I'm having the same issue that many seem to be having with regards to Sunny Smiles. Neither Stalking or Combat rape seem to be taking any effect on her. I downloaded a Misty Companion and she was either getting raped or raping all the time. But for whatever reason, Sunny Smiles does nothing. Is there something i'm missing? Have the Improved Sunny Smiles mod installed. Could that be conflicting with it?

It should be random (although I think Obsidian/Bethesda random number generator is not as robust as it should be). I do see some patterns though. Whenever I use the Wendy mod, she seems to get raped more than any other follower. UNLESS I run Willow, then she seems to get it more than any other, inlcuding Wendy. I have seen Sunny get it on numerous occasions, but like I mentioned, not with the frequency that Willow and Wendy get it. Strangely, with SexoutHookups, Sunny seems to be the one to get involved most with intra-party hookups with the female NPCs (Veronica, Wendy, Willow, and any other mod-based females).

Everytime I try to save the script' date=' it said they can't find any reference about "WillowREF". So I delete anything about WillowREF, the message change into they can't find any reference about "Willow". It seems the "Willow" is in the original script:

; Willow

short willowMod

ref willow

ref willowJT

ref willowJTref

What should I do to add WillowREF into the script to be recognized so I able to save it?

[/quote']

use SexoutRapersQuest.willow instead of willowREF. The initialization script populates that with her reference if her plugin is loaded as well. (This is assuming my initializer is still intact)

the cooldown thing for combat rape, would it be possible to add like a toggle for that? like an on/off switch, i can see where the cooldown in useful, but sometimes for testing purposes for other mods, or just because i like getting raped repeatedly, i would like to be able to turn it off sometimes, just curious :)

I was wondering if we could look into doing combat rape on a gain with lower health. Instead of having an hp limit to initiate chance of rape how about we do a formula such as

X(1-(R/M))

R = Remaining Hp

M = Max Hp

X = Multiplier

(R/M) would give us the percent of hp left or P

(1-(P)) would give us the % of hp lost or L

X(L) would give us the rape chance as a percent

Of course this is just a simple idea as I don't know how the numbers in the game are calculated but if we gave for instance a 0.8 value to x we would see results like this

90% hp -- 8%rapechance

60% hp -- 32%rapechance

50% hp -- 40%rapechance

20% hp -- 64%rapechance

And so on obviously 100% hp would be 0% rape chance while a 1% hp 79% with this particular modifier. With this all one has to do is change the modifier or X value and you can change how well the rape chance scales with hp.

Just a suggestion but other than that loving the mod.

Just a heads up: I think prideslayer missed the sleep/wait rape script when updating the duration formulas. So sleep/wait may use a much shorter duration depending on your settings.

In my personal version I've removed the BR MCM endurance multiplier from combat rape and stalking scripts (I'd only want it set to 1 for those anyway with the new formula) so it just affects sleep/wait now.

Posted

I didn't think to mention that I'm using that newest version from page 97. Whatever the details, sleep/wait rape is using a very different duration formula (the old one I think) to combat rape and stalking.

I agree with separating sleep and wait rape.

Posted

I didn't touch the sleep/wait rape stuff.. not sure what you mean about a different formula. I changed the duration formula as described a few pages back, so that's very different, yes.

Posted

In the different rape type scripts where it says: set fDuration (or something) to (mathematical formula that includes MCM endurance multiplier). Combat rape and stalking are using a duration formula I've not seen previously - one that can result in rape lasting a very long time if you're not careful I think (multiplys Sexout duration setting). The duration formula/equation in the sleep/wait script still ignores the Sexout duration setting I believe, so it may be far shorter (a few seconds with MCM endurance multiplier at 1).

Hope that makes sense now ;)

I see.

The change I made, depending on your MCM settings and character stats, yes rape can last quite a while. You will probably just want to leave the MCM setting at 1x for the most 'normal' experience, which will result in the rape duration being equal to your sexout default duration for average rapists. Rapists with above average endurance will last longer, those below will finish sooner.

I just quickly tossed something together that made an attempt to respect the users chosen duration. IMHO, the mod shouldn't be setting a duration at all.

Could someone tell me which part of which script is responsible for cooldown of combat rape, so I can edit it?

PS: It's just for personal use - I find the cooldown to be way too long to be any fun.

I am having trouble gettting my companions to get battle raped or raped general. I have had a stalker rape one companion, but no combat rape. Now I am not using vanilla companions however, but I remeber in old Sexout it didn't matter, enemies would rape any female in combat or stalkers would take any of them. Also, having an issue where there is still an occasional male on male, even though I got that off and have males set to straight in other files. Give me a heads up as to whats happening here.

Excellent! Thanks, Jaam. Lowered the cooldown to 2 seconds and it works like a charm. Er, so far. :)

Any idea why sleep/wait rape doesn't work? Nothing happens on sleep/wait to my character. What controls sleep/wait rape chances?

EDIT: One thing I noticed is that the "use stalkers" option always disables itself, even after I enable it. Why?

Posted

Well, I've been running around the mojave all of a game day, running into groups of powder gangers and caesar's legionaires, but they all die too quickly with willow and boone, but I have yet to see any sort of stalker message at all. Does this not happen out in the world, or do I need to be in a town only for this to work? Goodsprings, Primm and other such settlements have not produced a stalker message, but I've not tried vegas yet as I'm still trying to get a combat rape to happen. I see the mod on MCM and have increased the chances of stalkers on allies and companions, but nothing as yet.

Posted

You have to be stalked and the messages have to be turned on to see a stalker message. If it's not happening, then you need to increase the chances. Also, you can't increase the chance of companions being stalked. You can only turn it on or off.

Posted

Well, the "Stalk Ally" and "Stalk Friends" options. I took one/both of those to mean companions, so turned them up. /shrug

Posted

Stalk Ally is companions. Stalk Friend is factions you're nonhostile with. Those toggles only turn those options on or off, stalker percentage controls stalkers in general but not who they stalk.

Posted

No, Stalk Ally is Allies. Stalk Friend is Friends. :P

Companions may fall into either depending on how they're set up, as the two terms refer to two different types of Faction Relations:

Friend

  • During combat, the actor will not aggro on the player until a set number of hits has been done by the player within a set amount of time. Number of hits are tracked using the GetFriendHit function.
  • Outside of combat, immediately go into combat with the player when attacked by the player.

Ally

  • During combat, the actor will completely ignore hits from the player. They will never aggro on the player no matter how many times they are hit. For purposes of GetFriendHit, the count never goes above 1 (so they always react as if it was the first time you hit them).
  • Outside of combat, the actor will use the "friendly fire" combat procedure described above -- not aggro until a set number of hits has been reached.

Okay, making it so only my char is raped seems to make it so my char is raped more often... however, sleep/wait rape still doesn't work.
