Lessee...Well, the cloak is either the dark blue/purple or a recoloured black/red of the Cloak of Lace for Lady. I've found another Elsa mod with the same hair - appears to be Skysims Hair 206 (Elsa). Dress appears to be a recoloured version of Elven Dresses by Naihaan. The actual race/face you would use for her, on the other hand, will be a bit harder. Could probably use Pretty Face or Enhanced Character Edit to make it. Maybe Lovergirls, but it seems to be down right now.

It was here and on the Nexus before it was taken down due to people saying it was breaking saves? I deleted it but not sure if I got all the files and want to google it because I remember there being a uninstall walkthrough. I unfortunately don't have any pics of it, but I can do my best to describe it. First thing to mention is that I'm sure I got it from the Nexus. If memory serves me right it, it was a very lore friendly garment and looked like something a commoner would wear. It was a dark green and very much in the style of vanilla male clothing, with full trousers. The key aspect of it was that it had completely exposed arms. If it helps I used to use it with a hunter character to wear walking around his house in the wilderness of Falkreath. Hope you know what I'm talking about, any help finding this would be great Hate to bump, but err... bump.
