Zaz Animation Pack V7.0 [2017-05-16]

Hey I'm new to this, I want to know what exactly I gotta do to get zaz animations working along with sexlab.

 

Do I need to change something in the MCM of both?

Both SexLab and Zaz are Frameworks.

Alone they do pretty much nothing.

 

You need a mod that will use them and then run the Zaz animations or use its furniture or assets.

 

The list of mods that do this is pretty long, just select something following your personal taste.

Usually nothing special is required.

 

If you are using SexLab 1.59c (the one I recommend right now), then just be aware that the number of animation slots can be consumed quickly (SexLab + Zaz + NSAP go already beyond the limit.)

If you are using SexLab 1.60 beta then the registration can be a little bit difficult but usually works fine.

 

In Zaz MCM you may want to disable the replacement of animations.

The milk machine is a standard furniture with a sit special animation attached to it.

 

You can just "use" it with the player, or it is enough to add a "Sit" package to a NPC to let her use it.

 

Of course you will just see the animation. For side effects (breast resizing, producing milk) you have to use a specific mod.

when i try it, it Shows only the pc going into the machine. nothing moves. is that sit Special Animation some kind of package i have to attach to it ? where is this sit Animation in ck ?

The Milk Machine is just a Furniture object with a sit animation attached to it. When the player uses it (or a NPC) it is just a quick animation to assume the position. Nothing else is done by Zaz (as far as I know), it is up to the mods to do something.

 

The sit animation is attached to the object (I think it is a Static, but I am not 100% sure about the type...) It is not a "SexLab" anim.

 

 

Maybe I will do for my CSB mod a small trick for you (nice and easy, as said by someone when you go off the chart in Helgen and put your head on the chopping block.): 

You can use the milk machine in the brothel by asking the devious girl (player, follower, or pick a NPC), and decide if you want drain or pump.

After a small while the animation is playing the tits of the actor will shrink/grow (drain/pump).

 

This for only 50 gold! (It is a brothel...)

 

 

What do you think?

I get a glitch in SD+, though I have a strong feeling it is caused by ZAZ not by SD+, or more like caused by incorrect interaction maybe? Here is a piece of logs, it happens mostly during the event when the owner is trying to force the slave to kneel. Mostly ends up with both of them switching through a range of poses and ending up with separate masturbation animations.

Would be glad to know if there is a way to fix it, or if it's actually caused by zaz at all?

Your newest ZAZ keeps on crashing bro.

Can't save and load anymore without it crashing.

Can't die without it crashing.

Your older model didn't do this. What gives?

 

The newest release works great in my game. I had over 50 saves in day and a half of playing and had no single crash at all in all aspects of your report. So it must be something else in your game that is not working well along the ZAP.

This latest release works well for me for the most part, I'm only having one significant issue.  I'm getting the dreaded scarecrow actors for the zapskullfuck animation.  I re-registered animations with sexlab to ensure I wasn't reaching the limit for number of animations, and ran fnis, but still getting the non-animation. 

 

The one thing related to this is that I've gotten rid of all AP animations from the sexlab framework to make room for NSAP animations, which includes the old AP skullfuck animation, but I figured it'd be fine since ZAP should have it's own animations.  Any hints or suggestions on how I can correct this issue?  That is the only animation I've found that is giving me problems, but it comes up often as an animation replacer now since I'm experimenting with certain slavery mods. :blush:

Ignoring the dirty files, I never had a problem with the previous zaz, but this new one I don't know what's going on.

 

Description? Auto save crashes. Dying crashes. Those are the two big ones so far

Your newest ZAZ keeps on crashing bro.

Can't save and load anymore without it crashing.

Can't die without it crashing.

Your older model didn't do this. What gives?

 

I had a similar problem....if its my same issue you might wat to try this:

 

1 load the corrupt save

2 disable Death alternative from MCM (IF you have it)

3 open console and type player.kill

4 wait the automatic reload

5 save (you now have fixed your save and will be able to save normally from now on).

6 repeat for every save you want to fix

7 could occur sporadically again... but fix is quite easy.

WAAAIITTT! It seems like I fixed it. Try downloading the hotfix from march on DA. It's the update one below the main mod file. I test player.kill and went in another house and load on auto while mod is active, and no crashes yet.

Yes player.kill work for 10 or 15 save, after happen the same and again player.kill

The bound override animations for SL seems to have problems. More often than not the actors are not aligned in the correct direction (ie. one of them is rotated 180 degree from the direction they should be in).

 

It does seem to be able to fix itself on the 2nd stage of any given animation, but it's still quite jarring to see people thrusting/being thrusted by nothing but thin air and sometimes clipping against each other.

 

 

(Note: I did delete and repost this. It's not for seeking further attention, but for doing further testing after reading about DD's own "use bound animation" toggle. That toggle doesn't appear to do anything when I don't have the relevant animations registered and activated, which if my memory still serves right, would lead to bondage animations being played at random even when there's no bondage gear involved.

 

The bottom line is, it seems likely that the problem originates from ZAZ's override.)

@Numerals:  I've seen that same 180-degree out-of-whack alignment using the DDi "bound animations" override (sometimes).  Might be an interaction with SexLab itself, or it could be common to both DDi and Zaz because of similar coding in both cases.

 

You shouldn't need to have the Zaz animations registered for the "bound animations" substitution to work - but you do need it if a mod is going to look for those animations by name or tag (which Deviously Cursed Loot apparently does).
