Bad Dog Posted November 23, 2019 Author Posted November 23, 2019 Pics or it didn't happen. Also, they blink.

After going through all my mods again and ensuring the game, mods and SKSE are all up to date (yet again) The eyes seem to be working and looking around now. Their aim is still a bit wonky, can tell based on light refraction upon them, but it's livable (running customized Ultra settings). The scaling issue still persists and the video shows demonstrates its entirety from the moment you select the race and begin modding all the way till actual play. I have the following SSE Mods (that are as up to date as able). FNIS 7.5.1 JContainers Lykaios: Digi and Schlongs Race Compatibility with Fixes Race Menu SKSE 2.0.17 SKYUI Fixed Body Collision CBPC - CBP Physics with Collisions I only listed the mods in my arsenal that I suspect would likely cause an issue with this version of Lykaios. Edit; Based on the commentee above my original post here; I haven't experienced this werewolf/vamplord bug yet but I suspect it may be an issue. If I'm able to recover my save, I'll experiment.
Bad Dog Posted November 23, 2019 Author Posted November 23, 2019 Huh. I'll look into it. The digi feet do reduce the height of the body by the same amount that they lift the body so that animations such as working at crafting tables keep the hands on the table. It's quite possible that wearing shoes means that doesn't happen. You aren't meant to wear shoes anyway. This is mostly for YA where everyone is the same size and you're more likely to see NPCs working at tables. For the PC you can always make them a bit bigger.

Gotcha, if it's intended to be purely aesthetic then disregard. I thought it was a glitch but I can see how it would subtract from height just from the nature of it. Just being that the games scaling system will subtract as a whole, made me wonder. The shoes thing just stems from my hardcore play-through where I do utilized every bit of armor rating that I can
Sorok17 Posted November 28, 2019 Posted November 28, 2019 So I noticed a little weirdness when it came to the short imperial hairstyle on male characters in my recent playthrough, and I've been able to trace it back to the Lykaios Race V.2.4. Not sure exactly why this is occurring, but the resulting vertex explosion, and numerous bald spots, are quite distracting. Anyone else experiencing this, or is it just my poor luck?

It caused crashes for me so I just deleted the nifs and tris.

Because that's pretty much what I gave you. I went through all of my recently installed mods, including the 2.4 update, and narrowed it down to that mod being the culprit. After uninstalling the 2.4 update, the issue was no longer in the game.

Sorok17 Posted November 28, 2019 Posted November 28, 2019 Not sure exactly why the original image wasn't working, but I'm hoping this one works.

LegendOfJan Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 Giving this a shot myself then. On NPCs like Tullius, the vertices explode outwards as well.

Bad Dog Posted November 30, 2019 Author Posted November 30, 2019 Load order? Thanks for the pic. Based on the appearance you might have been seeing various different things could have been going wrong. What you have going on, I can't even. It's not off by a bit like head shape or tris are wrong. It's not verts everywhere, which might be a mismatched tri. So what else do you have in your load order that might be making things wig out? Also, I dunno why that mesh is in this mod. I don't really have a reason to replace the imperial hair here. I did put it in YA so Tullius could have it there. I think you should delete the mesh (and tris, if any) and see if it's fine.
Fumbledore Posted November 30, 2019 Posted November 30, 2019 I'm also experiencing the werewolf race bug.

Yup, simple as that. Just make a quick note that people should delete these 3 files or remove them whenever another Update arises.
Fumbledore Posted December 1, 2019 Posted December 1, 2019 I couldn't fix the werewolf bug no matter what I did (Race changes on transformation, does not transform back to lykaios normally and animation gets interrupted and stuck when changing back, giving me a werewolf head, body and arms over my normal lykaios). I did notice that this mod is still in form 43 and needs to be updated to form 44. If anyone wants to do that in the mean time themselves, open the mod in xEdit and and uncheck the ESM flag under File Header, making it an ESP. Save and close, then open the mod in Creation Kit and recheck ESM flag, save and close and you're done. That seems to have fixed a couple of graphical bugs, but not the werewolf issue. Haven't checked if VL has same issue. I have Moonlight Tales if that helps. Why is this mod an ESM? Would Making it an ESP possibly fix the issue? I wasn't able to test and I haven't checked for dirty edits.
hellos123 Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 @Bad Dog It looks like the female body for the 2.4 version does not have a subsurface scattering (_sk) texture included or mapped in the CK. I made one for myself to fix the purple texture issues I was seeing but I I'm not a artist or a modder so the quality is questionable at best. I'd attach the file but loverslab's uploader appears broken at the moment.
Bad Dog Posted December 2, 2019 Author Posted December 2, 2019 8 hours ago, Fumbledore said: Why is this mod an ESM? Because there's no reason why it shouldn't be and it makes working on, e.g. the NPC addon easier. What graphical bugs do you think were fixed by updating the esp version? I haven't found anything yet that makes a difference. I'll look at the female body and werewolf issues.
AerisWolfe Posted December 5, 2019 Posted December 5, 2019 Pardon me but how do I go about making my character hermaphrodite in this or is that only possible on Oldrim? I have tried the SoS sliders but they don't work...
2214343 Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 RaceMenu shows two races named Lykaios, one from LykaiosRace.esm (which seems to work) and the other from LykaiosReborn.esp, which when selected results in instant CTD. Lykaios NPCs and Lykaios Digi do not work at all. These mods overwrite any mods that could possibly interfere with them, am I doing something wrong? Maybe I installed it incorrectly or something? I installed Lykaios_SE.1.0.0.0 first, then overwrote with Lykaios_SE.2.4.0.0, installing NPCs and Digi as separate. I'm lost.

I must have changed the name of the esp from 1.0 to 2.0 which might be why I increased the major version number. 2.4 is a replacement for 1.x, so delete the old version and reinstall the new. I usually keep the old one up for a while in case I did something boneheaded.

Thanks, I'll look into it as soon as i can, but as i remember 2.4 was missing the .esm file which i got from the 1.0
