Don't feel bad, ESP.s being deactivated took me by surprise too.   An undocumented feature of Vortex.

Please tell me if I'm wrong, but in the mod there is a Nuka Ride - Voices_en.ba2, should there not also a voice output at character and NPCs? I have no voice output so far, or does it come later when you are deeper in the story. so far I have only traveled to Nuka World and talked to Kaiser.

I haven't used Vortex in a while. I know they hired the old Mod Organizer dev and he reimplemented a lot of functionality. I wonder if it is similar to MO2 feature where it will soft deactivate any plugin that is missing masters. In the plugin list it shows you a red exclamation mark next to the plugin. Hovering over it shows a list of all masters it is missing. It does this to prevent a CTD.

That file is so npc's can move their lips when saying stuffs, and more importantly, so you can skip dialogue.

If you would like to hear voices, there is a mod here on loverslab that has the voice files for Nuka Ride, created by a synthesizer. You have to google it.

First off: great mod. I have not played FO4 before and I started with this and a bunch of others from the AAF Fucking Manual. Have to say,  if it weren't for the unvoiced lines, I probably wouldn't be able to tell it was not vanilla. The integration into the game is on the level of Amorous Adventures for Skyrim, and that's an achievement.

Second, a question: what kind of branding does the Overboss do to PC during the party after Music's quest? I have not noticed any new tattoos or marks,  so either I'm blind or something doesn't quite work on my setup. Please let me know so I can look into maybe fixing that on my end.

You don't always get branded.....sometimes you just get tats.  If you choose to become the Overboss's Bitch he will give you a brand.....on the ass cheek I believe.  Then if you piss him off by taking music outside of NW he may or may not give you another brand...depending on what you say to him I guess.  The brands are part of the tattoo mod you install.

I really like this mod. I first used it when it just came out, and now I am doing a new playthrough and I noticed a lot of improvements. One of the best mods on LL.

The only thing I wish I could have: an option somewhere to only use B&W tattoos. I hate color tattoos with all my heart, so I always get rid of them as soon as possible. With monocolor tattoos I would just leave them be. There is already an option to use only black ink tattoos in TatsAfterRape, it would be great to have the same option for this mod.

Thank you. In that case I probably either missed it or it blended in with others. I have Captive Tatoos and Tatoos After Rape and PC was a Raider Pet for some time before starting NR so she got inked all over. However for some reason I never got a face tattoo so I thought something was off. Far as I noticed FO4 doesn't seem to be limited to a set number of overlay slots like Skyrim did.

It seems that a misc quest to serve overseer guests (when you are being asked for sandwiches/drugs) is kinda buggy. On two occasions guests stopped responding in any way and I needed to save-exit and reload for quest to progress. I don't have any mods that would affect behavior of NPC's (besides "sexual harassment" mod), so I don't think that the problem is in some mod conflict.

I noticed that some of the NR outfits don't have proper morphs applied despite being built correctly in Bodyslide. I looked through the outfits and it seems that the following have incorrect/missing sliders, causing it to look odd when worn:

audition outfit

fancy purse

safari heels

corsican outfit

mason outfit

pink outfit

gage heels

inauguration heels

nisha boots

I have no idea what specifically might be interfering, but at least you're getting past it. I remember that stage (successfully fulfilling a request from a VIP) runs a few scripts. So when you bring him food/drink/drug, give him a couple of seconds before interacting again.

There comes a point where they will no longer give you tattoos and the tattoo artist will be able to put sets on you. Many sets are black and white.

I would love to use facial tattoos, but yeah, it's not possible with current tools.
Tattoos and marks are almost all in captive tattoos. You can see the Overboss mark here.

One of the biggest issues with the mod is waiting long enough for an event to happen.  For example, if you get the request to dance, on my load out, it takes up to a minute or more to start the animation.   So, have you gone into the kitchen to make the sandwiches?    During the party do the beers and sandwiches spawn in the fridge?

I  believe the "bug" is either a delayed animation (AAF calls clear when shutting down and starting up FO4), or you haven't finish some aspect of the specific request.    For this stage, no generic drug, sandwich or beer will work, you have to get the specific "Mireluke Sandwich" (i think), "Ice cold beer", or "nuka Rush".

Ingame morphs? I'll take a look at it next week. So if you're pregnant you don't see the changes wearing those outfits?

That depends on your settings in DATA/AAF/AAF_Settings.ini

Remember that you can install my ini file where I have made a couple of specific settings. Among them, AAF takes no more than 5 seconds to start. It is the last option of the fomod.

AAF animation is used only for pole dancing in this quest, right? And everyone asked me to pole dance only in the last stage, before the "reward" from the overguy. It was more or less something like this:

2 people asked for drugs, 2 people asked for beers. Everyone stopped reacting, so save/exit/load.

Next, everyone was asked for sandwiches. I don't know, like 4-5 times. Afterwards, it stopped responding and save/exit/load.

Finally, in the last part I had requests only for pole dancing. I don't remember, I think I danced 3 times in total, until everyone was happy (which, of course, is kinda silly as everyone was in the same room). I didn't need to do anything else for the quests after this, the quest proceeded with the overseer interaction/"reward" part.

I see. Well, it didn't apply it for some reason then.

CBBE. Morphs in general work. As in, pregnancy does bulge them, but they don't stick to the body and have different shape. The slider set for those specific outfits is different than for the others. some of the sliders overlap, but breast and butt sliders are different. If you compare slider sets in BS, they are different. Had it been Skyrim I would say that Pink Outfit looks like it has UNP sliders instead of CBBE for some reason. William outfit is correct and looks correct in game.

Sexual Harassment needs to be disabled.  It can interfere with dialog.  It doesn't need to be uninstalled, just disabled sometimes.  I have played it through many, many times....with and without SH and I found that SH would interrupt NR dialog.  I had to reload a few times because of it.  Specially since I had the cool down time set so low.  So disable it for awhile and give it a try.

I repeat: GREAT.MOD

Man, I came for the porn, but stayed for... everything else. I think I have maybe passed halfway point but it's fucking 3:30a.m. and I've been playing it for the past 2 days. I have to take a break. Good thing its a weekend, but all plans I had went down the drain.

My hats off for the dialogues and the characters and music and... everything. Shame it can only be experienced for the first time once. I don't think I'll be replaying it. Ever. Or even playing more FO4 after I'm done. Starlight's story will end with Nuka Ride and I want to keep it unspoiled in my memory.

For the record: I have not even been to Concord yet. Shaun? Who's Shaun?

It's an amazing mod. Really. I remember it a year ago, when it was just a couple of quests for few hours max, and now I am playing for two days and haven't done anything else in the game. Story is great, quest with a... "sugar daddy" was awesome, I couldn't stop laughing reading the dialogues there. I gained more than 10 levels already (ok, "Idiot slut" perk helped me here) and I don't want the mod content to end, don't want to get back to the boring commonwealth. Truly outstanding job.

P.S. I noticed that in the later part of the game there are a lot of typos. Not too annoying though.

Ugh... I just woke up, haven't slept much and the first thing I thought was to go back playing... Haven't felt like that since Planescape Torment... only I'm getting too old for this kind of marathon. Curse you for this excellent mod!

Dialogues are great. I only wish you could skip through them faster. I'm playing survival and some of the talking takes so long my character gets hungry, thirsty and tired halfway through. This is getting tedious since first in a fast reader and second sometimes I need to repeat whole chains of conversations due to bugs and having to load earlier saves. But I suspect that may be an engine issue and a quirk of FO4. Since other dialogues from other mods can't be skipped through as well. I suspect those are hello and forced hello type of events cause it's the same issue with harrasement for example.

OP: did you write the story and dialogues yourself? Character's personalities really shine through, they are great and the story has all the right tropes in just the right places.

Ah, yes, getting tired playing on survival is a constant issue. At least food/drink isn't a problem (thanks for the almost limitless fridge). I think it's because simply time runs very fast ingame, I remember somehow it was possible to slow it down. There should be an ini setting for that, I believe.

One thing I wish would have been made clearer - that the name change is going to be permanent. I didn't expect that when I was choosing a pseudonym that it will affect me on global level. I am getting used to be referred as Bubbles, still I wish there was a clear warning beforehand, so I would put more thought into this choice (like the warning before the reward from overboss).

Would you prefer Buttercup instead?

Haha.

Regarding time passage, I found the command:

set timescale to <number you prefer>

Default is 20, it means every second in real time equals to 20 in the game. I remember that setting this too low can be dangerous, but 10 should be safe. It will help with the tiredness in dialogues.

Hi JB. Big thanks for this masterpiece. I don't think I will  try to visit Nuka World without this mod

BTW, when I got into a fist fight with Tessa(a gunner), then AAF pops up an error message saying it can't play Advanced Animation or something similar.  Is there some animation lacking or I need to try to reinstall animation/patch? Do you remember,  what animation did you use there?

PS  with generated voice files installed the mod is even more fun. But as was mentioned above the clone speaks with male voice
