The Visigoths and their mercenaries gather before the city... ...The fools though we were not ready for them... Oh how wrong they were... ...The battle commenced! The enemy approached with their engines of war and we responded in kind... ...It prove for naught however... the enemy were at the walls and the gates were shattered moments before the ram was cracked open like an egg... ...The savages swarmed the battlements with great force and eventually overwhelmed the first lines of defense... ...The enemy seemed unstopable until they reached our secondary make shift barricades which proved more reliable in keeping the enemy back.. ...With the right flank securely under control the crumbling left flank fell back to regroup and mount a second defensive line... Though exhausted from assaulting the walls the Germans soon followed after them... ...The General sent the legion's light cavalry reserves to intercept the enemy and allow the exhausted and battered Legio Infantry some time to rest and reorganize... The Cavalry's unexpected charge was a bloody venture... ...Though ultimately they too succumbed to the sheer number of our enemy and where quickly slaughtered, too few made it back to report back for a second charge... ...The light cavalry's sacrifice was not in vain, the Legion had just enough time to re-organize before the Germans caught up to them... ...The final clash was finally upon us, with the high ground the remaining crossbowmen were more deadly than the remaining imperial heavy infantry... the Germans were slaughtered to man... ...The Empire had finally scored its first victory against the Visigoths though at a cost, much of the Legion sustained heavy losses and it would take many a season for them to recover... -Unknown Historian
Guest endgameaddiction Posted August 1, 2015 Posted August 1, 2015 Bored of Skyrim and trying out RAGE for the first time. Seems pretty cool although I am not a fan for FPS. But it's better that way than watching a male character since I am stuck playing as a male protagonist. Trying to get used to the keys to play it. I already failed my first session trying to throw wingsticks because I couldn't figure out the key for it. I'll look it up on the menu screen next time I get on it. Edit: This game is pretty cool. Not sure all the fuss about it. I read it's only 7 hours of gameplay or so. Not bad for a FPS, though.

pinky6225 Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Got Elder Scrolls Online at a 33% discount so been trying that now as they have dropped the subscription fee It's okay, bit WoWish and the graphics aren't as good as my skyrim with ENB but its quite well populated and fun still Not so sure how only being able to have 5 active moves/abilities at a time is going to work out though as it seems a bit limited
Chbaakal Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Got back into Skyrim recently, checking out the Falskaar mod. It's pretty good, but it annoys me to have to follow some damn NPCs around for the main quest. As an Archer/Thief, I'd rather sneak around and handle the enemies myself instead of waiting for my 'allies' to get the hell outa the way for a clean shot! I'm also planning to upgrade Sexlab, SKSE, and the rest. Just hope I haven't forgotten anything that will be needed for a smooth transition from the old to the new. Hate having to hunt down something I've done wrong, only to find out I'd have to start all over.... .

Or Sims 3/4 to seduce someone, sell their house and lock them in a dungeon as money making machines and living snacks for my vampires. I haven't played Sims 4 in ages and hopefully it was patched to run a little faster than Skyrim with really intensive ENB, 4k textures and maxed out OBIS spawns. Hopefully.
