He has some kind of pack and that specific armor is thankfully available as a single download. The fur collar thing isn't part of it, I forget what it's called but I seem to remember hothtrooper making it.

Im big into realism and would love to find a mod with a belt that looks like its holding my weapon sheathe up. Currently im using UN7B for a body and 7b remodeled armor sometimes I hop bodys but usually stick with a unp or 7b body and I do not care if its part of a armor/clothing set as long as its separate from the armor/clothing. I did have one I liked before but dont know what mod it was from anymore. Moving my request to a more appropriate thread I spotted a little bit ago.

I've never seen a font mod like the one you want, but I use this one, Main Font Replacement, the Centaur large version is my favorite, you can try this one and see if it suits you !!!
