Select the Plugins tab on the left, then double-click on The Will of Atom.esp to bring up its details. Change the Group to 'Low Priority Overrides', then on the top bar hit 'Sort Now'. That'll move it towards the end of your load order.

Just like some others, I have the issue with waypoints not showing up. It has happened in two instances. First one I fixed with the Enlightment quest. I found that having multiple quests tracked when talking to Anastasia may cause the game to not trigger the quest Enlightment. As said, I figured if I only tracked "The Will of Atom" quest line it works fine however after gaining enlightenment and Anastasia sends you to the cabin, there once again is no waypoint. I have tried multiple fixes such as moving the mod last in my load order and not skipping AAF scenes with no success. I did however play with the Depravity mod which has some quests around the glowing sea. I did uninstall it but with no success, but the locations were still discovered. Would  i need a clean save to fix the issue?

After changing load order or adding/removing mods, it's always best to make a clean save. A quest will fail to start if the game can't find any of the references specified in its aliases. (Things like triggers, markers, etc.)

I'm currently moving places, so I don't have much time to work on the mod atm, but the new quest is finished and I'm currently working on the corruption system.

Amazing mod, just a quick quesion though, when you get to the part where you have to "Wait until Atom calls upon you again" I have waited for over a week in game and nothing happens. (I have Anastatia as my companion and i have shown my devotion to Atom multiple times).

Indeed, that is the end of the current version. I'll add a message at the end of the next version to make it clearer where the content ends.

But I wonder if there are several radios in the bunker where the last quest takes place. Some of them broadcast standard stations, while others have mysterious noise described in the terminal notes. Is there any mention of a future update here. Or some kind of secret quest?

No secret quests unfortunately, but the mysterious noise does contain a real message. It can be decoded using context clues from the terminals.

 

Spoiler

 Hint: The containment terminal mentions that the messenger is a 'spectral' being. Perhaps try taking a look at the audio's spectrogram.

Great work with this! Really looking forward to the future releases!

 

2 questions though... Firstly, I've reached the point in the quest 'Wait for Atom to call you again' and have been stuck on it for a few in-game days. How do I proceed or is the quest basically finished?

 

And second (the irritating one), as much as I like Anastasia (especially when applying custom LooksMenu preset for her), I cannot get over the fact how useless she is in combat. She constantly runs back and away from the enemies even though I gave her OP weapon. Totally irrelevant, but is there any way to fix her behavior in combat? Having an aid item to teleport her to player (as seen with Ivy) would make her much more well... usable. Also, on that note, I got pissed and started shooting at her. She became hostile and no matter which weapon I used I couldn't damage her whatsoever. Had to exit the game completely, loosing 30 minutes worth of progress.

 

Other than those (slight) issues, I have nothing else to report. It's refreshing to play as a member of different faction (this mod + Assimilation) and I'm really curious what you've prepared for the next release.

Do you use any companion management mods?  I've never had that issue when running into combat.  Anastasia always stays nearby me.

The "Wait for Atom to call upon you again" step is indeed the end of the current update. The quest will continue from there in the next release.

 

Anastasia is set to the same combat settings as vanilla companions (Aggressive - Max Confidence - Helps Allies). She also uses the vanilla Children of Atom combat style, so that might be contributing to her preference to stay farther away. To keep her closer to you, you could try setting the "Teleport Distance" in MCM to a lower value. Also, she is indeed marked as invulnerable, as I initially wasn't experienced enough with the CK to know how to make her go into a downed state instead of permanently dying. I've since learned how to do that, so I'll change it to that in the next update.

I don't have any companion management mods but I have Arbitration. I think that might be the issue.

Regarding the combat, I think it's Arbitration that's causing the issue. I will mess around with teleport distance settings in MCM and hopefully will set it properly. Nonetheless thanks for replying and keep up the great work!
