EDIT:  OMG, just did the Huboligist quest, some really fricking funny dialog man, good job JB, I think there is some good movie content here oO.  And the terrain glitch , thus far only extends to a couple places, the farm, and  some outdoor areas in NT.  So,, Looking good man, laughed my ass off quite a few times, and even the OB seemed more likeable on first contact.

 

Another EDIT: The HUNT was great, a legendary molrat nearly killed me, mutated, I had to cheat and use Vats.  I thought Grandpa was going to go perv on me, got kind of excited.  Hahah, oh man, something is wrong with me.

The "GIFT" was caliber 5.56, and the ammo he gave me was 7.62, ,thankfully I had the "alien pistol".

Too bad I don't understand Mod Organizer 2 so I don't know where to help. Personally, I suspect that the CWSS - Nuka Ride patch does not have enough priority. It should be something like this:

Careful, you are playing with mods that modify weapons. Grandpa gives you the ammo for the correct weapon, but it looks like your mods are editing vanilla stuff.

I am not lying when I say that more than 20 users offered to proofread my work since NR1. And only two so far ended up accepting the challenge. 

 

Nuka Ride has more dialogue than the Nuka World DLC itself. 

 

To proofread just download ESP-ESM Translator. Make the corrections (it's all very easy, but there are tutorials on Youtube) and once it's done, you send me the file for me to inject it into the main mod.

If I am using commonwealth slavers along with Nuka ride, do the two cross over at some point? I ask because I noticed the option in the MCM to skip it and I was wondering if that was just to disable the raider near the vault door where the eyebot also spawns.

Did you get it from the washer then iron it? It should be.. umm Disciples or Overboss armor. You'll do the same mission with Nora, & Vanilla, pay attention when grabbing the armor from the washer.

I dont know how to install that ESP patch,, won't work, MO2 will not even see it after download in ALL formats.  So no patch at all. As my mod order pic shows is all I have in CWSS.  No patch. That must be it.

 

Secondly,, I hit a snag.  Sneaking into the OB lair as slave, I killed the slave and took his collar and ratty skirt,, lol, did the "chores" and now it says "put the clean laundry away" but I have none,, I'm stumped.

Safe to update mid-save. 

 

• I moved a little bit the trigger where we have to wait during lunch, in the maid's quest. This is so that the dialog at the end isn't cut. It should also trigger the dialogue camera when they call you. 
• It seems that after the third nightmare we can be in Ghost state. I put a script so that at the end of the nightmare the mod takes us out that state, if we have it. 
• If you lost the third nightmare, the background music was not removed correctly. 
• Changed several poses of the bar advertisement because I hate the pose where the protagonist leans forward and shakes her butt quickly, I don't even know why I included it in the mod. 
• Included the new CWSS patch thanks to Izzyknows, with a lot of additions to the interiors and the farm. 
• 6.5.0h Hotfix included, you can delete that if you have it.
• Nuka Ride 6.5 Bodyslide for Fusion Girl 1.2: Fixed the pink shoes for Fusion Girl thanks to Axary. The toes may stand out depending on which poses.

They don't really crossover as in both can be active at once. CS has to be finished, aka gained freedom in one way or another. Then you'll be allowed access to NR, IF you got captured by Murphy & Gristle.

The completed CS... I "think" is more story line, your PC was a former slave. Maybe!

The one time I tried it, Murphy was still waiting, I ignored him, got the note off of Duke, cause Murphy kills him, which you don't "really" need btw, and started the NR play through.

But normally, I don't have both mods active at once.

So at Fizztop after putting the clean cloths away, the doorbell never rang, skipped to "goto fridge " cook ribeye steak".  So I console commanded stage:   SetStage _NR_Chores 210/nothing, so SetStage _NR_Chores 220, I was now in a cute or bound pose by the stove, then commanded SetStage _NR_Chores 230,, still   nothign,, BUT!!! during all this there was a fight outside.  I am stuck now,, first actual quest hang up, began at SetStage _NR_Chores 210, which never happened,, it skipped to "cook some steak"

With all due respect, I'm no modder, but when a quest says "do the laundry" it is only natural to expect what you pull out of the washing machine will be called "laundry".  Especially doing mundane tasks like sweeping leaves.  Should I read if it is leaves or dirt to?  You get my meaning.  This mis-labeling will trip a very high percentage of players.  But I have no clue how hard it is to "label " things to smooth the game tasks and prevent frustrating players.

So,, I re-loaded the first nightmare, did the chores, and again, after putting the laundry in the dressor,, it is asking me to go to the fridge and get steak.  Last time, there was only one Brahmin meat, and I had to reload, wonder which is the proper "set Stage"?  They seem to all be mixed into the "chores" title .  I can't tell which are from what part of the series.

 

EDIT: Again only 1 Brahmin meat, takes 2 minimum for a steak on my game (Horizon 1.8)

So,, the game ends, adding meat using console did not work last tiem, cooking 10 steaks didn't work, quest never advanced.

 

Update:  So, when we went to talk to Shank, I was sent to the OB (Fizztop) as an undercover slave, and Shank went with Sophie to the bar, and all quests dead end with the Brahmin Meat  (cook Ribeye Steak) quest.  The stove does not acknowledge the meat I got from the fridge.

Strangely, looking at the "stages", There is supposed to be a bunch of stuff happening at the bar, Training, Enemy Mine,, etc.

Horizon messes with the vanilla recipes (different names, ingredients and the necessary skill).  You have to use the Horizon Cheat in the Nuka ride MCM to advance some of the cooking tasks.

didn't mess with it NR 6.4, not at all.  But you have to have your load order right,, NR Priority, NOT above Horizon,  If you have your load order wrong, then you could be right, not sure, but am sure, you are wrong if the load order is right.

i posted my load order  on this site with a video for easy comparison.  Nuka Ride is below Horizon with AAF mods

This case cant be solved with the load order. Horizon changes the vanilla "ribeye steak" into a "marinated flank steak" and also adds its own "ribeye steak". You likely cooked the latter. It has a different FormID, and therefore is not being recognised.

 

If you cooked a ribeye with Horizon installed, then it was this (see the new Form ID). Nuka Ride doesnt know it.

OMG JB, you had me laughing so much , the dildo quest "training" .  So much brighter, less depressing, yet still sinister plot.  And an OB that has a quirky moral stance.  Completely different feel, much more uplifting , I love it.  JUst got to the Masan quest after "training" with the OB bitches.  All quest are ticking perfectly. And I think something is different in your chore, namely "cooking" than it was in 6.4.  I never had problem cooking, I just touch the stove and it automatically completed.  Have been on the same Horizon setting for all 5 NR profiles and character, all of the movies I made,, all on Horizon/Nr install,  but this is the only one that actually forced recipe actually cooking.  So,, NOT compatable with any mod that changes /balances, removes food buffs,, etc.  I suspect, but with the "set stage" list in your sig, its not a problem. Can console past recipe cooking stages stage.  But I am sure other mods will have the same problem, not just Horizon.  Any mod that alters recipes.  I hope you consider going back to the way you did NR 6.4, never an issue on chores, less chance for conflicts.

yeah, its is different than NR 6.4, where it just auto completed when you touched the stove.  actual recipes will introduce conflicts.  I just tried to feed myself, was dying of starvation on Outcast setting Horizon.  And the food I cooked with the "farm" recipe (omelet?)was not available to eat in game.  I cook it,, it vanishes, not in inventory. But rest assured,, my other profiles never had this problem on the "exact" same load of mods , this is a clone of my other 3 Nuka Ride 6.4 characters. The only difference is 6.5 NR.

Normally not something I would even notice , just cook what is available , but when a quest relies on it, problems for any mod that alters food values, not just Horizon.  I say again, NEVER had this problem on version 6.4

OK,, little Horizon Update;  Salad is there, but Horizon puts it under "Utility" (it added another salad I dont remember ever seing in years of playing Horizon)  I missed the chance to see if the proper "braumin steak" is down there or not,, or Mirelurk ,, thing.  Interesting.  It added Nuka recipe under Utility? or is that your doing in NR 6.5  Would be need it Horizon did this,  made itself compatible ;/

 

Tiny snag;  After getting Keyshawn lemenaid , clearing the dinner table snagged, but I consoled SetStage _NR_Chores 510 -530 to pass it,, I think my camera setting was to far to see the dialog, (camera mod for making videos extended 3rd person view) and I was facing the wrong way in AAF Idle..  Oh,, and Keyshawn is huge as he should be,  and rejected my come-on's oO.

I think you are approaching this mod from the wrong point of view. It's not a shooter, that up front. So my suggestion is that if you use Horizon you can do two things: 

 

1-Uninstall it and enjoy a story mod.  

2-Use Nuka Ride's MCM, Alternate Start section. There is a cheat specifically made for Horizon users as far as cooking is concerned. Check it out. 

 

I understand that you like surprises and that's because everyone here is saving us some details like the first tenant of the apartment.   I would appreciate it if you would edit out the surprises.

Sorry, but I have to wrote this:

To any one playing this mod with bunch of other mods installed - please respect author vision and willingness to develop this mod as he think is the right way. If you have conflicts with this mod, consult the first page - everything you should know, it's there. This mod is not a compatibility testing ground - you all have brains, use the little gray cells and figure out the problems you have. Praise the mod and author but do not ask silly questions just for the sake of it, enjoy playing the mod and not posting about "what if and why is"... If you dont have time solving your problems do not expect some one else will, go play something else...
