The body I'm not sure. It looks like a shirtless version of Letho's or Geralt's armour.

I unfortunately don't have any pics of it, but I can do my best to describe it. First thing to mention is that I'm sure I got it from the Nexus. If memory serves me right it, it was a very lore friendly garment and looked like something a commoner would wear. It was a dark green and very much in the style of vanilla male clothing, with full trousers. The key aspect of it was that it had completely exposed arms. If it helps I used to use it with a hunter character to wear walking around his house in the wilderness of Falkreath. Hope you know what I'm talking about, any help finding this would be great
