OCBP for Fallout 4

I can't get this to work on the NG, I have the FPS compatibility turned on, and I'm using the latest version. But nothing is happening, there aren't any physics. Switching back to 60 FPS doesn't fix it.

Sigh. I know there are lots of pages to read though. /S

Thing is, version 3.1.2 is supposed to work for NG.... at least in theory. I've gotten to work(Unfortunately... don't ask how. I've been randomly downloading and deleting stuff until it.... sorta worked.) every so often but its.... temperamental. It will work sometimes, and not work other times.. and sometimes only the butt jiggles even when nude. Another update is needed, but we'll have to wait.

for me i fixed it when choosing the skeleton for the Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE i left it on vanilla even if i was using the discrete female skeleton cuz i noticed the vanilla version was the only one that had 3BBB on the picture and it worked

Cool. Guess you need to let em know that they’re under your pay and supervision so they need to report to you asap. Good luck with that…lmfao.

In case you didn't know, the author has a life outside of making this mod. You'd know that if you got your head out of your ass.

I get that, it's been since July since this NG version came out and people have been complaining since with no update or anything, no notes, no comments no nothing

In the future, please read other posts (at least recent ones) before asking a question someone else may have answered. This is on the previous page of comments, but subsequent discussion continued onto the current page too:

(Note: I haven't tested it myself, still avoiding upgrading FO4 at the moment.)

i know it old comment but can you share some working file for FG . try all stuff (before NG update was work fine then i try to rebuild mod list for NG and ruin it ) now i go back to old FO4 and need working OCBP/C for FG body . or advise how to make it work ( i forgot how i manage do it before

Both FG and OCBP come with an ocbp.ini, but if memory serves I observed some issues with the one shipped with FG so overwrote it with the one from OCBP. There does not seem to be an ocbp.ini shipped with BodyTalk, but the one included in OCBP should work with that too. Note that I'm currently using latest FG, BT and OCBP on the "NG" version of Fallout 4.

MTM's OCBP configs are also pretty good, or were on pre-NG at least, but I haven't tried them again recently.

The load order and INI changes that worked for me with the FG body.

  1. Zex
  2. BodyTalk 3
  3. Fusion Girl
  4. OCBP_3.1.2_FG (I have FO4 NG)
  5. MTM

If you have High FPS Physics Fix, set FixOCBPSpeed=false in HighFPSPhysicsFix.ini under [Fixes].

Set fpsCompatibility=1 in ocbp.ini in [General].

Do not use
OCBPC. As far as I can tell it's broken for FG.

For some reason the fixocbpspeed is not under fixes i cant seem to find it at all as its not in the highfpsphysicsfix.ini file did i install it wrong or do something wrong?

I have TWB and 3BBB physics installed, only the nude body jiggle is working and equipped armor above (i.e. Leather, Metal, etc.) but when i wear outfit like vaultsuit it is 100% stiff.

Nope. Not installed wrong. Generally if an INI is missing a setting it's just using the internal default.  Just add it under the [Fixes] section and see if it runs better.

I created a post but probably should have left it here.

Is there a way to use OCBP, but only active on Commonwealth Captives, naked women, and / or companions?

Something about OCBP makes my frame rate drop to 20s when there are more than 5 NPCs around. Maybe it's my older hardware. Maybe I have the wrong version? But the thing is, I only want it to work on some characters. Is there a way to do this?

My guy, you are asking for constant updates like you are this guy's boss and then saying its "rude" to not be on a 24/7 update schedule like you are paying for this shit (News flash, its completely free).

Also demanding constant updates and insulting the author for a fucking boob physics jiggle mod in a 9 year old game is quite embarassing.

This isn't really a huge issue but, overtime I realised that the OCBP log file in my documents folder had bloated to an insane size. LOG files are just text but somehow this OCBP log reached 400mb, I was confused so I opened it and it's literally just and endless scrolling wall of the same thing over and over again which is out of this world because even 4mb of text which it's at right now after I deleted it is 110,000 lines, the scrollbar doesn't even move when you use it. I never read how many lines the 400mb one was but you can imagine. Anyways to get to the point, the one thing being repeated in the log was "Sim Object not found in tracked actors"

What is this error and why does it infinitely repeat if left unchecked? OCBP works completely fine for me, mind you I use 1.10.984 because that version actually works and is stable with NG. This also happened with 3.1.2 when I was "trying" to use it so this isn't specifically caused by the version I'm using. Again, OCBP works fine for me but this is just really odd. The log file seems to start off with everything working perfectly and then that one line pops up and just goes forever.

I'll upload the log I have now

Not sure if anyone has had this issue before, but I'm using this paired with 3bbb and true wasteland body and the physics seem to freak out when looking in certain directions. For example, if I look west, everything works as it should. But as soon as I turn 180 degrees, it's as if everything loses gravity and my characters breasts start to float. Its really only noticeable when at larger sizes. Lowering the gravity bias seems to help some albeit not enough to remove the issue. Anything to point me in the right direction (no pun intended) would be awesome!

I'm having this issue too, I've narrowed it down to Skeletal Adjustments or a bug on OCBP since disabling Skeletal Adjustments results in breasts not floating anymore when facing south (z=0), but on the OCBP side it seems like gravityBias inverts when the character is on or close to angle z=0 as when the character is at z=180 it works as intended

Edit: I'm using cbbe 3bbb on old-gen with ocbp 3.1.2 old-gen beta in case it's relevant

any news on an update yet?!?

I found a solution that worked for me on the comment section of the MTM 3BBB CBP OCBP OCBPC Physics Preset - CBBE - Fusion Girl - Wonder Body - Enhanced Vanilla Bodies - JaneBod Extended - Vanilla - More Nexus Mods page:

Has Anyone found the fix for the sky pointing nipples when facing South or East?? Just got everything switched over to 3BBB and found this issue.

~Edit~ After going through this thread and the 3BBB thread I found the fix! part was here and a more complete fix on 3BBB page

(Copied from post on 3BBB thread, posted by Mipasa) ~[ For NG users in the state of the game right now using OCBP with any bodymod will give weird boob action. Looking through comment section

here and  nearly any I could find on google regarding the booba weird

motion, the solution is to do this. Open the OCBP ini and find theese to

lines:

gravityBias=0

gravityCorrection=0

As you can see theres ia a big 0, and it has to stay that way ON all 16 sections/ meaning 32 lines with gravity, 3BBB only, normal should only have 6/12 sections/lines.]

I have changed my OCBP.ini file to zero all 32 lines of gravity and the odd nipple pointing up when facing South and East has stopped, I have proper bounce on both breasts and butt and nothing pushing up through clothes on either. Hope this helps anyone that encounters the same weird issues using the newest NextGen version.

Sorry if this is too late but I found a solution that worked for me: Download High FPS Physics Mod and paste FixOCBPSpeed=false into HighFPSPhysicsFix.ini. Then set fpsCompatibility=1 in ocbp.ini under [General] . The OCBP page says these, but I skipped enabling the fpsCompatibility part. Might go around to do that but the physics work fine anyway. Hope this helps.

I finally switch to Fallout 4 NG and everything working so far. But I've a question about OCBP and F4 NG : jiggle is here but collision doesn't work anymore ? Before when my character smoke, there was a collision between her right arm and her breast but not anymore.

I have gotten everything working thanks to this wonderful post, including editing the FPSfix ini.   Glorious physics.   One problem though that i cannot find an answer for.  Whenever i pause or enter the inventory the physics go wild and even men's breasts bounce insanely for a brief moment before everything goes back to working as expected.  Anytime there is a slight pause from entering conversations to the inventory.  or just the plain old pause menu.   It is super distracting.  Any help would be appreciated.

I found out that in my game downgrading from OCBP 3.1.2 to OCBP 3.1.0 solves the issue of the physics going wild when pausing. This bug happens when there are abrupt changes in FPS, and pausing creates this abrupt change. My install is the CBBE one though.

If you are using something like ENB, you can limit the FPS to 60 or below.
