I have issue with furniture sex, tested near the counter in Ragged Flagon. Enabled furniture system but it does not even ask if I want to use the furniture.

I found a strange SLU+ problem. When using it, Outfit Manager and AH Hotkeys are unable to respond to hotkey presses. I am using SexLab 1.66b (for GoG 1179) and do not know if this is an SLU+ problem only with 1.66b, or also with 1.65.

 

I was testing OsmelMC's "Outfit Manager" from Nexus and could not get hotkey functionality to work. I thought it was a bug in that mod and tried to use AH Hotkeys instead, but found that it did not work either. After doing the "disable all mods and re-enable them until it stops working again" method of bugfinding, I found that SLU+ was the culprit. It definitely wouldn't have been on my "top 10 guesses list" for where the bug was going to be, but I've nailed it down to exactly that. Hotkeys work if SLU+ isn't enabled, and stop working when it is.

 

I do not think that the problem is in the ESP. I have moved it around in load order and even disabled it, but the problem exists as long as the SLU+ resources are loaded. I looked at the scripts that deal with SexLab hotkeys, but I don't see anything obvious, and don't even see significant hotkey changes from the original SexLab. SLU+ doesn't overwrite files from Outfit Manager or AH Hotkeys, and I don't see anything else that looks like a file conflict.

 

If anyone has other ideas of where to look, I would love to hear them. Otherwise I think I will need to take SLU+ out of my load order this time. Now that I know that this problem is here, I think that I might have been blaming other mods for badly-working hotkey functionality, when it might have been this mod breaking it instead.

I don't use AHH.

I've been using OM and SLU+ without known issues for quite a long time.

On a side note - no idea if that matters - I'm on older release of OM (240409 or even 231011, which I've forked and adjusted to my needs, also in hotkeys area...)*.

I have had a lot of trouble getting OM to work at all. So maybe the problem is only SLU+ and AH Hotkeys and I got OM working (or not working) by coincidence when testing? Or it might just be the newer version like you say.

This. How do you enable the use of face items in SL MCM? Clicking the "Use face items" button does nothing.

Edit: Also the Ahegao expressions are automatically turned on I need to disable them when I start a new game or else my character will have a wide open mouth with no tongue because you can't enable the "Use face item" button.


Nevermind, my SLUtility+ ESP was turned off. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️🤦

Does anyone know if SLSO's excitement levels (the levels that control the widget meters) can be accessed by another mod?
I am the author of Bloodline - A Fertility Mode Companion Mod and would like to incorporate the excitement levels into some of  Bloodline's features.
If there is a way, could you give me a pointer as to how to:
1. Read the levels

2. Input adjustments to the levels

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This Fix should work with and without my SLU+, since there are few other Mods in the same situation with the SLSO. 

 

By the way i hope some Mod author paid attention to this because almost all the mods that are listening for the SexLab "AnimationStart" and "AnimationEnd" should also check for the SexLab events "ActorsRelocated", "ActorChangeStart" and "ActorChangeEnd" and almost notone do it.

You just have to make sure that nothing overwrite the SLU+ files. And of course use the last AE or SE version of those Mods that usually are the most updated and are the ones I use as reference for the compatibility. 

So should cum overlays extended 1.0.7 be overwritten by SLU+ 2024/04/07 and not the other way around?

Wrong version of the mod.  You need to match a mod with BSA, animations, or SKSE dll files with your Skyrim version.  SkyrimSE\AE can't process SkyrimLE animations or BSA, different format.  

 Try again with the SE version of every requirement.

No, it is build for 4.06, if you use it with another version you will encounter problems.

Every now and then, Schlongs of Skyrim seems to interfere somehow with female clothing items (in my case from VTAW 5) in my game. I then cannot dress the PC or an NPC with an upper body dress and a skirt at the same time. These two items mutually exclude each other when the issue occurs.

 

As soon as I do "Clean schlongified armor", the issue goes away, but eventually will show up again sometime later on.

 

What could be the problem? I use Osmel's "SOS - Schlongs of Skyrim with PapyrusUtil & SexLab (Tweak)" by the way.

In order to determine wich armors could worn at the same time, each one contains information about slots it should occupy.

For schlongs it is 52. For vanilla body armors it's smth like 34 (iirc). But these armors should hide schlong, so SoS adds slot 52 to all cloth that has slot 34.

 

The skirt apparentely has slot 52, and top is 34. SoS patches top to also have 52. So you can't wear them at the same time.

 

How to fix it? - You need to explain to sos that your top doesn't cover bottom and mustn't occupy slot 52.
If I recall correctly there is a option in sos mcm to mark currently worn clothing as "revealing" - this is exactly what you need

Thank you for the detailed explanation! Yes, the top is slot 32 (Body) and the skirt is indeed 52.

 

I tried to mark the VTAW top (at that time worn by Haelga), but the revealing option is greyed out -> see screenshot:

You can try using Quick Armor Rebalance (QAR) from Nexus and set the keywords SOS revealing keyword at runtime. You could set any keywords at runtime, just need to import from keyword source first.  Easier way is for the PC equip the armor/cloth and then use QAR to set the keyword.  The game will only calculate the keyword during equip event, so maybe after setting the keyword on the armor you need to force equip on the NPC.

For some reasons, I can't get SL Utility plus to load at all on my brand new 1.5.97 build.

On my previous AE list, it used to work flawlessly out of the box (as long I install Utility after SL Framework is already installed in-game via MCM) but I'm building a new list based on the older 1.5.97 exe and on this one when I press the clean system option, nothing happens, SL Framework gets stuck at the install menu process, without doing anything. I don't get any "animation" or "voices" installed messages for example.

I do get the additional mcm options, like furniture options, but when I click the "clean system" option, it doesn't do anything? So far everything else in my setup works perfectly, nothing particular going on, I'm still testing stuffs but all the adult stuffs is fine. I made this tiny list in just few hours the other night, its just to take some screenshot and share to friends.

-SL Framework 1.63  -SL Utility Plus SE opt. in the FOMOD  -PapyrusUtil 3.9 (for 1.5.97)  -Papyrus Extender 6.0.2  -MFG fix 1.6.4

Nothing is overwriting my SL utility plus scripts, even the overwrite folder.
My order look very solid too.
My install order is the exact same as my load order (except for the esm(s) & esl sitting at the top obviously) I just separate category with disabled esp dummy separators to keep thing clean. 

I really need this mod because it fixes the annoying facial animation bug when the tongue is clipping trough the closed mouth during nsfw animations (ahegao from SL Survival), its indispensable for my use. Maybe you don't actually have to do the clean system?
The only option left I can think of is disabling other mods one by one hoping to find if anything is breaking it... 

Here's the modlist's text file. Utility is not currently installed on it but I would typically put it just after SLSO.

You likely did not activated special papyrusUtils in the install menu for 1.5 version. Or the stand-alone version of Papyrusutils is overriding SLU+. The special papyrusutils have 4.x functions but reports as 3.9 for legacy compatibility. SLU+ depends on those new functions.   

There are old mods with broken papyrus utils files,Campfire and Simply knock are the mayor suspects overwrite them with newer papyrus always.

Thank you for your suggestion. I ended up changing the handful Vtaw clothing items with slot 52 to slot 55 in SSEedit and Outfit Studio to avoid conflict with SoS.
