So, when I run skse64_loader from the skyrim SE directory, the game loads as one would expect. When I run the loader via MO, I get these options in the main menu. Speaking of which, that is a interesting take on a turducken you gots there. At first I thought maybe my skse was wonky, but i've just finished redoing it still gives the same issue.

i give credit to @MadMansGunfor the dragon,horse,dog,rabbit sexshow going on. (i think it's his mod)

when you set up the skse executables does it look like this?

Slightly different location on my drive, but yeah, same thing. I even tried remaking the entry to see if the old one was bad but no joy.

LOL I got paranoid one night and put the second one in, they both actually point to the same exe file. But i guess i made it so i didn't wonder if it was the 32 or 64 bit version. it says 64 so it is. ?

I quote 'Not compatible with other landscape or terrain LOD mods'.

 

Havn't tested it but it sounds like there would be problems with 'a few' of the mods in the list.

Updating Status to 'Release 1.3.1'.

Finally was able to make 'Noble wood' obsolete. The Batch will save you the time to download an additional ~600 MB file and reduce the required space of the game for something around ~2 GB. For me that means i don't have to reupload a big file for a required update and have a file that can be changed easily. 

 

Sadly i have to remove the big tree mod. While looking for the water bug i noticed that the LOD looked better than with the mod. Right now i havn't even rerun DynDOLOD and it already looks way better.

 

 

Moved mods:

Farmhouse HD Stone Walls                           - dropped to the end of the group 'Textures'. (Done)

Farmhouse LOD for Stone Walls                    - dropped to the end of the group 'Textures'. (Done)

 

 

REMOVED mods:

Skyrim 3D Trees and Plants                           - LOD wasn't looking good. (Done) 

Skyrim 3D Trees and Plants BILLBOARDS   - Not needed anymore. (Done)

Skyrim 3D Trees UV Fixed Wood Logs          - Not needed anymore. (Done)

ET3D - Every Tree Different 2k                      - Found a replacement.. (Done)

Noble Wood                                                    - Created a better solution. (Done)

JK's Skyrim 3D Trees Patch                           - Not needed anymore. (Done)

NPC Body Scale Randomizer                        - Worked at first, then started to cause trouble. (Done)

Skyrim 3D Trees and Plants Fixes                 - Not needed anymore. (Done)

 

 

Added mods:

ETD - Every Tree Different Revamped          - to 'Foundation'. (Done)

Farmhouse HD                                               - to 'Textures' (Fixed my problem with it). (Done)

Markarth HD                                                   - to 'Textures' (Fixed my problem with it). (Done)

R's Farmhouse                                               - to 'Textures'. (Done)

Looks like the removal of the unnecessary files got a nice unexpected side effect. I now get 3-6 FPS more than before. Guess i'll have to check for more files that can be safely removed… (not just mostly wood).

Hey Kythana,

 

I'm a little late to the party, but I just want to say thanks for putting this out there, and all the work that goes into supporting it!

 

I've been through a couple of guides in the past, and in looking at SSE once SKSE came about there have only been a few that have really taken off.  They do seem to lock you into certain choices though, and I know enough now to understand why.  I was half way through Nordic when I had to take a break for a couple of months, and in coming back I found that whole situation changed.

 

I do have a working game right now with a bunch of mods that are in most lists, and I like my textures for most things (love Gamwich for the most part).  I think I'm going to try smashing some lists together at this point, and just get into conflict resolution as best I can.  So far I've liked your guide a lot, though I might try to pull off Nordic/YASH NPC  replacers without their 'megapatch'.  I'm certainly looking at your LL list to try to incorporate into a couple of profiles.

 

Again, thanks for putting this out there and all the hard work!

Just a note, make sure you reinstall Qwinn's Unified Automated Self Installing Patch Compendium after removing the 3DTree as it has a patch that is without master now.

I installed sexlab and did everything needed, but in game it loads all the animations, i go to the mod config sexlab screen and it says install.  Ive done this 6-7 times and it never installs yet it says that it is installed in the dropdown text.  Very wierd, is there not something I need to do.  Thanks in advance.

 

Edit 1:

So animations work.  It just doesnt let me into the menu after installing.  No controls or anything, neither do I have stats or choices of animations.  If anyone knoiws what to do to get the menu back Id be grateful.

So in the guide, is there any intention to upload screenshots showing the options that you should choose when installing a mod? I've had to reinstall a few mods because I didn't realise there was another mod that needed to be accounted for later on in the guide.

This isn't just useful for absolute beginners but for anyone re-installing in the eventuality that something goes wrong with their installation due either a software or hardware error. It really helps to avoid missing re-installing a file on the fifth or so go-round.

Found it. Hmm, only visible from one side…

 

I got no idea where that one is coming from. Are others having this too? Might be a glitch in DynDOLOD as there's nothing in that area that has a missing door.

 

€: Did you use 'The People of Skyrim' before? That mod added some taller structures and the door might be a remnant that somehow ended up there.

Havn't looked into something for that as i don't want to micromanage that too. Also quite often it takes some time to update the MCM. You got to be patient in that regard.

Will come in time when i'm finished tweaking the mods. There are still a few mods left i want to integrate (and that hopefully won't clash with something else) and there's still room for finetuning. Right now i got a few textures in 'Farmhouse HD' i want to use but others from 'Noble Skyrim' and 'R's Farmhouse' as well. I just have to identify the correct ones (not that easy when there are meshes in the pack) and then update the batch...

Managed to get different haircolors for the Gigadeux armor. Contacted the author and hopefully he'll use the FOMOD i got here in the future. If a mod or patch doesn't exist create it yourself (might be faster). ?

Why convert them? 

 

They work fine as far as i can tell and FNIS doesn't complain. We may have a unofficial conversion (just checked the link for the mod) but i've been running that one for months now and didn't notice something wrong with it. Or am i missing something here? ?

 

 

Regarding Copyrights. Those can be a pain and you have to be creative to get what you want while still not breaking it. I've got the beta for a FOMOD (still missing a few pics) adding functionality to Gigadeux armor and he didn't put up restrictions. But i'm still waiting for his response...

 

With the rapier the answer of the OA was simply 'NO!'. There i'll have to create a batch as i want to integrate that weapon (and some others) into 'Vanilla Weapons Repla- cer' (where the OA also answered 'No' to my requests). I'll have to see how i'll manage to solve all this. That one will be one of the (Advanced) mods which will require some manual work on your side. But i'll create a step-by-step guide for those (once i've figured it out myself ?).

If you check the 3rd box of FNIS HKX File Compatibility Check it complained.

My error was near the top, it said the animations where for oldrim and not special edition.

Few other notes, High Definition Ivy says it's redundant, all files are overwritten by R's Farmhouse. R's Farmhouse Red Ivy says that Skyrim 3D Stonewalls overwrites all of the files.   If you use SD+ it overwrites Honored Hounds.

1. I left both Ivy's in so you can choose which one you prefer. ?

you need to wait until sexlab installs, it may take some time, if you are playing with live another life, sit in the chair and be patient, if it has not installed yet it will say close menus when you go to the sexlab tab in mcm. (you should get a notification in the left corner)

if sexlab installs correctly when you go to sexlab it will look like this

yours as new will all say unskilled on the left sexuality will say heterosexual and partner count will be 0 all the way down. this is off of a lvl 9 breton forsworn i'm playing (sorry i didn''t use your preset @Kythana)
