The development version is pretty stable. Next major update might be because of HSH, if I want to extend the number of house slaves. Next would be AYGAS for the same reason then Fellglow camp.

So a big DOM core update is not going to happen very soon. Just small functionalities like the vampire feed but no changes in quest aliases (the ones that can screw your save).

Good Morning,

Recently just updated to 7.10.9 and am now getting an error from OAR, seems there is some kind of conflict between gunslicer animations and DOM? Not sure what would cause it in the patch notes. Got a screen shot of what I suppose is the conflict but ngl I dont know shit about OAR.

Edit: Alright turns out I had two installs of DOM in my mod manager and I was updating the inactive copy previously, so inbetween 7.9.2 and 7.10.6 is where this error crops up. Tested with 10.6-9 and error persists . I simply removed the preset while in user mode (pretty sure it doesnt change the mod files?) and the error went away but I have no earthly idea what that preset does. I'm gonna play a bit and see if anything breaks.

Remove the DOM Gunslicer OAR directory:Ā

In DOM directory, go to:Ā meshes\actors\character\animations\OpenAnimationReplacer\

Delete "Gunslicer Animations OAR".

You have this error because you don't have the latest GUNSlicer animations All In One, and OAR claims an error on the non existing GS preset, instead of just ignoring the animation set.

Next update will not install this files if GS OAR is not found.

Could we get just a couple of words about how to assign left column key, right column key - and what is a modifier.

How does DOM distinguish between Hotkey - or left column key + modifier?

Every time I assign CTL as a modifier key - I crouch...

Sorry for these dumb questions - but they have bothered me for literally years.

In MCM select the hotkey to modify. Hit the key you want it assigned to, or press ESC to clear it.

Lets say I would like to do a Slaver run where all the gold I get and use comes from slavery. What are the options for making gold with slaves? What is the best spot to sell the random unnamed bandit npcs? Is there a spot where I can sell them so they don't just accumulate and cause lots of lag or over population and instead get deleted overtime?Ā

The new version on patreon says it fixes the HSH mines not working before you do the quest but on loverslab it doesn't say this. Is there a difference between the patreon and lovers lab versions?

I have 2 "u" for bathing a stuff like that, "L' for the slaver, that's all I use everything else I can get through dialog.

Is there an updated emotion list somewhere? I see things like unhappy/untamed and have no idea what it means. Slaves also seem to have two different moods or something simultaneously. Finally the brand tats seem to be color coded to some state on the slave, how does that work? I haven't played this in a while and all of the front page docs seem to be outdated.Ā

DOM 7 is still in development so yes the main page is a bit outdated.

Dual moods were a thing with 7.9, upgrade to 7.10. Otherwise you should have mood and training status.

The brand tats are color coded to the training status of the slave. It depends on the training level and which stats are trained. This can be deactivated in the MCM debug tab.

No, it says it corrected a bug where mines were restored before their quest was even started.Ā

DOM ransom and AYGAS spelling to citizens, HSH selling to the mines and TDF prostitution.Ā

Fellglow camp is still being debugged, as well as AYGAS and some HSH functionalities. But you're welcome to try.

In addition to what TrollAutoKill said, you might be interested in Enthralled. It has a couple of slavers where you can sell slaves, and some repeatable quests involving capturing and selling slaves.

What i have found is that ATF can cause that issue, don't know if your using that or not,

I have had this issue before and the only real fix I have found was to go back to a save before it started, delete all saves after that point and try to go on,Ā 

if its a follower you can try to part ways with them and then ask them to rejoin you, see if that will reset them, I know this works with my NFF frame work when I cant get in to the followers inv.Ā 

the sure fire way to correct that issue is to go back before it started, unless someone else has a resolution for this. that what I would suggest.Ā 

I have had a case where a enemy NPC got stuck behind a wall/ ground no way out and everyone kept sheathing and drawing their weapons. had to use free camera find the NPC open console and either do a moveto or kill in the console. but that only happened once

JÔ aconteceu de um NPC inimigo ficar preso atrÔs de uma parede/chão, sem saída, e todo mundo ficar sacando e embainhando as armas. Tive que usar a câmera livre, encontrar o NPC, abrir o console e digitar "moveto" ou "kill" no console. Mas isso só aconteceu uma vez.

I kinda fixed it with Proteus. Changed the NPC AI behavior to Assistance and switched combat style to mage. Not sure which part did it, but it mostly worked and now they only bug out if my weapon’s not already drawn

There is a mod for Keeper Carcette where she doesn't die at the beginning of the Dawnguard DLC after a vampire raid, but she is instead turned into a vampire and imprisoned in a vampire lair. Player has the choice of what to do with her, whether to cure her, kill her, or convince her that it's better to stay a vampire. Sounds good for all the good players who want to help her. But I'm a sick fuck, so I cured her, then enslaved her and then turned her into my personal vampire cattle and plaything. I almost feel sorry for her.

Do you think all slaves just be vampire thrall (cattle( by default or should it be an option? I have seen some slave cattle becoming impossible to talk to, so I am wondering if a cattle toggle is a solutionĀ

How would that differ from the Cattle status option that is already in the MCM?

Personally, I don't like the vanilla cattle feed messagebox. It's veryĀ "in your face" and it slows getting to the dialogue. If you want to talk to a couple of slaves, that constant popup gets grating quick. If that toggle would allow for turning the messagebox (or the faction) on and off, it'd be better.

My preferred solution would be the ability to activate a feed from dialogue/wheel menu without the cattle dialogue box, I usually talk to them more than I eat them. No idea how to implement it though. I don't really understand how the feed system is designed, so making this might not be worth it.

Other people have already given some possible fixes to this, but it's also worth mentioning that sometimes this is just caused when the slave is told to fight, told to not carry weapons, and has weapons in their inventory. They get stuck in a loop of equipping the weapon they find in their inventory to fight and then unequipping it when they realize they shouldn't have it, over and over again.

The first thing you should do is make sure your combat slaves are allowed to hold weapons, and if you still get the bug after doing that then one of the other fixes people have posted might be necessary.

I've checked the MCM and the animation options seem to be working correctly. Is it just me, or is anyone else experiencing this? It's worth noting that I'm currently only using Pandora; I've decided to completely abandon FNIS and Nemesis.Ā Cheers, my wicked slave owners.

yeah I believe that's a vanilla thing, makes then moan and acting like they are heavy medicated. still think you should have a kink for being bit and maybe even the slave requesting to be bitĀ :naughty:

That's why I use Sacrosanct as your vamp gets stronger it will add options to the dialog, first it is feed or feed(drain) talk, then you have the option later to feed(turn) another point is once to get high enough you no longer have to turn into a lord, when you feed it count to the vamp ability point. Of course you do have to beĀ  lord to use the points but that's something you can do away from the cities. I just wish they had something like that for the were beast.
