Running on Skyrim SE with Utility plus and having done all of the work with SLATE, for some reason I cant seem to get the furniture system to ever trigger, it asks for beds but no furniture. I have the correct animations and tags. Is there a way I can provide information to get some assistance, would love to use it.

The best in this case is send me the "Papyrus.0.log" with few tests near to furnitures.

 

But first try using the "Clean Animation CACHE" option of the SexLab MCM last page. Because once the the animations tags are modified the Animation CACHE have to be cleaned at least one time to update the changes and the only way right now is with the "Clean Animations CACHE" option.

SexLab Aroused Creatures finally have a new update so i will make the CxC patch but will be on new year because I'm still trying to release the last SLU+ of the current year and I have too much to test. 

 

SexLab Utility Plus will come with support for the Furnitures of Campfire, Sex Slaves, and probably some other but at this point I don't remember what else is new.

Also the new system that automatically hide the furniture objects that comes with the animations is finally working as intended so except for LE now you can install the animations with all and AnimObject's and everything will be fine.

I found that at least Skyrim SE have one problem with the "Dialogue Anger" mood on the expressions that cause a lot of errors on the scene and the expressions so the next default expressions on the new version will come that Mood changed into the "Mood Anger" that is almost the same and is free of errors for i know, so remove the JSON files of the expressions exported and "Reset Expressions Registry" will be a required step for the version update. 

 

I'm being working on a texture overlay system for the SOS Pubic Hair's Addons that will allow you have pubic hair under the panties without clipping issues because is just a texture at the same time that will keep the 3D model of the hair while is naked. Is the optimal combination but my current texture's aren't the best for the work so probably end releasing the new version with my low quality texture's to release a texture patch later with high quality if i find them. Of course I will make the effort to release LE and SE/AE versions with all the most common BodySlide's. Apparently AE don't need my Pubic Hair's Color System because the RaceMenu right configured do that by itself without issues but I tried that on SE and is very buggy while on LE isn't possible.

 

I also did a lot of new tweaks for the Mods i use and I have to check which ones are good for release.

Ah, I cleaned cache before adding tags, I suppose i need to clean the cache again now. Does it matter if I am a few saves on from adding the tags or does it need to be same game session?

Is almost useless before change the tags. Should be after change the tags and not matter if is few seconds or many years after that.

The first i noticed is the use of SLEN to start the scene. SLEN can start some furniture scenes but most of it's dialogues exclude the Furnitures from the scene and that is the case. My SLU+ don't force furniture animations to preserve the immersion of the mod used to start the scene, so you have to start scenes for Furnitures like the SLEN scene for Thrones, or or scenes without restrictions like the "Whatever you like" scene of SLEN. 

Better start testing the furnitures with the SexLab Debug Spells of my SLU+ or spells of the "SexLab MatshMakes" that in both cases start scenes without restrictions.

Sorry about that. In this case it was actually the SLEN whatever you like. I didn't send the whole log because a widget mod I found was creating log spam and filling everything so I actually filtered it out. I need to remove it.

Guys, i'm out of ideas how to make the furniture system work.

I followed the setup instructions (export, rebuild, clean, etc), and  MCM->animations->npc use furnitures (always)

I use Matchmaker to make 2 NPCs initiate, near a chair, then they teleport to each other and use a random furniture animation, but they dont move to a chair or furniture.

I feel like i'm getting close, what am i missing?

Also another question, I tried to use the furniture feature, but it doesn't show the notice like 'Do you want to use the nearby furniture?'. I have a correct tag for animations, nothing overwrites Sexlab Utility Plus, and I am using your 'Convert Sexlab v1.65 from Skyrim v1.6.640 to v1.6.353'.

Did you "Clean the Animations CACHE" after apply the ActionsLog that comes with my SLATE?

 

Most of the animation don't have the right combination of tags and without the right tags are treated as not-furniture animation. My SLATE ActionsLog comes with the right Tags for all the animations i know and the Animation CACHE have to be manually cleaned after all the tags be applied because isn't automatic and otherwise the play list won't be updated with the last changes.

Already done it but still the same. Don't have a notice and the animation is still playing as normal (of course without furniture detected).

By the way the Chairs on the picture are actually Thrones and you probably are trying to force a chair animation in which case not even ask you because you don't have chairs near. Instead of force the animation you should let the system pick the animations for you. My SLATE have the right Tags for the animations i know but I don't know all the animations and even today I find new furniture animations between the animations i being having for years, that means that i don't know if the animation you are trying to play have the right tags.

Also need a safe way to detect the dependency of the patch because the new function should be excluded for the users that aren't using that mod.

 

So i need the original Mod by preference without meshes or texture's.

I captured the description of the mod for you.
I believed this is a patch for Sexlab Framework.
The precision mod which he mentioned is this one: Precision - Accurate Melee Collisions at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)

Okay I have tested a bit and found some problem.
First, I used your STATE action log, but it doesn't add 'Furniture' tag to Billy animations (first pic), so I added it myself (second pic). Then 'Clean the Animations CACHE' in Sexlab. But the result still the same, no notice, the animation still plays. I don't force the animation here; the system chooses it itself.
I only registerd these 29 Billy invi furiture animations at the Sexlab.

Here is the log. Hopefully this is a log you want.

Anyway you seems to have one 21 valid furniture animations for 2 actors.

 

The system noticed that one of the actors was using a Throne that probably probably is one of the chairs with side arms of your previous picture.

Anyway it tried to find "Throne" animations but found nothing.

 

After that also tried to find furnitures for your animations and wasn't able to find those furniture types in a radius of 375 around the player. By the way you seems to have valid animations of 2 actors for the furniture types "Wall, Table and Chair" because that's what the system was trying to find based on the 21 animations of the list.

 

 

Recommendations:

1. Install more animations. I have more than 125 furniture animations for 2 actors and probably are way more but I don't keep the account. Don't need to be Invisible Furniture type. Any furniture animation will work as invisible with some adjustments or using the SLU+ version I'm trying to release this week.

2. Try adding the "Throne" tag to some of the chair animations at least for the test and Clean the CACHE again because is required after add or remove animation tags unless be done directly on the SexLab MCM in which case get automatically cleaned.

3. Try near to a "Chair" or a "Tanning Rack" that is one of the few Wall's that you can see, the valid chairs are the ones without side arms that have frontal animation for sit and stand, the rest of the chairs are being removed because are usually in front of tables and cause clipping issues. 

4. Next time send me the "Papyrus.0.log" that should be outside the folder where you found the "SexLabDebug.0.log". Hope don't be next time because for i see is working fine.

Thank you for your reply, the mod works fine. I have added the 'Throne' tag and it can detect the furniture. Look like the radius is smaller than I expected. I thought it could detect some wall inside the inn too.

The radius is based on the way used to start the scene. The 370 is when something already set the centerRef in some of the actors in which case the Mod avoid move the actors too far. 

If the CenterRef isn't settled by a external Mod then the radio is bigger than 1000; and when the playlist is only of furniture animations the radio is multiplied by 2 reaching the 3000 in some cases. In all the cases will try to use the nearest furniture of each type.
