I was the one to bring up public display and Xaz chose the pillory... To be honest I would put a lot of different displays if it was depending on me The whipping with the chains though is kinda my suggestion... It used to be the XCross ... I was the first to catch out on the chains asap when the ZAP released them and they got changed for that one... However Xaz is taking suggestions but it's easier to think up than to make this... I'm all up for different punishments depending on the crime though

Especially if you've had earlier versions installed, this could be an issue.

Other things that I want to say are; - I don't know its name,the wood thing that hold our head and hands.In animation with that one, my character turns her face to jailer. But people who wants to "enjoy" with my character doesn't. So always appears some unwanted scenes. I will upload a image immediately. It triggers a script to pass some kind of thing you do not want to see... See it as a sequence 1. Get tied up 2. Get dragged to jail 3. Get stripped 4. Get put in cell 5. Get dragged to pillory 6. Get put in pillory 7. ... And so on... Basically if you leave that value checked it would skip every step and you are free instant ? Not all can be skipped either probably but this is just a general idea... Every part is a piece of scripting so... And yes if jailors don't move that well they tend to get blocked... If you can move yourself PUSH the jailor works a bit... Or push a guard for that matter who's in the way... The script has a problem when it's like jailor collides with someone... Skipping works too

We can follow as well I think . You should not be forced to follow the jailer. I'm kind of thinking you have something weird in your setup. I've not heard of anyone else having this problem either. It certainly doesn't happen to me. Perhaps you did something no one usually does. Could you describe how you got to this stage?

In other words interaction with an NPC when you shouldn't have ...

I don't think I did something different New start of the mod, new save or did you have the older version of this mod though ??? You might have conflicting scripts... Still I think you talked to someone when you shouldn't have cause it looks not aligned... Happens sometimes there are problems like that... However you might also wanna re run Fnis and I advice to get Fuz Ro Do'h because it's handy for multiple things

I've never seen it, so I'm going to assume it's not a rare bug either (I guess it happens 100% of your attempts). Rather it is a conflict, install issue, oversight on my part or something similar. Anyway, ... my point is that it's not something I can "fix" or "alter for the next version" because it doesn't happen and is not supposed to happen. Again, not saying that it's somehow your fault or anything, just that it's very, very hard for me to solve or find the problem if I don't have anything to work with. One difference that you mention is that you run with Fuz disabled. I never do this, so I can try to do that and see if that reproduces the problem.

Well he wasn't the only one and the other guy mentioned something about the courier delivering a letter to him while he was tied up caused him to change view... So I assume it's dealing with a talking problem... Now tracking is one thing but aligning a different... You lock into place but what if some thing stands BEHIND you and interacts with you ?
twoaxemasher Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 I have experienced several occasions where, while in the pillory, city guards will approach from the side and ask my character about thier involvement with a dead body nearby (Usually one that said character got arrested for) which FUBAR's the character's pillory alignment with whoever was "punishing" them at the time. The "Force Greeting" script tends to f**k things up a bit. What a horrendus torture, having a citizen, guard or jailor swish a broom handle somewhere near one's belly button... That said, I haven't created a mod for a game since "Sid Meyer's PIRATES!" came out, but this mod inspired me to take a crack at Skyrim... I was hoping to figure out how to change the length of incarceration, the number & type of in-pillory punishments and the number & type of in-prison whippings based on the severity of the crime(s) committed/bounty level. Also generally give me more of a look at the zaz animation pack's contents... Alas, the Creation Kit is Alien to me thus far, dispite my drafting and programming background. Scripting in "Pirates!" was similar to CNC g-code, Where as I haven't even begun to try in Skyrim... I feel like I'm stuck in Autocad R14 & notepad vs. Solid Works & some cadcam GUI... (Sigh)

Easiest is perhaps to try a crime where the guards don't attack you to start with. Like stealing something. See if that works. It sounds like you have install problems as well. Check the troubleshooting section on the first post and see if that helps you get this mod to work.

When I save at this point and load, the things continue running, walking to the cell. When I arrive the cell, the guard that follows me, stay there and the cell don't open, and char again stays in the same position, I can't move. What's wrong?

This is a modders forum prepare to use things you SHOULD not use in NORMAL means ...

Did a clean save completely deleted old version before upgrading to new version and still had the same problem. When I started a new game the problem in Solitude went away and I was brought to the proper cell. So regardless of using a clean save something is carrying over from the old version. This is happening to me, it's working fine on a new save, but on my current one the guard gets stuck just a few steps before the cell. ScreenShot14.jpg Happened to me as well. Assassin character that happened to escape the cell through the crumbling wall. The jailer was pathing and trying to walk through the locked door so I think xpo is operating okay. I think what happens is that the marker is moved, triggered by the escape, to a new location.
