I agree on the immersive aspect. After downloading this mod I started dreaming of what Lovers lab could do with Skyrim. Such as add brothel's to every city and it have fitting patrons who visit. Maybe the girls also go visit the unmarried jarls, such as the one in Marcarth, who I have been recently stalking. Such a young man of power would likely not live a life of abstance, nor would the pretty ladies ignore him. ^~^ And the could visit the mysters as well, or the captain.

 

(Oh, my excuse me... I just watched 5 hours of game of thrones.) I know this isn't that helpful to the forum, I just wanted to put this idea into the melting pot that Lovers Lab is and inspiration took me here. Excuse me. ~^-^~

Thanks for the work! This is the only SexLab plugin I'll use, personally, aside from the Arousal requirement. Very immersive, comparatively speaking. Thank you for taking the rape aspects of the mod out. They didn't seem to fit in with the rest of the mod. The only bug I've experienced that might be related to Lover's Comfort is that F/M animations will still play between two females, even if the option is turned off. I'm not certain if that is a SexLab issue or a Lover's Comfort issue. I'm building up a huge catalogue of screenshots from my game. Keep up the good work!

 

Is there any hope of adding a dialogue option that tells your spouse they can sleep locally with followers they like, independantly? Perhaps set it to only do so if they have a relationship rank of 3 or higher with them? I can set relationship ranks myself if necessary.

 

If it helps anyone, I rigged up a quick way to edit NPCs to work well with the mod. I make two .txt files in the Skyrim directory, then run them with Bat Fuckable or Bat NotFuckable. As per the documentation, the "xx" will need to be replaced with the load order of Lover's Comfort, which can be found with help loverscomfort. This will need to be updated when you install mods, but I rarely do so, so I don't find it a burden. I find this easier than remembering returning to the documentation every time.

Is it just me or does the potential lover not work in Volkihar Keep?

I noticed the only way it would update was to leave my spouse in the cell and either fast travel or wait outside as it was not updating while I was in the cell,

Even after leaving my spouse in the cell once a potential lover is selected and they get to rank 5 even if there both on 100 arousal it does not look like there having sex no matter how much time passes!

I'll call it "NPC Comfort".

It should be exactly as your complete LC works, but ONLY referred (and separate from the main mod) to the NPCs who are in love, in courting, in some manner bounded (like Jarls and their "special" housecarls). Another feature should be the possibility, bu the user, to set the times start / end in which the mod will work. (Night only, Afternoon, Morning and so on).

Why ask I this?

Simply because I'm female, with female characters in game, and I find ridicolous to have a husband (male, of course), who stay at home managing to cook for me, or managing to have a shop for me. While me, the Dragonborn Warrior, go all around Skyrim fighting, shouting, destroying and ... ehm ... having sex with every nice guy I find.

So, the entire part about the marriage of your excellent mod is, sorry, totally useless for me.

But, I like a lot the feature about the npcs comforting each other (if in love or courting) AUTONOMOUSLY.

Uh... last I checked that's already a feature.  You'll see any two NPCs with relationship rank 4 in the same cell doing it around 12 at night or so.

I have to say, as a female myself. Saying that "you're female and this is why you think a man taking care of things at home is silly" is... hmm.. well honestly its an insult to the men who DO stay at home and take care of things there whilst their wives go to work.  And seeing as this is your only reason for requesting a different mod? Why not just not get married and ignore that part of the mod? I don't know, seems unnecessary to me for a while new mod to be made for just that, when you can simply not get married and make use of the rest of the mod to watch the NPC's do what they do. Also, if you turn off "Activate on sleep", in my experience, the NPC's will do it any time. If you make sure that activate on sleep is on, then they will only do their thing when you come in at night when they are sleeping. Dunno.. don't quite see the need for this. Well my two septims.

Thou Bethseda did it originally, without sex animations. I wish that comfort will cover more then sleeping in the bed. Something like autonomous act when his spouse saw him in the house.

From my understanding, if you have not been home for some time and do come home, your husband or wife, will rape you immedately. Unless they have someone else in the house that they desire more then you, then they will do them.. the moment you walk in the house. Also from my understanding, what she's requesting is something separate for NPC's only and not involving the PC. Which is already covered in the mod. What you specifically (inicial44) are asking for? I am not sure. Are you asking to be raped by your spouse? Are you asking to have sex upon wake up in the bed? Because the mod does that already as well.

I only asked, if possible, to have the NPC autonomous part of the mod as separate stand alone mod, because, simply, I'm not interested to the marriage part or to the player involved part.

 

Btw, my RL husband stays at home while I'm at work. Nothing bad, at all. Sorry if I wasn't able to explain better.

The bad thing is how Bethesda managed human relationships in the game, a Role Play game btw. Only 4 levels? A super idiot Amulet sufficent to be married? If your husband / wife died nothing more to do? (without mods, of course).

If you had a more complicated idea, then you should've explained it better.  As it was, your request sounded exactly like the NPC's Comfort function already in game (indeed, the first post even has the same name you suggested for the function).

First of all, I apologize for my English, and second, I apologize if I misinterpreted DK's request.. Here is the problem: my PC was never raped by his spouse. On the contrary, when asked spouse to have sex, she rejected, an she wasn't interested for my PC at all. She turned to have sex with the housegirl. My request was that my spouse will have autonomous sex with my PC when he enters into the house but without going to the bed, since raping was never performed. Why don't she approach to him and say: "Let's have a..."

 

Uhh.. I hope that I explained my request better this time.

RDK - thank you for this answer. You see my point now? I have spouse by name LOLA. She is a spouse of my all characters. And it "breaks my heart" when she refuses to have sex with my PC. Also, I do not enjoy to see them having a comfort sex after the sleep, when she rejected to have a sex when asked as wife. Therefore, I wish that she will be ore autonomous when she saw my PC getting into the house.

I think the rape isn't happening anymore with the last version. The Pc will not be raped by the partner or follower. In my game, when I wake up I found them masturbating near the bed. Very satisfying.

I must say i use Activate on sleep off (conflicts with Another sleep mod). So maybe I'm missing something
