That is already good to know. I was more concerned if the mod has story parts that for example make no sense anymore when I've already entered the institute or such.

Norita route should always be right out of the vault.

She has no relation to Codsworth other than neighbor and the intro to the mod implies she doesn't understand how the new world around her works and is essentially "rescued", and you have to be AT the vault for it to trigger this route.  Even in Sanctuary, you won't even have this option in the dialogue, and NPCs like Kellogg make an appearance in the mod

 

Nora route as of now, as early as going to Kellogg's apartment can ruin things.

Do not trigger the BoS.  They're in Capital Wasteland still, and Kells has an appearance early on in this route, Maxson will later, and you can't have been to the Institute for it to make sense as you eventually meet Father and there is some comedy in that he knows who you are but you don't know who he is...and you're a pornstar

You interact with Shaun at one point in Norita so that won't make sense, but it would be worse on the Nora path if he is your son

Sooo worth it.  I hesitated for longer than I should have knowing what I know now, to just take the plunge and make a whole new instance of the game on MO2 for it, and everything...only installed what this mod uses, and OMG is it ever worth it.  It's exceptionally well thought out, and fun no matter which route you take, with fantastic storytelling, and IMO is better storyline and character backgrounds than the vanilla game will give you - you can feel the love and care put into it when you play

 

Nora is more hardcore, a dark comedy style version and Norita is an action-adventure comic romance - two very different takes on the same universe

I was coming to report this as well, but I get a CTD at the point where @packprof reported a Nuka Warning. I disabled Nuka Ride World Patch, but same CTD.

 

I'd love to get a warning instead of a CTD, is that an INI setting in AAF or NukaRide?

I'm running OldGen with AAF 1.1.1 and UAP. I tried enabling warning popups in AAF, but that was an overwhelming number of warnings about poses not being tagged correctly and short Farelle animations at startup.

If possible, and if you want to use CBBE, I'd suggest updating to the newest version 2.7, but honestly I'd look into converting to Fusion Girl.  

 

The reason is, with CBBE, many of the outfits will not have all the gorgeous textures and prints, you'll still get a lot of purple outfits and while it looks good and the story is still as fun as ever, it just looks so much more whimsical and appealing with FG

 

It can be a little tricky to get Fusion Girl and all the conversion patches just right, but the aesthetic is day and night.  

 

And regardless of which one you choose make sure you have the appropriate bodyslide files for NR installed with it 

 

NR mods at the very bottom of your LO to take priority

Hey so found an issue. Finished Norita's route (6.9.0g) so I thought I'd give Nora's a try seeing as I haven't played it since 6.6. I'm on 'Lucy in the Sky' & getting an instant ctd during the transition from Bulldog's hideout to Andrew Station. It's happened like half a dozen times in a row now. Andrew Station isn't loading in & the game's kicking me out during the loading screen. I played through this without issue when I last tried so any ideas? Thanks

Unlike Norita, Nora needs “Bad End Animations” and “Torture Devices”. If you already have them installed, send me your buffout log and I'll take a look at it. It must be something else.

Oh dear, something's gone very wrong indeed lol. I saw there was an update to 6.9.0i, downloaded/installed it & now the game won't even start (not even when I reverted back to 6.9.0g). God knows what's gone wrong. The F4SE launcher isn't launching the game suddenly so right now I'm just gonna sulk for a bit before going to bed lmao (god, as much as I love it, I really hate modding sometimes). All I know is it was working just fine one minute & the next it all went to shite. I feel like regaling you all about how unfair life is ha ha ha (ok, I'll stop now). I'll have a look at it again in the morning. Night fellas

I thought that triggerboxes could only be activated by living actors. I can't do much research because Bethesda closed access to the wiki two years ago, but thanks to this post (made for Skryim) I found out that I can adjust so that throwable objects (like the beach ball) also activate triggerboxes.

 

This scene lasts three seconds. There are three guys on the nude beach who don't pay attention to us, so Norita has to throw the ball at them to get their attention.

 

When you guys do it, know that these three seconds took me a whole Sunday night. This shit was really hidden.  😭

Plugins can never be removed mid-game, that's straight from Bethesda.  It doesn't need to be said in my book.

Even with the broken English here and there, the writing in this mod is far, far, far, better than the the writing of Emil Pagrilio-shama-lama-ding-dong(or however the hell you spell his name). Emil P. couldn't write his way out of a paper bag. This story, both the Young, and Old(er), routs make a lot more sense than the 'R.G.B. button option' story that BGS hired, and paid, Emil to vomit out.

so I moved NukaRide and all of its patches to the bottom of the right pane in MO2 to test.   It runs stable, no weird behaviors etc in the normal gameplay besides some of the older things I mentioned yesterday (garbled voice line when 1st meeting Billy) and the miniskirt issue with Maid in Steel) which should have nothing to do with were they are at in that pane.   The only thing I noticed is some of the animations are totally misaligned that were  not before (the scene with OB on the coach when convincing him to go to Poker Night and the scene with billy in the chair when you convince him to eat your clam as they put it).   Both of these animations were perfect before moving them (where Loot put them) so not sure what to do, all the other scenes were fine from the start of Maid in Steel all the way through the Truck Stop.   NR never crashed for me using loot, the only time it ever hangs is on a very rare location change at a door, and that is true on other profiles as well.

Should not behave like that. I would recommend you to look at the options in the High Heel System MCM or else go to the Nexus page and search if someone reported the same thing.

HO3 (HHSOutfit 3) - High Heels With Extras seems a better choice for me and it dosen't have that issue. 🥰

@JB., is there is a condition that the Harlowe tattoo would be removed (something like a Sub/Dom level).   I went back two or three quests to find out what removed it for me and it happened in the quest Poker Night when I agreed to have anal sex in the kitchen for the golden earrings.   I want to do more tests in that area if its a bug to find other conditions that might cause it.
