it should go like this (roughly) when you start NR (vanilla start)

talk to Duke (optional) then Charon (only brings you to NW this 1 time) and get transported to Nuka World

talk with Kaiser and he films a short scene (promotional video)

talk with Kaiser again and he sends you to Shank (i think this is where "Becoming a Porn Start" starts)

(at this point Kaiser was not talking to me anymore)

go talk to Shank and get dressed, talk to Shank again and he sends you to Mason (i think this is where "The Audition" starts)

talk with Mason and do his audition, after which he sends you to talk with Corsican

talk with Corsican (film movie "The Plumber" and he should give you apartment) and go visit apartment and return to Corsican after 24 hours

when you talk with Corsican the quest "The Audition" should finish.

talk with Corsican again and agree to help set up studio and he sends you to DC (quest The Motorcycle should start up)

(by this time Kaiser should be talking to you again)

Kaiser will take you back to just outside DC (you need to progress quest "The Motorcycle" far enough for the Nuka-Tron to take you back to NW)

 

i might have the chronology slightly off in the above.

 

one other note if NR sends you out of NW it will give you a ride, and there will be a ride back.

generally if Kaiser gives you a ride to the Commonwealth there should be a Nuka-Tron just outside DC that will give you a ride back.

if you get the Scooter (later in the questline) and you use it to go out of NW, you can use it to get back to NW

there is a quest with William where he gives you a ride out, and a ride back also.

the reason i mention this is if you get a ride out of NW and come back some other way quest markers may (will) not update properly, but usually the 

quest will, providing you can find and do what you are supposed to.

some of the quests just dont even show up even tho they r active.. npcs probably not talking due to this.... theres no way out of NW.. i did find the bike and robot to return to NW tho...

OK,, I chose "young vault dweller" and marauding farmers murdered Duke, then took me to their farm,, nice beginning , I like it.  Problem,, I seem to be missing textures?  Walls, floors , missing

Yes you can.
Here's a couple presets you can play with. Remember.. they're just for FUN! If ya don't like em don't used em.

And IF you find a look you like make a NPC patch and use face ripper to import the presets.... and BOOOM BABY! Hotties for days!

IF you're using my CWSS patch go back & redownload it. Other wise, make sure any NR patch is below it.

And you're running a bootleg copy of Windows?

I have the origional CWSS only yes, have not updated it, and NO,, I put a new motherboard and the dick face Gates thinks he can make me buy a new copy of windows 10 with a water mark, fuck him.  They are aware I own my copy and legally cannot force me to purchase another.

 

So warning to anyone running windows,, when you upgrade your MOBO,, they try to pretend they don't know your copy is origional.  I have receipts. and origional  USB flash drive with the copy.  It is  a corporate scam to rip people off.  Automated system of harassment .

i am doing CS right now so cannot flip over to check exactly in NR.

 

ok quests (assuming you have no mods that change how they are shown in Pip-Boy) and assuming you have gone to DC and back during "The Motorcycle"

"Becoming a Porn Star" should be active quest

"The Audition" should have shown as an active quest and after finishing should now be a completed quest

"The Motorcycle" should have shown as an active quest and when completed move to finished quests (when you report to Corsican after the trip to DC)

"The Plumber" is a movie scene (not a quest itself) that you film during "Becoming a Porn Star" quest

 

if you finished "The Motorcycle" (and filmed the new scene available with Kells) the next quest should be "Apollo" and during this quest Kaiser

    does take you back to DC again (return by Nuka-Tron again).

 

after finishing "Apollo" (and filming the new scene) Kaiser would take me to DC if i asked, not sure if he will between "The Motorcycle" and "Apollo" though.

I tried it with Nuka Ride 6.5.0h scprits and the problem was solved. Then I repeated the same scene with Nuka Ride 6.5.0i scripts and CTD did not occur. I didn't know what caused the problem. It's working for now. that's the important thing. The only thing that happens is that NukaRide_NarrationData notifications in the AAF folder appear on the notification screen. these notifications were only supposed to pop up when I was dancing myself! Maybe it's an issue with it.

Hey there! 
Decided to give 6.5.0i  a try. So far I quite like it (heck, might like it more than OG Nuka Ride, but I will save that for when it's finished... Sitting on my hands is hard yo). The molerat has indeed been fixed, I can one-shot it, BUT... The two irradiated ones are both skull and Obliterated my character until I toggled god mode xD Figured I would let you know, I'm not sure that there's anything that can really be done for them spawning right there. 
Only real nitpick other than that is that I now really want to help you with some of the dialogue. I know that English isn't your first language (it's my second language personally, French Canadian is my first) so please don't take that as me trying to be an ass (I'm really not), considering I still have no issue with it regardless I'm just putting my nit there and offering to help if you would like it. 

Other than that, I only had the mole rat issue where two skull molerats spawned beside the quest one, and one random issue that was compleatly user error on my end (I couldn't move forward with Dara's thing with the gravatron, dummy me didn't realize I needed something from the building she went to AND to put the FC's into the power box... I have never actually done vanillia Nuka World that far lmao so on my end I kept trying to talk to her because I had the FC cores but she wasn't giving me the time of day)

Confession time: I always load the mod Depravity, and console add Hobo Killer. That revolver will one-shot anything, including Ryder.

I even needed it to get past the rad rats at Hobologist camp.

I will also add there are a number of us willing to help with minor things, like proofreading.

If you have any easy way for us to feed you corrections, help is available.

We just want your mod - to be perfect.

lawl see, I did it (offering totally free help) but I felt like I was being mean ;A;  I am so easily nervous and I don't know how to offer help without the worry that I might be being offensive. Those rad rats, I let Sophie deal with them just ran circles until they were dead.

I'm having an issues when doing the Overboss chores.  I can't seem to drop the laundry into the dresser or cabinet as it may be called, i see the marker and hace even waited 

till the Overboss's conversation is done still no luck. I'm not sure what I might be doing wrong.

You need to "R" Transfer the outfit. I usually have to empty it first and squirm around to get the"R" option to show. That thing is weird at times for some reason.

lmao I am weirdly good at English and Grammar. (Like, looked at a AAA game's in-game notes and corrected it out of frustration... Looking at you Assassin's Creed) I think it stems from having to learn the language when I was 10 and being mercilessly bullied by the other girls in class whenever I spoke French because I didn't know a word lmaooooooo

Still no luck, all "R" dose is open the cabinet, with nothing in my inventory to transfer. I move all around even standing on top of the cabinet lol

Izzy has been helping me with NR 6.5, the quests are working perfectly, even the voices pack (thank you), but terrain in some areas are gone, or disappear when I look at them. I tried re-installing CWSS, but could not get Izzy's patch to install (the ESP.)

I am running 3 other profiles with active NR 6.4 in various stages for movie making, all work perfectly.  Cloned the fourth (all profiles are clones of load order) for NR 6.5 and disabled 6.4.  Does anyone know of a quick fix? It feels like a simple problem, since the main quest is working perfectly, im on "Raised on Sunshine" now but broken terrain is really ugly.  Trying to post my load order for you pros to glance at, and pics of example missing terrain.  Can't get them to work inside "spoiler"

EDIT:  OMG, just did the Huboligist quest, some really fricking funny dialog man, good job JB, I think there is some good movie content here oO.  And the terrain glitch , thus far only extends to a couple places, the farm, and  some outdoor areas in NT.  So,, Looking good man, laughed my ass off quite a few times, and even the OB seemed more likeable on first contact.

 

Another EDIT: The HUNT was great, a legendary molrat nearly killed me, mutated, I had to cheat and use Vats.  I thought Grandpa was going to go perv on me, got kind of excited.  Hahah, oh man, something is wrong with me.

The "GIFT" was caliber 5.56, and the ammo he gave me was 7.62, ,thankfully I had the "alien pistol".
