I had some lag when surrendering too, putting enemies in combat mode for a brief time. They act as non-hostile NPCs shouting "I'm getting out of here" etc. My fix for now is tcai in the console, which works well enough for me(It's also immersion breaking, but not optional), and it's not worth it reorganizing my whole load order or disabling mods at this point, when I have already put a lot of work into making a relatively stable and working(most of the time) setup.

I discovered that logging was disabled, so I'm attaching the most recent log in the event that something is wrong and you can find out anything that I can fix, if you desire to do so. Otherwise I can manage without golden showers. I just wanted to report it since it seemed something went wrong.

All seems to be working well except during sex scenes while defeated, my facial animations are acting weird. As in they will trigger for a split second then revert to normal (aka mouth closes and I am stuck with tongue sticking out of my chin). I have tried with the Pain expressions enabled and disabled.  SL scenes outside of defeat scenario are working as intended  in regards to the expressions. 

 

An annoyance more than anything else.

yeah, something slipped through, sorry :(


I am too close to 6.2 to make a Hotfix, so here is 6.19 as FULL Version. 
Changelog in the Spoiler. 


To fix the issue, you need to disable the mod, wait like 10-15 seconds.
Save and Reload and Enable the Mod (just to be sure). 

If the issue persists, please report back. I m still parsing the scripts so I can do another fix fast if needed. 
A Papyrus Log would help, but in this case can do without.

BIG NEW FEATURE (alpha status)
I finally had everything in place to start working on my own Local Slavery Feature. It chooses a different route than Public Whore or Sanguine Debauchery since I continue to refuse using the Skyrim Quest and Dialogue System. The latter is painfull, because voices make the game so alive. But in the background I am working on a solution for months now, so Naked Defeat can finally have some nasty conversations. But that is future talk.
For now, I have rough and unforgiving public Slavery for you. You will be busy, you will be confused, you will make misstakes and you will get fucked alot. 
Can be started only via Simple Slavery right now. Set the weight in the MCM - Extras Tab (Local Slavery weight). Just set it to 100 and Cage Game to 0 and you will always be sent to Local Slavery

Options are in Page 6 of the MCM (Local Slavery). Might take 1-2 minutes to work. Try save and reload if not.

- currently supports all major Cities (only - I want to add all the villages, farms, forts etc. in the future)
- Hostile Variant (bandits, creatures, animals...) is also in the making 
- Price for Freedom is the amount of Gold they press out of you until you are free (yes, they take any gold you have!)
- Missbehaving increases the amount (drastically sometimes)
- Doing Tasks, behaving and beeing a good slave can decrease the amount (Tasks are the best way to go)
- You can get tasks by standing in front of a guard (I recommend stationary ones), not too close, not too far, look straight at them and then press the Slave Action Key. You will get 2 random tasks. 1 Sex Task, 1 Fetch task. Follow the instructions written in the letters in your inventory. And no, there are no quest markers!
- Orgy tasks autocomplete. Service Tasks and Fetch Tasks need to be reported back to a guard (same way you got them).
- if you are done with tasks, you get new ones

I do not want to tell more, because I build some traps on purpose and I want the system to be explorable instead of fully explained. I will try to give the best description of the basic functionality I can, but the rest will be up to you to find out.

If you escape from the City (Allow Escape in MCM ON) you will just have to pay alot more money to be released, so if you ever return to a slave city, you will start right where you left (and worse!). If you do not allow escape, magic will always bring you back to the city until you work of your price of freedom. 

DD Punishment Outfits
- forgot to actually apply them... 
- now if you get defeated and want to get some DDs, instead of the RandomOnes you get now one of the 5 Punishment Outfits that you can fully configure WITH DDs and with all other clothing jewellerey or items you want (MCM Outfits Page)

MCM Overhaul
- renamed some options for more clarity
- disabled options now greyed out (for Public Punishment and Combat Stripping)
- some rearrangements for more clarity

Bugfixing/Cleaning 
I had to solve a pretty big obstacle for future development and finally managed to do so.
In the process I made some errors that snuck past me in testing and made it into the 6.XX releases.
I solved most of these in 6.12.
I also cleaned alot of errors from missing variables.

Dripping Pussy (Extras - Body Visuals) 
- New Option "Dripping Pussy" - Enables/Disables dripping Pussy Effects @Talesien (finally. sorry always forgot...)

Body Shaders (Extras - Body Visuals) 
- Completely disables Punishment Shaders (Shock, Frost, Fire etc.) - more elaborate options are planned but this is just for ppl annoyed by it for now.
WARNING! This can lead to strange situations and some screen messages or scenes might not match.
I do NOT recommend using this. Only if you are annoyed by the shaders and know what you disable, feel free.

NEW FEATURE: Naked Running/Tripping (Extras) 
This is a brute Force Functionality of Naked Defeat that will completely take over Player Movementspeed (Speedmult).
It allows you to set the base speed you want in the MCM.
Tripping will add a chance to fall down when barefoot.

Purpose:
Modded Skyrim with many Effects and mods doing their stuff with Movement speed often caused me to be either so slow that I could not move at all or get very fast at times. Therefor I decided to just put the axe to it and brute force my own ideas into the game.
This is a feature that I added for myself. Its not perfect, but still greatly improved my playing experience.

Features:
- Slower Movement when Barefoot (-20)
- Higher Tripping Chance when Barefoot (even higher when sprinting. walking and sneaking is saver)
- Slower Movement when Weapon Drawn (-5 when in Combat, else -10)
- Faster Movement when Stamina Potion Effect active (Naked Potions) - (+10)

NOTE 1: Tripping uses Ragdoll!
NOTE 2: Slow Effects from third party or vanilla spells and effects will not be recognized/respected. I plan on doing that, but no ETA yet.
NOTE 3: Carefull with setting your Base Speed. I added high values since I use those for debugging or fast moving for exploration purposes (finding locations etc.)

I had Powerofthree's PE and didn't realize there were many mods like that. Now I have installed Scrab's and will see if things improve.

Regarding XPMSE, what's a modern setup in this case? I'm actually using the weapon scaling features in RaceMenu(good for alternative positioning and removing clipping), which some of the scripts seemed to be named for. Won't I break those features if I delete the scripts?

 

I don't have a modern setup since I'm not using SL P+ and I probably never will, until they somehow manage to make a better replacement for SLSO and a more practical UI that let's you control every aspect of it.

Afaik the only thing still relevant from XPMSE is the Skeleton (if even that). 

I cannot find the thread, but maybe you can find some more info elsewhere. 
Everything XPMSE does can be done better with newer Mods. 

 

The Errors it spams are in all case NOT healthy. In my experience they stress papyrus and lead to lags and can increase the chance for stackdumps. 
Whenever I removed or fixed any error spam from a mod I had a significantly better gaming experience. 

 

With "modern" Setup I mean using mods that are using modern functions (NG or similar) or do the same that old mods do but better. 
I had to say good by to alot of stuff when I switched from LE to AE for example, but in the meantime made up for it and even more. 

In any case: try to do your own research regarding YOUR setup and YOUR requirements, I can only speak from my experience. 
And since Naked Defeat relies 100% on Papyrus, it needs a Setup that allows it to work.

A 3 second wait in the script can lag to be 10+ if papyrus is stuttering.

I hope you only renamed them userfacing, not under the hood, nor re-arranged them in a way that puts them on a different tab, as that would break my MCM Recorder auto-setup, which might mean you are growing big, ugly warts on your face due to my cursing your name every time I start a new game (which right now is often as I'm still working on my new LO) until I get around to redo the recording ... just saying. ;)

do NOT just install everything from this list, at least read some of the descriptions or you will end up in the same place as now. 
took me years myself to learn even the basics to work well. 
I cannot help you with that, but there is plenty of space to ask for help in LL, Discord, Reddit etc. or just google and youtube for tutorials. 

Ah, I believe I was stupid, the reason for everything being broken and everything having errors was because I hadn't enabled the Pandora Output and sandwiched it between my animation mods. Now everything seems tPapyrus.0.logo actually be somewhat functional? I got my combat animations working, the surrender, bound and rape animations there as well for the bandits. But now I have to ask, do Giants have animations? Everytime I get defeated by a giant it just ragdolls me and after a minute or so my character gets back up at full hp and I'm fine. And when I commit a crime in Whiterun and get defeated or surrender and choose the ill die option, they put me in an X cross or a pillory (though the pillory has no object) but it says no aggressor found despite being in the middle of town, is that normal or is that another issue?

You seem to have disabled Creature Content in Naked Defeat. To enable it go to Defeat & Sex.
YOu can disable certain types of creatures in the MCM Creature Toggles too.


Also you are missing Stockade Animations (I think they are from Billy or Anubs of FunnyBiz)
and it recommend using SLATE and register my SLATE Nymra Action log.

 

I cannot go into details with that, just google your way through or use the corresponding support threads. 
Non of this is a Naked Defeat issue.

Only the interface names. 

The internal stuff can also happen, but its very very rare. 

 

I added a new page... (in the middle, so the others shifted. Dunno if it matters. their page names internally (%bla bla are  still the same)

And sadly I cannot really promise that its the last one. 

Usually I do not put them on new pages but it happened in the past occasionally. 

What is the issue with the recording anyway? Naked Defeat can save all the settings in its profiles? 
Never used the recorder, so I have little knowledge.

I dont know from memory which has Stockade.

Anubs has one, but it requires SLATE + My Action log because Anubs animations have no correct tags.

Debug Menu appears non-functional Shift+K brings up the test menu Alt+K does nothing.
My character got stuck in defeat/crawl pose. ND claims it is done. AKA my char is now borked and I've to reload, the very thing a Death Alternative mod is IMHO supposed to prevent under ANY circumstance.

Log is a bit messy, new LO, I only started cleaning scripts still about 120 or so to go. Most of them mod authors being sloppy. <sigh>

hmm, there is alot going on that I do not understand. 
technically this should not be possible.

 

Since I did alot of changes sinces 6.19 here is the 6.195 directly.

NOTE:
Installed on the borked Save it should theoretically bring up the Debug Wheel correctly.

 

A very unlikely thing but invisible in the logs: Please double check that you do not see "Hello Nymra" when you load a save and that you do not have a DebugPunishment slider in Systems (and its not 0 :D)


I made some additional changes to make sure Debug Menu can show up even when something is borked in an unusual way. 

 

This part is a bit suspicious, but since I do not know what it means, maybe its harmless.

its an old Sexlab Related issue but I think I found a way to at least make it less likely to happen. So... as always in Skyrim it cannot seem to be perfect

DD Punishment Outfits

HeartbeatSound Overhaul (for Public Punishment and Local Slavery)
rewrote the script to make the sound more consistent and cover a bigger range.
Currently the heartbeat had "gaps" from restarting accidently and the max volume was reached already at public exposure value of 10.
Now it reaches Max Volume at 30 and will have no more stuttering.

FIXED: When using Followers to defend yourself when you are down the heartbeatsound could get stuck.

RAGDOLL
Further attempts to control Ragdoll Situations
- fixed some issues with Ragdolling not ending at the start of defeat (sometimes when you were knocked down with a ragdoll effect and defeated ad the same time this could happen)

Since I did alot of changes sinces 6.19 here is the 6.195 directly.

NOTE:
Installed on the borked Save it should theoretically bring up the Debug Wheel correctly.

 

A very unlikely thing but invisible in the logs: Please double check that you do not see "Hello Nymra" when you load a save and that you do not have a DebugPunishment slider in Systems (and its not 0 :D)


I made some additional changes to make sure Debug Menu can show up even when something is borked in an unusual way. 

 

This part is a bit suspicious, but since I do not know what it means, maybe its harmless.

its an old Sexlab Related issue but I think I found a way to at least make it less likely to happen. So... as always in Skyrim it cannot seem to be perfect

LOCAL SLAVERY (in Cities only for now) - BIG NEW FEATURE (alpha status)
I finally had everything in place to start working on my own Local Slavery Feature. It chooses a different route than Public Whore or Sanguine Debauchery since I continue to refuse using the Skyrim Quest and Dialogue System. The latter is painfull, because voices make the game so alive. But in the background I am working on a solution for months now, so Naked Defeat can finally have some nasty conversations. But that is future talk.
For now, I have rough and unforgiving public Slavery for you. You will be busy, you will be confused, you will make misstakes and you will get fucked alot. 
Can be started only via Simple Slavery right now. Set the weight in the MCM - Extras Tab (Local Slavery weight). Just set it to 100 and Cage Game to 0 and you will always be sent to Local Slavery

Options are in Page 6 of the MCM (Local Slavery). Might take 1-2 minutes to work. Try save and reload if not.

- currently supports all major Cities (only - I want to add all the villages, farms, forts etc. in the future)
- Hostile Variant (bandits, creatures, animals...) is also in the making 
- Price for Freedom is the amount of Gold they press out of you until you are free (yes, they take any gold you have!)
- Missbehaving increases the amount (drastically sometimes)
- Doing Tasks, behaving and beeing a good slave can decrease the amount (Tasks are the best way to go)
- You can get tasks by standing in front of a guard (I recommend stationary ones), not too close, not too far, look straight at them and then press the Slave Action Key. You will get 2 random tasks. 1 Sex Task, 1 Fetch task. Follow the instructions written in the letters in your inventory. And no, there are no quest markers!
- Orgy tasks autocomplete. Service Tasks and Fetch Tasks need to be reported back to a guard (same way you got them).
- if you are done with tasks, you get new ones

I do not want to tell more, because I build some traps on purpose and I want the system to be explorable instead of fully explained. I will try to give the best description of the basic functionality I can, but the rest will be up to you to find out.

If you escape from the City (Allow Escape in MCM ON) you will just have to pay alot more money to be released, so if you ever return to a slave city, you will start right where you left (and worse!). If you do not allow escape, magic will always bring you back to the city until you work of your price of freedom. 

DD Punishment Outfits
- forgot to actually apply them... 
- now if you get defeated and want to get some DDs, instead of the RandomOnes you get now one of the 5 Punishment Outfits that you can fully configure WITH DDs and with all other clothing jewellerey or items you want (MCM Outfits Page)

HeartbeatSound Overhaul (for Public Punishment and Local Slavery)
rewrote the script to make the sound more consistent and cover a bigger range.
Currently the heartbeat had "gaps" from restarting accidently and the max volume was reached already at public exposure value of 10.
Now it reaches Max Volume at 30 and will have no more stuttering.

MCM Overhaul
- renamed some options for more clarity
- disabled options now greyed out (for Public Punishment and Combat Stripping)
- some rearrangements for more clarity

Bugfixing/Cleaning 
I had to solve a pretty big obstacle for future development and finally managed to do so.
In the process I made some errors that snuck past me in testing and made it into the 6.XX releases.
I solved most of these in 6.12.
I also cleaned alot of errors from missing variables.

Dripping Pussy (Extras - Body Visuals) 
- New Option "Dripping Pussy" - Enables/Disables dripping Pussy Effects @Talesien (finally. sorry always forgot...)

Body Shaders (Extras - Body Visuals) 
- Completely disables Punishment Shaders (Shock, Frost, Fire etc.) - more elaborate options are planned but this is just for ppl annoyed by it for now.
WARNING! This can lead to strange situations and some screen messages or scenes might not match.
I do NOT recommend using this. Only if you are annoyed by the shaders and know what you disable, feel free.

NEW FEATURE: Naked Running/Tripping (Extras) 
This is a brute Force Functionality of Naked Defeat that will completely take over Player Movementspeed (Speedmult).
It allows you to set the base speed you want in the MCM.
Tripping will add a chance to fall down when barefoot.

Purpose:
Modded Skyrim with many Effects and mods doing their stuff with Movement speed often caused me to be either so slow that I could not move at all or get very fast at times. Therefor I decided to just put the axe to it and brute force my own ideas into the game.
This is a feature that I added for myself. Its not perfect, but still greatly improved my playing experience.

Features:
- Slower Movement when Barefoot (-20)
- Higher Tripping Chance when Barefoot (even higher when sprinting. walking and sneaking is saver)
- Slower Movement when Weapon Drawn (-5 when in Combat, else -10)
- Faster Movement when Stamina Potion Effect active (Naked Potions) - (+10)

NOTE 1: Tripping uses Ragdoll!

Hello! I came back say that I found a solution for whipping scenes that I had trouble with mco a week ago. Just follow this post's instructions from bandit paradise. It's not perfect but it's better than it was before. Also works with BFCO too if you go to the folders and change the mco_attack files to bfco_attack(basically rename mco to bfco). Just wanted to leave this here in case anyone else was having problems with the whipping

I actually worked the whole night on whipping...

 

I finally found a solution for all Attack based whipping SUCKING

At least in my game this seems to make whipping look nice:

 

- Set Stamina and Stamina regeneration of the Whipper to 0

- Set SpeedMult (NPC Walking Speed) to 0

 

This prevents PowerAttacks and stupid movements.

Ofc other mods could interfere with that, but it seems Normal Attacks always work with Stamina 0, power attacks dont.

 

The stats are just resetted after the whipping.

 

This will be implemented in the 6.2 Version.

That's good to hear you found a possible solution! But what about mods that add stagger/flinching like precision? If you're able to remove power attacks, would that stop your character from staggering cause of it, right? Cause the solution i gave above won't stop power attacks unfortunately. also forgot to mention that these combat mods treat whips like they're swords(whenever you hit someone with it, blood splatters everywhere instead of just leaving whipmarks)

- Precision is handled by Naked Defeat already 

---> I have plans to add a function that detects whipping from other Mods too and applies the Precision fix

- The new Method pretty reliably blocks Power Attacks from happening in MY game. We need to see how it plays out in the wild and then see if we can adapt.

- Blood Splatters happen for me too sadly, but only on the ground. On the body I get whipmarks

WHIPPING Improvements
I implemented a new concept for how to work with Whipping.
- more reliable Whipper Detection (less "no whipper") 
- no more Power Attacks 
- no more moving around or on top the whipping target 
- accurate strikes and distance throughout the whipping
- alot less teleporting (if any)
This is NOT guaranteed to work with all Mod Setups sadly, so please report back how this works for you.
The "Trick" is setting Stamina, StaminaRate and Speedmult to 0 for the Whipper during the Scene (stupid me for not having that idea years ago...)

Thank you for the update!

 

I haven't found any details regarding the update process from 4.x/5,x versions on the description page. Or maybe I just did not see them?
