What version are you using? You alsways need 1.4.4 and install on it NonXDI patch if you want play without XDI.

 

I've been thinking and the main quest is missing something. And this something is a surgeon who installed a mechanical cock in the PC's chest. I have encountered the same problem for the button not working. Turns out I only downloaded ProblemsofSurvivor1.4.4NonXDIPatch.rar at first. You need first to install ProblemsofSurvivorNon-XDI1.2.1.rar, then the 1.4.4 patch. Worked for me.

Just a suggestion. The 10,000 caps from Johnny seems way to high to me and rather unbalances the game economy (if anything the game needs more gold sinks as it's too easy to get caps).

 

At present, I use the console to remove them but I would have thought reducing it to say 200 or 300 would be a more realistic option.

Thinking about this (gold sinks), as an idea how about a new side quest where the pc has to pay rent on Home Plate. If they can't pay then they're locked out and have to find the caps or work off their debt as a prostitute.

 

It would need some careful balancing and a way for players to avoid it or find a way out of it if it's not to their taste. Might also need a MCM menu to set the rate and timing so might be more work than it's worth

Even on AdvancedNeeds2/Survival the sink of food, water, etc becomes negligible. 
And right now the only money sink is amassing ammo, chems, Named Guns and Armor, and settlement mats/shipments. and the like.

I don't find the safe upstaire with, if what i understand is correct, the note with the location of the treasure (i suppose some other mod is making it disapear). I've seen the coffer in Concord Sewers but can't open it because i don't have the final key. Basil don't give me the possibility of having the final key (because i didn't find the note ?).

I'm worry i'm gonna bug Basil if i just advance quest with command.

 

Can someone help me with this ? Like giving me the exact location of the safe with the note to be sure i'm bugged (like the exact room and in which location of that room) or maybe the ID of the note (or the final key) so i can spawn it with a command ?

The safe location - go up the stairs to the second floor and follow the landing all the way round until you can't go any further (to the wall facing the street). You should see a broken radiator/table (iirc) and the safe is in the floor right in the corner.

 

If you're still stuck I can put up a screen shot.

If you want to fix the caps problem, I can highly recommend the Worthless Loot mod - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27927

 

This instantly fixes having too many caps, without messing with values, drop lists, etc. Loot is still useful for settlement building, but you will struggle for caps.

It looks like the script is doing too many things on enter. If you have a perk Ghoul's Washlet or the Ghoul Mask on, then the ghouls should not react and probably not crash the game.

I'm early in a new game so wasn't aware of Sarah of Deadpool (not run into it yet). Would it be an idea to link the mission to that one which would put the caps into context? Or maybe better (and easier) have Johnny hold onto the caps while he's selling the porn mags and trigger a note to the pc when they're needed for Sarah.

 

EDIT: Even easier way would be for a dialogue change where Johnny says he's got to have some time to sell them to get the caps but they'll be there when you return. Best leave them for a rainy days or later when you will need them (which gives the player the hint that they'll need them for another mission later)

 

Robbery sounds really good and gambling too. Not so keen on the follower as they're a pain in the arse always getting in the way (I play sneaky characters) so personally would avoid that one.

I'm thinking about the Farm Life content for TOH: Enslavement and work as a farm slave. Hard labour, take care of cattle (milking, washing, healing), wedding with an animal, delivery of heavy cargo to the nearest settlement. Just like in the Bighorner Ranch from Fallout NV's Sexout Breeder. Why not add this to POS too? What do you think about working as textboxes? Someting like: "The rest of the day you took heavy parts and wore them against your stomach, because the owner forbade dragging them. After a hard day of being a draft animal, the owner made you return all things to their original place in the same way. You missed your bedtime for this."?

Textboxes are good to describe complex activities without actually showing them, so I guess it's the safest way to implement peculiar events.

Personally, I think they're really good when they're used to skip actions which can't be accurately represented without adding animations, so this could be just the case.

Changing the topic, are you by chance thinking about a male perspective of main quest ?? Like Max getting revenge on Nate because he can't destroy Nora's life anymore (and simply because he's a jerk ?) or something like this?

Found 1.4.4, not where I was expecting it. Still can talk to Pamala. I even copied the scripts into the mo2 folder 1.4 is in.
