identical issue ... for me the dialogue line appears but won't respond to mouse or keyboard input sometimes unless I do the save-quit-reload thing.

It's likely a mod load order issue, where my mod is being overridden by something else you have enabled.

 

I make an edit to the creatures races (eg. Giants, Wolves, things you don't normally have a "Greet" activate option for). My edit enables talking to some creatures. I should note that I don't affect creatures themselves. Just their races.

Set my mod to load later in your mod order. That should fix it and allow you to talk to them.

 

If you want to have the changes that this mod makes to those races alongside whatever other mods affect the race, then use something like MergePlugins or WryeBash to create a patch for yourself.

Hello fans and friends of the mod!

 

I've uploaded version 1.4 (Expansion 1) for public release! This was previously only available on my Patreon, and adds a tremendous amount of fresh content. You can see that the file size has nearly doubled! That's because I've given you all 10 New Deeds! All of them are synthetically voiced. Check out what they are on the mod description page, and download the new free expansion!

 

I have started work on Expansion 2. The next expansion adds a feature designed for Male characters, enabling your Follower to perform Dirty Deed scenes for you! This option will be delivered in a new MCM menu, alongside other settings that let you tweak aspects of the mod, such as modifying gold rewards.

 

This is going to be a laborious expansion for me to work on, as I have to rewrite the scripts for every type of Deed to enable your Follower to do them instead.

 

As well, I've decided to add the feature to perform alongside your Follower, as a "Dual Performance", and adding both of your Sex Skills together for bonus gold reward calculation. This will make it profitable to have and train a follower to help you with Deeds.

 

I have also come up with a creative solution for Creature deeds, where there are few animations for 2 humans and 1 creature — instead I will be queuing up 2 separate scenes, for a possible total of 2 humans and 6 creatures simultaneously — something that I think creature fans will find very enticing! If there is only 1 creature and 2 humans? Either you or your follower (randomly decided) will do a masturbation scene.

 

If you have chosen not to participate alongside your follower, you are be free to move and do anything while the scene plays. In my testing, this can include starting a Deed scene yourself.

 

When I do something, I like to do it right. So please don't be discouraged if it takes me a few months to release Expansion 2.

It's not. I dropped it to last in my LO. Same result.

Sadly it does not. I've noticed some other weirdness since installing it and its prerequisites (missive porn, etc). Also, since updating to 1.4, I have not gotten any of the new Dirty Deeds, they don't show on the missive's board at all, the horse encounter does not seem to trigger, etc. That's not to say the weirdness is a direct result of Dirty Deeds, my evidence is anecdotal. So I'm going to do a strip down of my load order, reconfigure, add and remove things...and take it from there. 

 

So, in closing...I think I'll start a new game and remove Missive's altogether from my LO (the whole Missives mod ecosystem). I think I'll take my next play through in a different direction. I may come back to it in a few months, see how things have evolved. It's a neat mod idea, I hope you keep working on it, and expanding it.

Just dropping this for reference, i haven't tried any of the creature deeds before (never managed to raise my illusion skill high enough to calm the creature anyway) but recently i found out that on a new game with CCAS alternate start i could TEST myself with some giants, and once i was done i got the notification that the giant deeds was done and i should report back to uthgerd to cash in my gold. So it's probably possible to do the creature deeds with other mods too, i'll probably try some stuff with aroused creature and see what happens...

 

Anyway thx Questwave for the mod, looking forward to the next updates, just started a new game couple of days before you release the latest update, but will probably start another one soon to try it, cheers

Hi, could I request an option for the DD to reward perk points or gold instead of dragon souls? Just for us who aren't rping as the Dragonborn

I do really like this mod, but in the end, it was still way too much quest log clutter for me. I understand that it has been reduced, and doing moreso is a tough task. I tried to convince myself for a while that it wasn't that big of a deal, but in the end, it was. Looking forward to a time when it may happen, but either way, great mod aside from that one issue.

That originally happened with me, who also tried with Belethor first. I just left and came back later, and it worked the second time. Possibly after a restart, but I forget. Not that you haven't already tried that, but it doesn't seem to be known what causes it for some people.

What I do for any clutter issues is simply carry the deed documents around with me, and when I want to do a deed, only then will I click on the deed to activate the quest.  I never keep all the deeds up simultaneously; only when I want to do one.  Works well for me.  Can be really useful, if you want do some extra polishing for Belethor (or any of the one off deeds).  Click on the deed for polishing event #1.  Talk to him, then polish his dirty business.  Let the deed complete.  Click on his deed document again, talk to him again, and then polish him off again.  Can be repeated as many times as desired.

For any of the Do X NPC, Y times, plus Z times for extra credit, I will wait until I get a related quest(s) near the mark, and only then activate the accumulator style deed.  For instance, if I get a giant bounty from the tavern, I will head out to the named giant camp, and find the bounty target.  From stealth, I will click the giant deed, hit him with a calm spell, pop out of stealth, lower my weapons, and then ask him to "dance".  He laughs, we fuck.  If there is still time on the Calm, I ask him again.  We fuck again.  If the Calm has expired, I hit him again with Calm, lower my weapons, and ask.  Yup, we fuck again.  It's like a little dance routine, I fondly refer to as; Fucking with Giants.  Once the deed has been satisfied; "Thanks for the fun big boy, and sorry about this..."  ~deadly stab~ Then collect his head... Then, back to town to turn everything in.   

Note: must be out of stealth to ask creatures, and I find it works better if my weapons are lowered.  I've also seen issues where me and the creature are at different elevations; and sometimes, they may not have the dialogue available.  Circle around them, and get on their level, and it usually works.  That is a known Skyrim issue, which happens with other mods too (Heartbreaker is especially sensitive to elevation issues, and uses a similar approach).

I did consider the keeping a stack of notes in my inventory thing, but tbh, the way my brain works, it would just shift it from quest log clutter to inventory clutter. Which I also try to keep as cleared out as I can despite the need to collect/hoard everything. LOTD usually comes in handy there with most inventory. It's a me problem I realize.

I handle giants and other creatures similarly, but also use One with Nature as well. After I use calm and do my thing, I use it to start to slowly raise their disposition to me. I consider it as word starting to get around about me in the case of giants, or with other creatures, them starting to recognize my pheromones. Not the most realistic maybe, but considering the rest of the world, it works in my head.

Same.. I try with the guard quest, no dialogue show up...

This edits some NPCs, so for testing purposes (of course testing ?) I've whipped up a few patches.

 

  • Cutting Room Floor - Minor thing, copies over the dead body handling (from USSEP) for Gestur Rockbreaker and gives him his house key. (Note: Cutting Room floor I think can only be grabbed at Arthmoor's place now. Hence no link. This is based on Cutting Room Floor 3.1.12. With my luck there's a new one. ?)
  • Kalilies Patch - Makes Swanhvir not a hideous troll. ? (For Kalilies!)
  • Pandorables Patch - Returns Roggi and Gemma to a non-troll status. Fixes Lleril, Adril, and Cindiri to non-nightmarish-monster status. (Note this is for Pandorables NPCs, Pandorables Males 2 AND Pandorables Dragonborn! It's an all in one.)

Generally I've noticed SL DD is not copying over USSEP fixes. However given the ... "issues" with USSEP lately that's probably for the best. (Mainly just dead body stuff and who kills them anyway?)

Incidentally.... noticed your comment up there about creature dialog. Version 1.4 doesn't appear to have any such edits to races. I checked version 1.33 and sure enough, race edits. Granted things like Rieklings already have enabled dialog, but things like seekers don't.

 

Did a few quick tests on wolves. 1.4 - no dialog. 1.33 - dialog. Adding the ability to talk to wolves fixed 1.4.
