They're two alternative implementations. Use one or the other. Don't install both together.

 

FPER is a fork of this, and keeps much of the same API, so most mods designed to work with this will work with both. If a mod says it requires FPER specifically, then that usually implies that it's relying on some additional features specific to that fork and won't work with this version.

Edit: I managed to decompile the FPFP_BasePregData pex file and found morphs in it, I deleted the lines but now I can no longer compile the psc into a pex in Creation Kit.

 

You're probably missing script sources for one or more of its dependencies (F4SE, AAF...).

Fertility is implemented as a magic effect applied with a potion the script equips on you periodically. The notifications in the top left of the screen scroll by fairly quickly, and may be easy to overlook. If you use a mod like Active Effects on HUD you can see when it's applied and how much time is left before it wears off.

Is it safe to tweak the morph power setting in the MCM mid-pregnancy? My character's belly doesn't seem to enlarge that much even during the second and third trimester. I'm thinking of increasing the morph power during the pregnancy.

Yes it is safe to do that.  It will take effect the following “month”.

any one know how to prevent multiple births i turned multiple conceptions to 0 and max birth to 1 but still getting multi pregnancys!

This version of FPE doesn't have "multiple conceptions".  I suspect you are using the Redux version of the mod.

This is my first time posting on this website so apologies if I'm going about it wrong. Is the baby bump morph supposed to apply during sex animations as well? As of right now the morphs all seem to be working properly, except during animations my character goes back to normal body.

What version of AAF are you using? Have you altered anything "morph" related in AAF_settings.ini? What body replacer are you using? Do you have LooksMenu's BodyGen feature configured and if so it it set to ignore the form ID AAF's player doppelganger actor?

It happened.. I'm pregnant... ok but who is the father? I have 3 NPCs and only with one of them I could talk to about the possibility of being the father. The other two NPCs I can't have this conversation with... one of them is in the quarries and keeps saying that he's busy. The other one is a merchant and when I want to talk to him about the possibility of being the father he just offers me his goods.

So how can I complete this quest? What's wrong?

It's a matter of the relative quest priorities for the dialogue scene in FPE and whatever else is making them say those things. Sometimes there's a cooldown and talking to them multiple times in quick succession will get you dialogue from a lower-priority quest. But also, if you linger near the NPC for a while, they may initiate the father quest dialogue on their own.

at the start of a new save it doesn't have any problem but after some time i can't get pregnant anymore. I had the same problem with the redux version as well

New save being a completely new game start or at least a previously unmodded save? Not a "cleaned" existing save or continuing from a playthrough that previously used FPER instead? Because this is the first time I've seen anyone say they have problems with subsequent pregnancies using normal FPE (quite a common problem for FPER though).

Completely new game, I think the problem is with fallout 4 itself cuz i have all the required mods up to date or it might be other mod that affects FPE but i don't see any conflicts in MO2

Make sure the clothing is converted for use with whatever female body replacer you're using, and then build it in BodySlide with the "build morphs" checkbox enabled.

Yes, you need the BodySlide and Outfit Studio mod, and then BodySlide files appropriate to the body replacer you use for the clothing mods you're talking about. Check the second pinned post in the BodySlide forum for a quick walkthrough on how to set it up and build outfits for your chosen body replacer.

This awesome mod suddenly doesn't work, I remember it was working fine a month ago, but since when it quietly stopped working!XD

You have "Only the Player impregnates" turned ON which means only a male player can be a father.  You also have "Only female player pregnancy" turned ON which means only a female player can be a mother.  So that won't work.  Turn both of those OFF and you should be able to become pregnant (if female) or impregnate female NPCs (if you are male).

So my character is pregnant and the Find the Father and Unwanted Pregnancy Quests started ok.  For find the father there were 3 options:  Hancock (current follower), Wiseman (my PC had a threesome with Hancock and Wiseman) and another pointing to Dunwich Borers.  For the last one this is likely one of several ferals that violated her earlier and is now dead.  

 

The popup after the threesome with Hancock and Wiseman said something to the effect of her being sure she's now carrying Wiseman's baby.

I tried to talk to Hancock and he said "Why are you looking at me like that" but couldn't choose any dialogue.  When I fast travelled to The Slog again and faced him I was given dialogue options like "This is yous baby!" (Red) and others, one of which was a DNA test which he agreed to and the misc quest popped up to see a Doctor. When I approached Dr. Sun in Diamond city I got the Baby options but only Abortion and Check Baby Health.  

How do I get the DNA test to be taken? 

I also cannot talk to Wiseman about it, all I get is the "I want to trade a few things with you" line and it goes straight to the swap gear menu.  

Also whenever I talk to Hancock now all I get are regular dialogue options but his dialogue is silent. 

Help me out?

The potential father you talked into getting a DNA test should have started following you. They need to be within close conversation distance when you talk to the doctor.

It was Hancock and  was already a follower.  Dr. Sun kept initiating the Gyno dialogue when I got near him.  I will try and get Hancock to stand near him and see how I get on.

I managed to sort it in the end, thank-you!  

 

I dismissed Hancock as a follower but he kept following me.  When I managed to get him to stand very close to Dr. Sun I spoke to him and the dialogue triggered.  Repeated with Wiseman...and he IS the father.
