Her hand cannon is based on the .44 revolver with the Bull barrel and the scope. But it does use custom textures for her custom design. Have you treid re installing? It sounds like the pistol's assets aren't loading correctly.

Usually i dont play much with companions but with Ivy its has be much funny.very good mod.

What another mods/aaf/animations i should use with Ivy?

I am using this patch in my game but can't  assign any slave to a settlement  because the  "Go home" option never displays.  Any ideas or solutions?

I just changed her Hair as I like her face and body..

I will have to remove All easy girl stuff and reinstall as that sodding fading issue just wont go

First time that my Ivy ver. 5.3 has had to deal with a companion.  It doesn't go well.  I am using the ivy's fulti-follower framework mod, and have just started mechanical menace.I also have the mod ada2human redux, as well as the custom body textures.

 

What happens:  we finished the firefight, I accept Ada's quest.   Ivy walks off..No bye's, See ya, nada.  Bitch.  However, every time she gets to the end of her following tether, (I think it is set to follow close) she warps back and starts to walk off again.  Lather, spin and repeat.

 

Either follow or not follow.  Don't care.  How to fix it?

Send Ivy home befor talk to Ava.

There you can download the beta version of my own multi follower mod. It has been tested with ADA. Follow the instructions in the download and channel stickies (the sticky posts) on how to use the mod to make it work perfectly with Ivy and Ada.

 

Disable Ivy's HyperCombat before confronting the mechanist, then re-enable it afterwards using Ivy's Controller Holotape.

Only Changed her Hair, I will save before Wiping out Institute,, will be the 3rd time I have done that as I usually wipe out the others.. But I want My beloved and beautiful Ivy dlc ready to carry on,, so I will start a new play through soon ?

@Reginald_001  "Current version is 0.2alpha. DO NOT PLAYTEST ON A SAVE YOU LOVE!!!"  I think I will ignore this....  And I WILL unload hyper-combat.  (But I WILL unload the older framework and make a save, then load that save and save again  before loading your alpha version!)  I AM in the process of rebuilding my FO4, but I still want to be able to play a bit, too...  Now gotta go read up on how to install this thing.

 

Edit:  Works,  Suggest a change in wording:  Replace "Main" with Ivy, as without Ivy as a companion there would be no need for this mod.  Plus it makes it less confusing.  So with Ivy recruited, I tape-recruited ADA.  (recruit nearest whatever)    So Ivy is my "Main" and ADA is my "Extra".  No one is walking off, I am happy.

click on Slave after you assign them as a  prostitute   face slave open console  click on them so there new id shows should start with ff 

type this command in    just like this  addtofaction  1c21c  1   workshopallowcommand   then hit enter  exit out of console   open  workshop menu V key  send   use the R key to send them to the settlement you are at  are there at  " note you have to fast travel to a settlement you own  "   then assign them to a work job  food bar guard post   you have to do this every time  the 1c21c  1   is the players faction ID  number  you can also use this command on  other NPC that can't be moved from settlements  Also in the Debug section  of Just business  in the MCM  there is a option  for slave escape set that to off  it will say allow Slave to escape    set to no 

Here is The list  of commands 

addtofaction 1c21c 1 (the player's faction)

 

addtofaction  1c21c  1   workshopallowmove 

addtofaction  1c21c  1   workshopallowcommand

addtofaction  1c21c  1   workshopallowcaravan

Make sure you space   as shown  .

Also all you have to do  is use CK to edit the Just Business File  replace The XDI and stuff  with what ever  Dialog you want to use   save  in the same format 

for personal use only are get permission from the modeler to re-up load  for others to use

 Avoided Ivy like the plague on all my playthroughs every time I've reinstalled F4. Partly because of the over abundance of Omega type followers Skyrim has souring me on the prospect, for every Inigo there's a few dozen Vilja's. Partly because of the Microsoft Sam(antha?)-ish voice I saw on the earliest vidios and trailers. This time though, I figured I want to see a bunch of new content rather than rushing gunnut to max and loading up on whatever the latest CoD assault rifle ports are and murdering raiders till I inevitably get bored again. So I installed a bunch o' quest mods, 3dnpcs, Xanders, echo, hunter's and kelly's manors, and lil' miss Ivy.


  I fell in love the minute she marched up to Marcy and called her a Sweaty cunt and told her to STFU. She's not stopped amusing or entertaining me since. Ivy taught me that I'm an idiot for avoiding her so long, Ivy taught me I'm not alone in my love of really really bad late night B movie sci-fi horror (Hell, I didn't think anyone else on the planet remembered the incredible melting man.). Nor did I know I needed an encycolpedic knowledge of vintage pron untill I had it, to the point I'll get really pissed off if I find a magazine and there's raiders around so she won't tell me about it. Ain't found her Hyper-murder-whatsit-firmware-thingy yets, sounds somewhat overpowered, but hell, Imma running her on a Horizon list, so ehh, we'll see.

Love the mod, have a small quest issue. I can't enter back street apparel. Crash every time. Is there a quest stage list I can use to get around this?

Pay attention to what magazine it is. When you have cleared the area or in a safe zone, put it back into any container (safe, trash can, chest, etc...) and exit the container menu. Then just take it again and she will come up and talk about it.

 

Your Ivy looks pretty hot by the way.

Would have been possible through 2 ways, it still is, but could lead to head and body color mismatch if your body and face textures are not compatible. Went through the ESM, Ivy uses the same body as your PC. In her NPC record the WNAM i.e. Worn Armor is the FallOut 4 default body and texture type i.e. SkinNaked [d64]. Check Pic

This is the reason why she is not loading your modified body and textures. She would have used your modified body if her WNAM was "SkinNaked_Ivy" as defined in the ESM

If you modify her NPC record and change her WNAM to SkinNaked_Ivy, she would load her body from "Meshes\Actors\Character\Char_Ivy" folder. Create a folder called Char_Ivy under Character and copy the FemaleBody.nif and FemaleBody.tri file there. You will have to edit the FemaleBody.nif in NifSkope to update the location of the tri file or it will keep using the default tri file.

But there is a maximum chance of getting Face, hands and Body mismatch as, SkinNaked_Ivy is pointing to your default FemaleHands.nif to be used. Also her NPC record tells her to use the SkinHeadFemaleHero texture set as her head textures.

I have the textures and meshes set up, and the head..  I used your wnam 'trick' to do the meshes, changed the Fusion Girl meshes to point to the textures. (character\actor\Ivy folder) and placed my chosen textures there.  all I have left to do is the hands, I think.  How do I do the hands? 

 

Nevermind, have to use CK, and make another plugin but seems easy enough.  The hard part was the WNAM setting.  Could NOT find how to do that in the CK, even though the sninnaked_ivy was in plain sight.

 

So, thank You so much pointing to the path...

Yup reinstalled multiple times always the same. Even put her at the end of the load list. Ideas?

The texture is part of the mod, I know it's included in the master. So that would leave me to think there is some other mod you are using that may alter or overwrite the barrel texture. Maybe a weapons modification mod?

If you were to create a specific save and just load Ivy alone with no other mods, do you still get the issue?

That, or another mod that alters the vanilla .44 gun in some way or another.

Quick question regarding how you made the cannon...  Did you use the vanilla model as a mod requirement or did you create fresh forms and use the info.  If the first, yeah - another mod can bork it.  If the latter, it SHOULD be untouchable.  Different folders for the meshes and textures, that sort of thing.

It's a literal texture swap on vanilla assets.

On a separate topic, I am near to having an esp made for a truly standalone ver. of Ivy.  (esp to avoid modding the esm)  Would you like a copy?  Or is 6.0 too near...?
