I missed the fact that there was an already established voice pack and ended up making my own.  This is a voice pack built for Release 15 using xVASynth 3.03.  It can be used stand alone or it can be used as a base to overwritten by the original voice pack if you like the other one better.  This way you'll get any additional dialogues that weren't generated when the original voice pack was made.

This is a combined archive so you need all 4 parts and you can't install it directly.  You'll have to unzip it first as loose files into a separate folder.  Then you can either transfer those loose files or rezip it to install manually if you want your mod manager to generate metadata.  I also included the cache data so if new voices need to be generated I or others don't have to start over completely from the beginning.

The existing voice pack is extremely out of date at this point. I think it was last updated for release 10, so I wouldn't worry too much about stepping on what anyone else is doing.

To get spell to start succubus side quest, what leve does your speech need be to no fail speech check to get the spell?

I think it's an easy check, so 25. You can get that at game start by giving money to a beggar, as long as you aren't modding your starting skills lower.

Small oversight in my opinion, but worth reporting or I don't know about something ;)

Well, playing as a male I can ask any girl (except Ben Brothel and madam DG) "I'm intrested in a job." and it tells me to talk to madam. Well madam has no dialogue in such a case and so directing us to her also makes no sense to correct this something like (Madam does not hire male or madam herself informs us that she does not hire)

The other thing is that in Ben's brothel you can't ask the girls for sex play apart from the two girls next to Ben who is standing in town.

I did some additional post processing to hopefully make a few of the voices sound a little better.  These voices should sound a little less robotic and should have less distortion.  The catch being that some of the words may now be mispronounced.  But that's correctable if pointed out and I think the slightly better performance is worth it.

I have to say, I appreciate the role play options.  While doing Falk's quest, I appreciate that you can ask Elisif who will respond appropriately and that you can betray Falk's trust and he'll actually be upset with you.  It's nice not to be railroaded.

I can recall many reasons. I like the decorations and the baths I even added a auto-undress plugin with schedules for other npcs in Windhelm, but ultimately I came to the conclusion that it was an overkill in contrast with the rest of Skyrim. If you expand a place like that it needs to serve a purpose, in that case there is none. The mod would greatly benefit from simple quests or maybe hidden dungeons, but as it is, it feels full but empty and doesn't justify the fps drop and myriad of patches in my opinion. Working on it gave me the idea to add baths to the TAP Gardens and then Palaces and Castles became a bit pointless.

Sette tried to add occlusion planes to Solitude to help with the fps hit, but it's something hard to get right and they just f things up from certain angles.

I'm not saying the mod is bad but it certainly feels out of place for me. For example I have a Winterhold overhaul already done that suffers from the same problem. New npcs, new places and such but in the end there's nothing else to do there, just more TAP clients I guess...

Do you recommend any other replacers?  I was doing Falk's TAP quest in the Blue Palace but the glitchy floor in the throne room and the mesh seams were starting to get to me.  So I followed your example and removed Palaces and Castles.  I favored JK's series instead but while JK's series look nice, I must admit, that it's lacking the grandeur of PCE.  But at least there's more support for it.

I was eyeing Spaghetti's Palaces - AIO, more vanilla and compatible but lacks the interior expansion of Palaces and Castles.

Good news, I found why Benjen sex demand quest wasn't working with TAP Interiors. It was the invisible bed on the floor, the LocType was not carried over.

Warning, do not compact this mod into a bsa with the voice pack.  I did so and experienced consistent CTD at the Sleeping Giant Inn.  It took forever for me to locate the issue because this mod doesn't even touch the Sleeping Giant Inn as far as I could tell.  Once I figured out TAP was causing the issue, I tried uncompressing the BSA back into loose files and viola, no more CTD.  This may also be due to a VR issue as ASLAL also doesn't work in VR unless it's uncompressed.

A horrible lesson learned!  I had to deactivate 700+ mods before I figured out the issue!

Update: I may have had an outdated version of Cathedral installed that compressed the voice files when it wasn't supposed to, which will cause CTD in bsas.  But I've switched everything over to loose files just to be safe.

Update 2: Yah, so it turns out the CTD was because I didn't separate the texture files from the voice files and had the button clicked to compress interface files.  Unlicking that and separating textures from the main BSA makes me no longer CTD at the Sleeping Giant Inn.  So go ahead and generate your bsas for faster load times.

unless I missed it any plans to add quests for the thalmor, or even the harkon's court or the dawnguard. Or quests for the stormcloaks and the imperial faction of the civil war.

I do plan to involve the Thalmor in the quest line I have planned that starts with the elf girl in Riverwood. If I have anything for any of the rest it will be small side quests and not any quest lines. I think I did have Ulfric say that he gives you a license to work in Windhelm when you are already a Stormcloak thinking that he'll put your skills to use to further the cause. But right now I don't have any specific quests planned to come from that.

You can already entertain at soldier camps if you're not a soldier yourself, and you can sell yourself at Harkon's court if you join with the vampires.

By the way I do have some audio files I had made to tell the other person who had made a voice pack how to correctly pronounce some of the names that it was getting wrong.

I don't think it was ever updated to correct for that. If I remember right it's still pronouncing "Vanikseth" differently from "Vanika", and neither one is right.

If any of the audio or pronunciation is gratuitously bad, feel free to point out the particular line and I'll try and fix it.  There is only so much I can do with my tools though.  I once spent several hours trying to trick the AI into putting emphasis on a particular word in a sentence before I finally gave up.  It would randomly put the emphasis on almost every other word but never the one I wanted.

This was necessarily batch built due to the sheer number of dialogue shared between NPCs.  But if there is a particular NPC with fewer lines of dialogue (around 50 or so) or specific dialogue quests, I have additional tools that can be used that sound much more natural.  I actually haven't progressed very far into any of the quests yet and have never heard mention of a Vanikseth yet.  I'm kinda just using Succubus Heart to slowly eat everyone in the brothel at the moment and steal their stuff...

If you wanted any of your NPCs to be more unique, there are many additional voices from other games that can be used as well, including an Irish voice I've always wanted to use.  Also, as far as batched voice generation goes, the script can't read a formlist and will just generate all voices whenever it encounters one, which can severely bloat things.  If possible, try to attach dialogue to specific NPCs instead of factions or formlists and that will reduce voice bloat.

I am using the Interiors project for the brothel interiors. Frostfall says the interior of Dibella's Garden: Windhelm is cold. My character used to live there when she was just starting out because it was the only branch that gave her her own little room with a door. And her room is close to the bath. She still spends more time there than she does in her house (Hjerm.) If it's cold on purpose and you have no plans to make it warm or create a quest that involves procuring additional heating, I think I'll shoe-horn a compact cooking kit from the Live Anywhere shack mod in there to warm her room up. If it's likely to become warmer in a future update or there is going to be a heating quest I'll hold off on adding anything.

I understand that hand-tweaking individual lines is not necessarily possible. I'm not familiar with the tools, so I don't know everything you have the ability to automate. When it comes to names, it would of course be nice if it could at least be close in pronunciation.

I have not downloaded your voice pack yet to have any specific issues to report.

I usually do key voice lines by ID if it's a specific person saying them, but there are of course times when that isn't possible without limiting what the mod is able to do.

I'm not sure how Frostfall makes that determination, and of course interiors is not my mod. I'd definitely be willing to look into how to make it work better in vanilla TAP, but that fix may or may not automatically apply to interiors. It's certainly not intended for a brothel where one of the characters is named Loses-Her-Clothes to be uninhabitably cold.

I'm planning to update the mod today to fix an annoying bug with Benjen quest. I will see what can I do regarding that thing, I recall someone reported that same issue with Sunhelm long ago so it must be location data related, maybe it's missing something.

Edit: I do not see anything wrong with the location data, only it's missing it's Location Center Marker that other brothels have so I will add that. It's also missing the dwelling loctype keyword but none of the other brothels have it.

If you do have info that might also apply to the base mod then I'd appreciate learning more about it, because as I said it's definitely not intended that the interior of the brothel should be cold. Not only because there are permanently nude characters there but also because they would want the place to be as inviting as possible. Having people freeze to death when they walk in the door would be bad for business.

I found that the Vanikseth quest doesn't get along very well with Frostfall. He got stuck on a rock leading me on a long cross-country trip and my character froze while waiting for him to get un-stuck.

I added the center marker and the dwelling keyword, both are harmless and the latter indicates the location is inhabited but I'm not convinced it will solve the issue.

There's a mod that fixes the collision mesh of the glaciers. The vanilla navmesh around that part it's all wrong for npcs coming from that direction and makes Vanikseth to get stuck twice sometimes. I added a buried stair in TAP Interiors to help with the second obstacle and works better but it's not perfect.

You can use the console command

moveto player

after clicking on Vanikseth. He will appear at your side without making a duplicate of him.

I updated to version 1.8 of the interiors mod and Frostfall still seems to think Dibella's Garden: Windhelm, is a bit chilly. The exposure bar is filling very slowly. I thought it was not filling at all, but then my character slept at Dibella's Garden: Windhelm.  She woke up with 1/6 of her exposure bar filled. Sleeping in modded Hjerm (TNF beds plus) you wake up with no exposure and the exposure bar is always red. I am guessing that means Hjerm is heated.  Actually, if my character could, she would invest in Dibella's Garden: Windhelm and give them a heating system. She certainly has the gold to do so. It's hard to believe she started out as an underfed waif in the Ratway.
