So I don't know what's going on with that.

In addition to placing it at like the very very highest priority as advised below, Nuka World Bottle Fix does, in fact, touch NW.  When playing around in the future quest for Nora, it also messes massively with the Cola Cars arena like it won't allow you to access a specific scene, and it adds debris that this mod removes.  I haven't tested it much in the Norita route but I know it added some stuff that this mod removed in the Nora route so I ditched it early on.  You won't need it with this mod 🖤

 

I'd also give the mod a try without scrap everything 😶

So I don't know what's going on with that.

If you run FO4edit with that modlist and check for conflicts you will be able to check what's overwriting what those highlighted in red

and you can adjust your load order to give priorities to plugins you want.

They have XD 

There are a few mods that basically reverse the fix so the Bottle Fix mod can be useful in those instances, but I've never really needed the mod outside of that (I only occasionally enable it with a "see what happens" mentality towards it, even though my bottles are fine unless using some kind of overhaul to NW such as turning it into a settlement and such - I also remember one touched the base game.....but god I can't remember for the life of me which one - and made invisible bottles in the Gauntlet happen)

Anyway, the stove is placed in the display case next to the cooler, with the blood trough decoration right in front of it. When I try to activate the stove, it just acts like a 'you can't reach this' error, and kicks out before I can make anything.

Better cooking stations is likely the issue, was something found earlier in like 6.6 or 6.7 I think.

That one does indeed. But I more meant by 'adding things'.

Yeah, that's beyond my abilities. As I've said may times, I couldn't even add a keyword to an armor set, following step by step instructions, to make it compatible with 'Legendary Crafting'.

ya, I can not have Better cooking stations or CHEF (or anything linked to them or patches) active during NR or it messing things up, that stove at Fizztop was just one thing - CHEF altered one of the recipes I think so I just turn them off and everything works great

Because it's the very first game I played through more than once (and second game I played at all for more than a couple minutes while backseat gaming) I know the exact day I began playing FO4, which was in May 2020.  It wasn't fixed yet (I think maybe Izzy is thinking of the Unofficial Patch which fixed it first) but they did fix it since then.

 

I didn't know about mods at all back when I first played, and the bottles definitely had some issues back then without any mods at all.  Many mods made it worse even if they weren't meant to touch NW, especially building mods

 

I know that by 2022 the bottle fix was there because I had totally wiped my PC of everything and even reinstalling the OS to it, so it was fresh, and I just tried one quick modless playthrough to make sure I'd done everything right, before adding F4SE and such, and the bottles were definitely fixed for me

 

But I do use the unoffical patch so if you're still getting it for some reason, even with the patch, one of your mods is overriding both the patch and bugthesda fix (I have to use that name for them now lol)

 

I think my concern with that mod is it does impact NW and could screw some things up with NR for you and ruin your experience

 

I'm super glad you figured out a way through, though 🥰

 

PS when I see FO4Edit mentioned I get mini-anxiety just thinking about it so it's not just you 🖤

Loaded the game with Horizon 1.9.4. Monique and Brett's clothes looked different (thought they would stay that way). Then, thank God, everything was fine.

Yeah, that bug took BGS forever to fix, if they even fixed it at all.

 

But yeah, I did give it my best shot, with the FO4Edit thing. But it never worked. I tried multiple times, following the instructions to the letter; And still nothing ever came from it but wasted time. So I eventually gave up after 4 hours of trying (something that should have only taken 5 minutes), and said to myself: "Screw it. I'll never get this to work."

 

But now I got NR (and it's patches), at the very bottom of the load list; So let's see if this changes it.

 

Quick edit: Yeah that fixed it. Not sure why Loot was putting it so high on the list.

Every time I've used LOOT it puts basically everything in the wrong place, like I once cried because long story short my rooster knocked down my mouse off my desk, LOOT was somehow clicked as a result, and it took me hours to get it back in the right order...I've learned since then to save my LO as a copy just in case, because that button is the one feature I feel needs removing.  It doesn't work.  It's never worked from my understanding of it, and I'm not the only one who can say LOOT will always put mods in the wrong LO 😭 It's like pushing the "big red button" on your game...

Loot have one use and that is not sorting load orders. Its terrible at it. But if you start it up and let it just check your loadorder not sort it. Then its very useful for showing you what patches are missing.

WHY is X-Cell the conflict?!  Because I just loaded another character with your mod and X-Cell and started 'Made In Heaven' (where that character happened to be) ran through it twice up until the lab, reloaded twice more.  Getting similar results to my previous report.

 

Removed X-Cell but not your mod (I hadn't had X-Cell enabled in that playthrough previously) and voila....emotions appear

 

Something in X-Cell is doing something to one or both of your mods, I have no idea if this is something for you or @JB. to fix, but yeah...not using X-Cell removes the weird uncanny botox effect at least at first glance - I can keep going back and forth with and without it if you'd like 🖤This is only my result with one single scene (and adding and removing mods mid-game) but maybe this can help you replicate what I'm seeing

 

I do want to point out that I have used X-Cell before with NR and not had this particular result so that's why I replied directly to you, maybe X-Cell does something to your mod?

 

Edit: If it helps to replicate I'm doing that specific scene where you talk to Music inside the Admin building.  It's not as obvious as in scenes like Goodneighbor but if you notice her facial expressions are muted during her replies such as when you point out "he could have been a lawyer" and "you inhereted nothing from your father" and she replies, her eyebrows move but not as expressive, and right now testing the couch scene with X-Cell, the comment about the pie when you remark on it, zero expression...I'll have to try without it too

 

Double Edit: (I'm a dumb dummy) When you hear hoofbeats think horses...I did the most obvious thing possible and made sure your mod overrides X-Cell now, redid the whole scene inside the building, now on the couch talking...everything looks fine so far...every little micro expression is normal...I'll try with HPX next also...but...this is wild to see XD  I'm going to try it in the more crowded spaces next and see what the result is but this could honestly just be a LO issue or something?  Maybe try it with X-Cell overriding yours and then vice versa to see the small differences

The load order of X-Cell and HPX, doesn't matter. So what you are saying is that with x-cell alone, no bug. With HPX alone, no bug, but when they are both enabled, it happens ?
Me and perchik are hooking to one common function, but when my mod detects x-cell, it disable the hook and let x-cell handle it. I will check the the last x-cell update to see if something changed.

Yeah, that's basically how I got so good at manually sorting my load list. Because before Loot, there was BOSS, and it did the same stupid shit. And I've been modding BGS games since the launch of Oblivion(the original). Before that there was the sims1, and Chris Sawyer's Locomotion (manual text edits for that one), and a whole mess of others.

I decided to keep playing with it but not using X-Cell, and I am on the 4th quest, 2 of them really big ones (I started with Lucy in the Sky and I'm now at Lost in the Jungle) and so far I'm not noticing the weird effect at all.  Even those smaller "effects" on the characters I was seeing that just looked wrong but couldn't be pinpointed, gone so far

I have trouble with "Night Fever" on the Norita route.

After talking to Keyshawn, Geneve's desk is no longer forbidden, but the lock changes from novice to advanced. 

I can only pick with sex attributes' willpower which should be optional.

So I assume this is where things go south.

Afterwards there is nothing to be found near the marker.

It's looking like all hints/things to be found are disabled.

 

Last playthrough I had the same issue and got through the quest using setstage several times, but I'd rather not do this again.

 

NR is loaded last and I tried without the world patch, but the issue persists.

Any ideas?

I never really thought about the desk since I just unlock it with willpower but if you get the marker in the Mayor's bedroom and you're struggling to find the clue near the marker

there is a hat on the floor near the dresser that is the clue, activate it and it triggers the next part

 

this quest is soooooo unique and fun like a little puzzle kinda, where you'll have some clues you actually have to find on your own 🥰

Nah, that guts, innuendo thing was a real pain in the ass that I vowed never to do again. I'm not the best friend of formulas and calculations, I'm more of a letter person, so anything to do with numbers repels me. However, I do want to bring back anal training and bring it up to 200 as a goal, with a gold buttplug and lots more in between, courtesy of Kali.

 

Speaking of letters, I have no problem with the amount of dialogue that needs to be written. But doing dialogues with a character that is not present (let's say, a phone call or, in the next update you will see it, when you ring the doorbell of a house and the character answers “from inside his house”), has another system.

 

That system has two limitations:

 

The dialogues on the other side must only contain one line of dialogue. It starts to bug at the second line of dialogue, so one line only.

For some reason, I guess engine stuff, the other person's dialog has an annoying half/one second delay.

 

I'll make sure we can hug the sister at the end of version 6.9. I thought there was no animation but look at THIS 😱 (new hard requirement incoming...?) The forbidden romance is a central axis of my next plot, and it should end with the protagonist accepting and supporting her sister, without implying that she gets along with her new brother-in-law of course.

Not me seeing the counter animation and going OwO requirement or not that's getting added to my game if it works with Fusion Girl hahaha!

I've been having this bug through multiple installs, since Norita route came out, where after the audition Mr Corsican does not spawn and there is no quest marker during the Norita route. Does anyone have the ID so I can command console Corsican in, or what is the best way to find NPC ID outside of clicking on them in game.

The error happens when:

 

-You have installed the BYOW patch for Nuka Ride.

-And for some reason, Nuka Ride.esp has higher priority than that patch.

 

 

correct order should be:

B.Y.O.P.

Nuka Ride

BYOP - Nuka Ride Patch

 

Double check that.

I have CWSS installed with the CWSS patch installed, BYOP is not installed at all, that cwss patch esp is after nuka ride esp.

Can you send me your load order? Mod managers usually save the load order in a text file. Google how to get it and upload it here.
