Getting constant overflow errors with the mod haha, the jobs per pop goes crazy

I wonder if there's a way to make stuff like Breeders, Sex Slaves, Whores, etc to be 'Civilian' type jobs, that sort of get auto-filled by pops and have much reduced effects?

So a have a lot of female only and like one futa portrait pack/species (I need more futa to be honest) if I install LV is it gonna cause problems with the other mods?

Hi,

I seem to have an issue with colonizing planets, first with custom made sexrobot origin, when i clicked colonize, it started the sequence, but it froze very early and line did not move anymore. After that i tried another custom made origin with family oriented mod, with this it worked except tentacle worlds, those froze in the colonization process maybe at 40% bar line.

I use other mods as well, i dont know if its a clonfict of interest between mods or a bug, but any suggestions is welcomed.

The mods in use: :- Unlimited civics, ethics.

                            - UI Overhaul.

                            - More archeology events

                            - More events

                            - Xtra Traditions

                            - LV of course with base game owerwrite.

                            - Additional gigastructure projects.

Hey - fantastic mod! But I'm having this weird issue where, with only Lustful Void installed (plus UI Overhaul), my Tentacle World colonies keep resetting every month. The planet itself seems to refresh as it flashes, and then wipes any buildings.

I made a quick submod for people who don't use my ui mod!

I didn't realize I made it a requirement, might change that. I'll add this to the downloads page with the next update.

You only need this if you don't want to use this!

No Scrolls On my Buildings Pls Thats Vandalism.zip 3.44 kB · 4 downloads

I.... I had no idea you had a ui mod. Wow. That explains why things like tentacle worlds go all screwy with the update, it all makes sense now. I never would have guessed 😅

I spotted some randomly generated species that started with advanced lactation traits.  These do not appear to be in the trait list for creating a new empire/species myself.  Is this intentional?

i hope someone woulod make wilderness origin but for tentacle worlds. i want to be a sentient tentacle hivemind hunting down all the females to add to my breeding pits.

Are there any big, new things with the new patch of this mod, or is it mostly adapting to 4.0+?

Right now it's just to make the mod run properly again.

New features are planned but will take a little more time than this.

Bug report: Concubine jobs trigger for any spiritualist empire, not just those with the civic for them.

I'm pretty sure that's intended.  Can't have whores beneath the watchful gaze of the gods, obviously; and concubines are clearly different and acceptable.

The civic is supposed to create more concubine jobs based on the level of your temple.  If you don't have the civic, do you still have that divine coupling modifier on your planet?

That's called Virtuality and spoiler alert, it's even more broken than it was before 4.0.  It's silly even with just LV.  But if you're playing with any other mods that add more ways to boost job efficiency...  Shattered Pleasure Ringworld origin + Rush Virtuality and just laugh at the absurdity.

Pleasure Ringworld (starting section only) at 2248.  908.1K Pops, 100% Stability, 100% Corruption, 429K Housing, 1.1M Amenities, 26k Available jobs (It looks like Paradox put a limiter in on how many virtual pops can spawn per month).  Resulting production output:

12.5M Energy
57K Minerals (lol by comparison)

121M Food
18M Each of Physics, Society, Engineering

152K Unity
9K Trade (not that I have a use for it)

1.7M Consumer Goods
11K Alloys
6.5K Motes
95 Gas (OK, we found our one reasonable output)

6.5K Crystals

1.1K Nanites

No Deficit

Then there's the performance impact of the constant job recalculations.  4.0 has wildly improved this to the point my last playthrough without LV was butter smooth all the way through.  But this still brings back the same stall on the second day of the month, every month, like I reported previously because it spawns a new round of pops, which creates a new round of job opening which is an endless cycle if you go virtual.  I know @Lithia<3 has her hands full but when possible the whole Jobs per Pop thing needs to go, especially in 4.0.  It was a great idea but it's just broken with the current state of the game.  Don't get me wrong, I still love the mod otherwise.

I am having a really weird problem; Lustful Void and the two advisor voices are showing as "not available on disk" after I unzip the zip file into my mods directory. All my other mods are present and work, I deleted the old directory for LV before doing it (the advisor voices I had installed before but went missing so I tried to reinstall, but...)

But it just shows the red triangle and says it's not installed. But I can click to show folder and it shows me the correct folder with the mod's contents, so clearly it finds it... but it doesn't actually load anything of LV's if I try to launch the game. I can get the portraits from LV Races (installed at the same time), but I can't get LV itself.

Anyone ever run into this and know how to fix it?

My best guess is there is an extra layer of folders. The lv folder and mod file should be directly in the stellaris mod folder, I've had this problem in the past. If you deleted the old files that's probably what it is saying is uninstalled, you may also try seeing if there is a different lv mod to add to the mod list.

I am, though only on planets with generic temples.  I've manually disabled the jobs, +1 job per 10 pops for free seems very strong.

I tried starting a new game *with* the civic, and it was identical to when I didn't have it.  In both cases, I got the +1 job per 10 pops.  This has to be a bug.

My experience has been that unless you have the civic, upgraded temples lose all those jobs completely. Regular ones give them, though.

This still may be unintended behaviour.

Found another bug with traits that only apply sector benefits.  These modifiers are not applied to the planet the governor is running themselves.  Even if it's suppose to be the same effect for both the planet and the sector, the trait needs to have effects for both.  Since we cannot disable the core sector, it isn't possible for the player to mess around with a governor that's suppose to have different bonuses for the planet and the sector.

I noticed that, too. Rancher trait, as-is, is really good for a governor that isn't directly overseeing the actual dairy world. Being the sector governor of the dairy world is all fine, but if the dairy world is also the sector capital, you lose all the bonuses since you only get the +5% society research benefit. Really weird how that works out.

Bug report, Temple of the Golden Rod:

It looks like the prosperity preacher jobs provided by the temple do not work at all (no one can be assigned to the job), while the transformation effect on the initiates applies across the entire planet rather than just the initiate pops.  This means that as soon as the first cycle finishes, no one can work as initiates anymore as everyone now has a horsecock.  You'd need to constantly cycle new pops in if you want to get the resource production from the initiates.

Screenshot shows how I cannot assign pops to either initiate or prosperity preacher jobs.

As an aside, the event/chain is a bit silly if you started the game with a horse cock equipped species, but I don't expect a mod by one person to be prepared to handle that.
