I dont think its relevant but I do still state it. I was testing Kick mod in winking skeever kicking npcs which fought back and I got defeated downstairs. It took like 5s but then I had notification message telling me that skeletons attack me whatever. Then like 5 skeletons pop out of nowhere and as I dont have creature sex enabled ( you could probably ask this from SL API easily ) everything got stuck.

Its unbelievable that this mod does not consider creature optional and that it even spawns them in zones its not even remotely good practise.

 Calm down. A bug is a bug and not bad practise. Try latest version.

Altough maybe relocate the cage spawns. 

Half the time i get spawned in a cage with a troll (turned of creatures but still) in Riften or Markarth. All the guards try and kill the troll thats in the cafe with me.

 

Thx for mentioning. Seems i forgot the creature checks. Sorry. 

As for attacking. Do you have scrabs papyrus script extendet installed? Its used to calm the scene. 

 

There are 17 or so locations currently. Will add more. Note that skyrim rng is weird and loading the same dave can often yield similar outcomes

I made new notes and will check both when I m back in 2 weeks.

No worries, also no rush.

 

Yeah, the give up to be sold to slavery option in a situation where you don't want to escape.

Anyone knows solution for broken letters!?(Naked defeat is the only mod that is bugged this way) Only "info: Shortucts" works fine,already tried re-installing,updating.......nothing helps Screenshot_137.png.66ea684013a4609437fd8b954cc305d2.png

Lemme guess, you are not using the English client? Nor a German one? If that's the case go to Data/interface/translations and rename Naked Defeat_GERMAN.TXT to whatever language you running in Skyrim.

For me it's fixed with changing Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\Skyrim ini
"sLanguage={Whatever you have}=>sLanguage=English"

I added some Functions to naked defeat to recover the player from bleedout/ragdoll states reliably. Might be they interfere with other stuff. 
 

Hi. Thanks for answer me. I didn't know that the problem was with papyrus, so I went ahead and analyzed it. I confirmed via papyrus that Naked Defeat still reacts to OnEnterBleedout and calls OnAnimationEvent(RemoveCharacterControllerFromWorld) even when defeat handling is disabled in the MCM.
This happens while combat is still active, causing the player controller to be removed prematurely, which results in physics launch and softlock.
SL Defeat tries to take over afterward, but the player state is already broken. Please correct me if my analysis is wrong though!

 

And taking advantage of your attention, I'd like to ask if there's any way to avoid losing my weapons when Naked Defeat deals with defeat. I've disabled the item stealing option, but I still lose all the weapons I have on hand when defeated and can't get them back.

mhmh, i see cuz i tried multiple time trying to surrender to a guard (pulling out weapon and putting it back) but nothing happend so yeah thanks !

gave this mod another try after a while, ran into a few bugs throughout a single test run (sadly dont have paps enabled but ill run again, jotting down the experience intially) scene seemed to hiccup and slow to initiate, ~1.5-2min of npcs/PC idling before scene started, despite the lag fix enabled (maybe its faster than it would be without, not sure) with scripts pinging as high as 120-140 (elephant script tester says 80 is normal) as well as not knowing if the mod was running correctly or not, as my character was able to run/forced into crawling from my defeat spot (embershard mine) all the way to riverwood before being warped back to the spot (the VR/P+ fix was enabled). The forced crawl animation would often play and break whatever animations were trying to be played (defeated lying on the ground, in the bondage furniture, etc) and when teleported to a new location, im guessing my character was to be in an x-cross, but the camera was somehow switch to TFC, the crawl animation broke my PC out of the cross, and i was unable to interact with anything, even after TFC in console and enableplayercontrols to gain movement back. 

 

What did work was the bridge from Acheron fired and started this well enough with adequate notifications displaying the mod sequences working. A SL scene was initiated, and furniture was added/removed well enough. ill get paps enabled and see if trial #2 in the same location plays out different.

second attempt: tried the OAR crawl add on to see what that would do. Crawl animations continued to peridocially interupt various asepcts of the mod as it did earlier. crawling would override SL scenes while they still ran, SL scene would play stage one, end abruptly, but restart, and possible due to this, a "fade to black" occurred mid sexlab scene, attempting to teleport the PC inside the cave (from what i assumed, as it was still pitch black after a brief loading screen) before being teleported back outside into a furniture device. Sadly the crawling kept breaking the animation, and attempting to struggle free was the same key as "resets furniture animation" so the mod was fighting between fixing the error and attempting the escape. 

 

What worked better this time, was there was proper scene end and indications via notifications, escaped and wrapped the captivity quest and fulfilled the robbed quest as well. The notifications during the initial setups still give the "if this is taking too long, enable lag fix" despite lag fix being enabled (albeit a small thing, just found it interesting it still suggests this as a default)

 

server errors are preventing papyrus files to be uplaoded atm >.< but I have one from this last trial and will upload when i can.

test 3: Creature defeat worked all but the ending. PC stays in a downed state, waited 5min and nothing resolved despite notifications saying naked defeat scene finished. the debug hotkeys to open menu didnt work either, jumping only resets and makes the PC downed once more. waiting with the ingame wait feature didnt resolve things either, softlocked and had to reload.

Edit: added additional papyrus on additional test. repeatable. PC remains downed and unable to stand, debug hotkey and all combinations of K dont seem to help.

I know this off topic from the main mod but I'm having trouble with Acheron ever since I've updated the mod. Whenever I activate a defeated NPC, the dialogue menu overlaps above the hunter's pride menu, but when i exit the dialogue menu, my mouse cursor disappears and I can't select the options or exit out of the hunter's pride menu. I can't even press the pause key to exit out of the game. I have to ctrl+alt+del to get out.

The workbench is inentional to fix some camera bugs. Does the game crash Every time you use unstuck player? Because one ctd is no ctd.

The crawl animation is not causing this. You just have some incompatible mofs who break naked defats poses. The crawl is just the normal idle amd move pose you see then. Mods like fill her up or are usually the offenders or any other mod who uses oar or idles randomly.

Then try naked defeat again. 

 

Also do not try to outsmart features. When instructed to find a spot do not change cells. 

 

All the stuff u describe are either bad load order incompatible mods or user errors
