I wanted to report a potential conflict with Sounds of Skyrim, it would seem when I attempted to bring up the SOS Menu through the console nothing would happen and instead it PN would give me the info on my bladder and bowels. I am currently playing with the load order to try and remedy this will keep you guys informed as I test further. i guess, the stuff you typed in the console, contains a letter, that's equal to the key, you setup to show PNs status. As for SOS: i switched to CoT Sounds, as Sounds of Skyrim made my game unstable.
SeriousSly Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Facial expressions don't seem to be working for me, whether my characters are bursting or peeing or wetting themselves they stay stonefaced. Did you check the mcm menu under "General"? Also it currently only plays if you are doing it in the wilds and not in an outhouse.I indeed checked it in the MCM menu and did not use an outhouse. It seems that when my characters squat their face gets a little sadder looking but surely that's not the expressions?

I must say you have a damn good point which saddens me because SOS is just so awesome, but yeah now that you mention it my game has become much more unstable since I placed SoS in my List, dropped thank you logic ;p Btw no my check key was not pressed which is what made it so weird.
ballsy Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 I have a feeling that the suitability of certain mfg expressions may greatly differ depending on what the PC looks like. I first noticed this when testing mfg expressions on follower mods had a result that wasn't quite what I expected. If you take into account the user's preferences to the PCs personality, then there's going to be even more variation between players. The only way this could work out for everyone is if a slider option similar to animations also existed for the mfg expressions as well. Sorry to request another feature right off the bat.; good work with the new update.
MonaBabii Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 I think I found another little bug, not sure if it was mentioned before; if so, my apologies! -When you go in one of the Bathhouses but are not standing in a pool/on a shower, and use the Bath spell for the hygiene instead of waiting for an hour, your character will be stuck. The HUD disappears and you lose control over your character. At first I assumed you'd just lose control for the amount of time it takes for the player to actually bathe, but nope, it's indefinitely. Nothing major really, since it's something that only occurs when you attempt to take a bath in a way you're not even supposed to, and it happens inside the bathhouses, you will have an autosave anyway. But hey just throwing it out there, might wanna take a look at it. Cheers!

BETA2 fixes getting stuck after using the Bath spell and removes bathhouse dependency due to some bugs, but not the bug you're talking about.

Activating the Bath power did just nothing at all, so i asumed i tried the wrong spots, trying it simply everywhere w/o any success ... except in almost succeeding to freeze to death. Any support for Bathing Beauties Luxury Suit planned? Definitly works better than Bathhouses, but it's not as immersive.

Not in the luxury suit, as this water may not be reconized, not in any river or sea around Whiterun. Got to investigate this, as it sounds like a problem on my end. But then again: With frostfall installed and enabled, bathing becomes a life threatening action. i ran out of snow berry potions, trying to find a working spot.

You actually do not have to be fully submerged and in treading water in order to bath, well, in fact, it is forbidden!
CGi Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Found the source of the error and shamefully, is was my own mod, i'm working on. -.-But besides that: i didn't try to bath while swimming or diving ^^ and it was actually the chilly air combined with trys in deeper water (still touching the ground ofc), that almost killed my poor kittie.

If I am in a bathhouse -and- in water, spell works wonderfully, and if I wait when there's no water, it also works like a charm. I was just posting that little bug because it's something someone who doesn't read instructions may stumble upon Like I mentioned, it's not a major bug at all. Edit: Unless you were originally intended to use the Bath spell also when you're not in water instead of waiting?

The spell, when cast out of water, should just make the pc become unresponsive for a moment and then return control. I've made it so that regardless of what the script does, it always runs enableplayercontrols at the very end. The new BETA2 removes all the features associated with the bathhouses aside from casting the bath spell in the pool since the bath spell will work as long as you are in water regardless of whether or not it was added by another mod. So waiting should do nothing at all. Though, after reviewing the scripts that integrated my mod with Northern bathhouses I think the "bug" I was trying to fix my not exist at all. I will re-add Northern Bathhouse into Private Needs as an addon esp sometime after Saturday because my birthday's on Saturday.
