I think that's a very common bug from the latest LooksMenu. In the official AAF guide you will find which version to use (I think it is the penultimate one?).

I use LooksMenu version 1.6.20 along with Looks Menu Customization Compendium version 10 and I don't have a problem with Mason's thingamajig.....lol  I am also using the latest F4SE version 0.6.23,

Doubtful, that's the version of your Fallout 4 game engine. Your LM will be something like 1.6.18 or 1.6.20.

update from last time, i had to completly rebuild my mod load from scratch bc i started getting the 68% problem w/ aaf and couldnt find where things went wrong, but its working now, bout to find out soon if i have this mod installed correctly with nothing else breaking it like before! XD

side note: anyone know where the 'actual' japanese home from the soft requirement mod is located? ik the garden will be part of the house/apt in this mod, but there is an actual house somewhere too from the other mod correct?

woops....I typed the wrong numbers.....I changed it to the proper 1.6.20......so no CTD's yet and I am at Good Neighbor with William looking for Music.  So I don't think there is any problem with this version of Looksmenu.  It is amazing how many problems went away when I finally got Vortex to load the mods in the correct order.  I have been waiting for a crash so I can look at the crash log to see the load order to make sure it reflects the Vortex load order, but since things are working right I guess it is correct.

I'll see if I can fix the collision so I can use Axary's flagpole (shown in the picture, but sunken by default).

Edit: Fixed

Shit I just saw that Konata Inoue deleted her patreon. Since Japanese House is a mod that I requested permission to integrate into Nuka Ride, I will put "Konata Inoue's Japanese House" in my Mega folder, along with Nuka Ride, until (hopefully) Konata comes back.

Is there suppose to be any sex scene in the bike shooting? Because it didn't play anything for me.

Make sure you haven't overridden your furniture_search_area in AAF_settings.ini, and that you're standing relatively near the bike when initiating the scene. I normally play with it set fairly small so that AAF won't randomly pick furniture on another floor of a building, but doing that will cause the bike scene and some of the pole dancing scenes to fail. If this is the cause in your case, you'll find errors in your AAF admin log where it complains about being unable to find the furniture for that scene.

My issue is more like the AAF doesn't recognize the bike as furniture

welp... unfortunatly im STILL having a crash at solomon's house, even without the suspected programs installed (except looks menu customization compendium, i dont know any other good mods that offer what it does so i kept that, would be really sad if its the culprit after all)

removed compendium and STILL crashing, and now buffout isnt generating crash logs either, so idk what to do...

Does that work okay?
I mean, have you tested it in game?
It's just that for the game the mesh is a sham, it's not involved in the positioning calculations. The positioning calculations use the coordinates of the furniture from its description in the esp(or save).

The trick of my mesh is that it allows you to move the flagpole(not a mesh, but a described in-game object) up above the floor without visual bug. So actually the flagpole is hanging in the air, but the player just doesn't see it.

AAF reads the coordinates of this flagpole(hanging in air), places the character at these coordinates and plays the animation. That is, the character during the animation is also hanging in the air, but the heels hide it(almost always).

If we talk about the in-game furniture placement system, it automatically binds objects to the floor. This means that the trick described above will not work.

In this case, we can use another trick. Make auxiliary furniture, for example, "flagpole stand", and then put the flagpole on it.

Or put the flagpole, move it up with the console command and save the game.

PS Maybe I'm wrong, and you got it a lot easier, and already tested in the game.

You have installed AAF components for mods that you do not have.
You need to reinstall the animation packs, and in the process of reinstallation uncheck those components that work with mods you don't have.

I never recall any animation pacl requiring SS2

You need to verify those 2 named .esp are enabled in your mod manager. If you don't have them, download and install them.

There is a Sim Settlements Furniture pack that includes furniture xmls for use with AAF. Sounds like you have that, but you also need those others.

Here is the link for that pack (note the requirements):

It's not about the requirements of animation packs, it's about the fact that animation packs can OPTIONALLY support different mods.

When installing the animation packs, you need to carefully check the checkboxes of the installed components.

Your AAF log definitely indicates that you have many "***_furnitureData.xml" files referring to the missing mods.

I dont understand why its saying that esp is missing despite it being there and activated, in correct load order.
