This option only remove themes tags, if you need remove themes just uninstall them lol

1)What means your mod?
2)There is no way to remove staging of animations without editing xml files
3)What do you think theme is ? You need to install "AAF - Vanilla, Kinky and Creatures Sex Animations Theme", check requirements

Some reason my sperm overlays are green, like if it's from mutants. I play using Ikaros Androids and whatever human girl I bang, gets the neon green jizz instead of white.

As you can see you have another mod that create overlays if you still see new overlays after scenes, disable all mods that create overlays first than try enable overlays from my mod and check results

I delete the whole AAF Folder. I let this mod handle the AAF files, but get the resources and other items from the UAP mod

I dont recommend do that, some files of required mods for my patch was not changed in my patch, for example furniture data. If you delete all files from aaf folder you may have not working setup or miss some content

I mean, it wouldn't be any different than never installing UAP's patch and resources to begin with. I haven't had any issues anyways. Occasionally I get a flaccid schlong, but that just seems to be a script lag issue (I run like 400 mods or something like that) and usually just cycling to another animation resolves that. Otherwise, the only issue I ever get is when a new animation pack comes out and isn't included yet in your patch or UAP's, but that happens regardless.

 From the very beginning, he has a flaccid penis, and with this particular actor.  Feeling like there are differrnt morph settings for different actors. I tried looksmenu 1.6.20, same problem. 

I tried a clean install with only aaf with uap and then with your patch, same issue with some characters

You can try do this, but not for supermutant animations, select some FM animation and test on it

this is something like double apply of the erection morphs, I tried to ask AAF author to make that in script, but this idea was not approved
