I went into the AAF Discord and read a guy traumatized by the Bulldog kidnapping. Basically the "Softcore" or "magic world of flowers" mode is a tribute to him.

 

But, I stand by, this is the mod. I can block events like that ?, but I don't think I have the patience to change dialogue. In my case, the process of writing is more exhausting than the process of scripting in CK.

 

Oh gosh I just scrolled back through and watched that video of rainbows and flowers.  I love it.  :)

Bravo!!!! bravo!!!Fallout 4 has turned into an RPG thanks to your mod! in the original fallout 4, the role-playing component is weak - your mod fixes it! You are a talent!

Don't change your shit only to please a minority. If someone doesn't like something, then it's not for them. Period.

With that said, i'm definitely biased because not only this is my kind of content, this isn't even hardcore enough for my taste.

(EDITED IN: Hell, maybe you could throw some actual snuff in there and use Purgatory as a respawn somehow.)

But sadly, FO4 lacks a couple 'mechanics' from mods that Skyrim for example, has. Amputations being one.

Whichever the case, i've finished my "main" run, which I had stored and waiting for a new release.

Now I started a new run and i'm definitely addicted. Hands down, THE best quest mod out there.

 

A little bird also told me that you're planning on making a player slaver mod in the future... If Nuka Ride is anything to go by, I already cannot fucking wait.

If You, Ego and Kziidt "team up" with an overall framework/DD/Slavery mod and whatnot...

I think I need to go change my panties, if you'll excuse me...

Is the conversation with Baldwin a bad ending, or the only possible one?
It seems I took a wrong turn somewhere and now I regret my actions. Man, this is strong.

On a side note, my FO4 is so heavily modded that I had to see who the hell were these people, they sound like my characters, but, wow, thank goodness for TWB, FG, Valkrye, cute presets and CBBE.

I was asking someone who politely mentioned the direction it was going wasn't in their taste and I inquired as to where it went off the rails for them.   I am an engineer so I believe that there is one elegant solution to everything (i.e. you can please most everyone) and all you need to do is expand the algorithm enough to account for most of those variables.   I view that persons response as one aspect of a Fourier Transform, yours as another.  

 

Now, I realize that this likely won't result in any change to Nuka Ride, but I will keep this information stored away if/when I decide to do my next mod.    Now if only I had a better attention sp.....did you know that keyboards get pretty dusty on certain keys, I wonder if there is a way to enable sweeping the less used keys during normal typing.....an.

Having recently started a new playthrough (partly as an excuse to start again and try out the new version of this awesome mod!) I just went through the quest where William takes you to the Atom Cats garage and puts the bimbo collar on you, and didn't see the awesome bimbo running animation. It definitely worked fine for me in the 3.2.4 version, and I thought this quest was the first time it was used. Did that change or did I somehow manage to screw up with the handful of changes I made to my load order?

I think it is just the Collar that makes you walk that way in that scene.  Make sure you are wearing all the stuff...outfit, jewelry, wig, ect....load order is important too.

It's actually a limitation of the Fallout engine. When I put the collar on you via script, you must go in and out of your pipboy to have the bimbo walking effect. That's why CeeBod can't see the effect.

In version 4.1.1 you must insult Boris's mother (during Boris' test) as many times as you can.

 

As of 4.1.2 neither option will kill you.

Well I just did the Visiting the Overboss quest and initially had the same issue of the animation not showing up, despite wearing the collar. Half way there though, I crouched (to steal something) and immediately after that it worked fine!  Seems likely it's just a minor glitch on my end, but I was just checking whether the collar(s) changed between versions really.

 

Ah thanks JB, your explanation makes much more sense than my half-assed guess ;)

I really want to make that mod and I don't intend to limit myself. I really liked the experiences at Maria Eden and Slaverun.

 

About the amputee stuff, a quest where you were kidnapped by super mutants and had your arm eaten was in my yawns for Nuka Ride ( @Gamaramdi ?but it was one of those ideas that I decided to save for another mod.


Obviously you ran away and then a doctor would give you your arm back afterwards. But without a framework like Skyrim's you are more limited.

When the Overboss wants the player to take Lyons for a walk, if the character goes inside Fizztop, and takes the elevator down to the bottom floor and tries to exit out into NukaWorld through the door, the door will instead exit back into the top area where the Overboss is. The elevator seems to function correctly at all times pror to this part.

Huh. I'll have to try it to see what happens. I always take the elevator. (And sometimes I end up hurting Lyons when he goes up in the elevator.)
