One of them is the same reason they have the version number in their name.

zypherg Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Hi I'm new here just found you guys a few days ago, still sorting everything out first i'd like to say THANK YOU to all the very talented moders here your hard work makes FNV replayable*10 i did do a fast check in the tops with veronica and the anims where working so for a quicky test it looked good. the MCM menu however still has the bodies entry and the sub-lists are shifted up one level they still work just have the wrong header and the scanner entry is just empty, probably my fault but i thought i'd mention it.
Nel Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Ok did some testing. ZAZ update seems to be working although I'll need more testing to know 100%. Beatrix is being a bit stubborn with me and won't get off her damn stool for the first animation so her dialog won't continue like it is supposed to, although it did sometimes do that before. Normal sex acts have worked after being whipped by her anyway though. I noticed a little earlier today when doing some testing that Vault 19 is giving me some worse problems. When the first animation starts where I am supposed to get locked up and screwed by two powder gangers, my game crashes to desktop. Did this with old .esm and still does it with this new one so I think it is a deeper problem than the other ZAZ animations. New issue I'm getting is that the moaning sounds for both rape and consensual sex no longer work. I tried both having the box for voices checked and unchecked, with unchecked no sound at all, with check I get the Kushyu noises but not the moans. Character will moan when the Lust mods arousal thresholds are triggered however so the sounds are apparently installed correctly (I don't know why they wouldnt be since they worked fine up until trying the new esm file). If more people get this issue there could be something wrong within the esm for triggering the sounds, and if I'm the only one (or one of few) I guess I must've messed something up when doing my clean save. But yea, so far looks like ZAZ animations work, will do some testing with the legion slave portion of tryout and let you know.

That gives you the animations for Beatrix, the girl in the Vault 21 gift shop and others (minus Benny and Fisto, because Fisto doesn't have any animations currently and apparently Benny would mess up the game because of the pop up text to kill him).
sapphyeatspaste Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 i have fade to black in, but think another mod was overriding it, mission mojave, uninstalled that one and now it's working fine, i only mentioned beatrix to say i wasn't sure about the others, and randomly, not benny? cause i know i've had my ummm, moments with him before, but it might have been from a different mod since i haven't tried it since reinstalling and actually paying attention to what i shoved in my data folder, thanks though, it's nice that the community over here is so helpful, i lack cookies to give but if you want you can be the flower ghoul at the wedding after i propose to beatrix
KainsChylde Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 What he means by Benny being left out of FadeToBlack is that, when you first confront him you have the option (With the Black Widow perk) to go fuck him in his room instead of outright killing him. During that fadeout he makes several funny comments, then at the end you have the option of either going to sleep with him or killing him in his sleep. I believe an early version of FadeToBlack animated that scene and broke that option, causing Benny's quest-related sex scene to be removed.

After trying sex with bloatflies and deathclaws (I'll try more and update if I still have a problem) the sex proceeds as normal but the character never stops playing her sex animation after the sex act has finished. Unless there's some new requirement I'm missing. I tried initiating human sex through sexout sex, and I got combat raped by a bloatfly and both of those worked correctly. I don't know for absolute sure but it looks like only sex I initiate in Breeder is not stopping the player animations. edit: I just reverted back to the previous version and the problem went away. Whatever is causing the issue is in the latest beta. I'll provide additional information as you need it. Someone else in the thread had the same issue in the old version of breeder so if you want to investigate yourself, just take a look at the a3bloatfly quest. I do add token to start sex there so you'll have to find the right ones. But everything for that episode starts with a3.

I am looking through the main quest script and do see a few problems but nothing so far that should cause catastrophic failure.. Check out cell -> block 3 -> ..., and you'll see a bunch of modified records that seem to just be duplicating water refraction entries in jacobstown. Package -> defaultSandboxCurrentLocation768NoSleepNoWander seems to have been copied without being modified. Script -> Vert3BarkScorpionGulchScript was heavily modified.. to what purpose I can't say.

I removed one thing (the SexoutAnims group, old anims from the pre-NG days) in the beta, but fnvedit isn't complaining about anything in breeder being missing or wrong. Other 'removed' stuff was just disassociated -- like old unused tokens having their script set to NONE and the scripts themselves being replaced with just a comment that says "UNUSED". Similar with disassociating base effects from their scripts, and unused spells from the base effects. Sound probably got broken somehow due to this disassociation of "stuff." Everything I did is in the notes I posted for the beta though -- yay revision history for script files! I just went through and diffed all the scripts against the last release and then wrote down everything that changed, so nothing I changed was 'forgotten'.
Nel Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Ok found another potential issue and I think this may also be related to ZAZ. Most animations will work normally after a ZAZ animation. I say most, because I found one that seems to be half broken (one party does their animation, other party does not). I was testing the Legion animations with the cross and normal sex acts worked after it. I went back to Marissa and refused to "lick" her and then she is supposed to rape you with wrath. She gets down in her animation position but my character stands still and does nothing. I then didn't defy her and chose the option to obey and the normal lesbian licking animation worked fine. The Male on Female animations worked fine too but the one it randomly assigned was oral and I haven't tested anal or vaginal with someone not using a strapon (when asking for food and water she made Veronica rape my character with a strapon and the animation did the same thing, so it wasn't just a problem with Marissa) GetEVFl was 33.0000 for animA, animB, and animC for my character (which was the one that was stuck) and they were all 0 for Marissa (who was playing her animations properly) If I load a previous save before the ZAZ cross animation was initiated sex seems to work although it could simply be a different animation than that one (maybe only vaginal does not work and anal does?) GetEVFl isvaginal is 1.0000 and isanal was 0.0000 (I'm assuming this means the animation was supposed to be vaginal since isoral is also 0.00000?)

The "You picked a classic animation..." one? 33 Is a really odd anim # to see in there. None of the NG or ZAZ animations start below 100, and if Legion is setting the anim to 33 (which I believe it does for wrath) then it should have been 'remapped' to another value (605 in this case). I think that remap is 'wrong' though so I'm fixing it right now. Edit: vaginal/anal/oral makes no real difference.
Nel Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Yea it wasn't a ZAZ problem. Retested it without doing the Cross animation first and it still didn't work, and it is only that animation. All other sexual encounters have worked as intended. All M/F, all F/F not initiated by Marissa, the licking animation with marissa, and all strapon sex animations work correctly. It is just something with that specific animation I guess. Besides that only other thing I've found is that sound issue with the moaning, although no one else has posted about it so I think I may be the only one?

That animation you're talking about isn't the only broken one, it's any of the 'old' animations (from pre-NG sexout, anim # less than 100). I have that fixed locally, will update the beta once I get the sound thing figured out.

Will let ya know if I discover anything else in my adventures. Edit: Is the Finish/Resume/Pause bug supposed to deal with the breeder issue with the bloatfly, where your character never leaves their pose? Because if it is, it still gets stuck for me. If it was not a fix for that issue, then my apologies.

However, I think you mentioned previously that was an animation issue (wrong anim #?), so that would be fixed with a data pack release correct? Didn't see anything specific in the beta notes about the other issue I reported - having to set AnimA/AnimB variables in the NX calls to specify an animation rather than the single 'Anim' variable. I'll test that tomorrow (well, later today after some much needed sleep).
gballest Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Tested MCM is still wrong for me, the settings do not match the titles in SexoutNG there is a blank space where body was. Also how is male body swapping handled now since body suits where removed, to change from soft to erect during sex?

The second one I don't think is a problem since the sript only runs once every 2 seconds, and that variable switch casues the player to get knocked up almost immediately. I'm sure most of the dirty edits were a mistake, the bark scorpion script edits weren't, I deleted a few of their spawns. I tried the new version and the problem is still there. I went to bed on you last night, so sorry I never got around to replying.
