May it be possible to unbreak existing save for 5.5.0, like removing old RJW, weathering errors, and installing the new one? Resetting everything genital is better than starting a totally new story. Else, please advice a way to transfer a bunch of slightly related pawns to a new save, keeping those relations.

Also, is there a way to know the fetus' gender, like paternity test operation? And where is the source code for it's exact function? I'd suggest to implement a gender test too, but i'm fine with doing it myself. Right now the only way is to peek into parent's Social tab for conspicuously missing children, and it's complicated with artificial insemination.

Depends on who made it. Some submods have been abandoned and forgotten for years, rimnude was for a while thats probably why sized apparel zero was made. I can't even find the voice mod after the 1.4 addon section got deleted.  

 

Im looking for the latest 1.5 version of RJW that doesnt break everything. Looks like it got overwritten in the git.

You can select a different branch to get an older version.

In the top left, where it says 'master', you can click it to open the branch selection. Click the one called '1.5', it's version 5.4.0 from 3 months ago.

every previous addon list of mine is archived the link is IN THE VERY FIRST LINE of the post

what am i supposed to do so you people find stuff like this?

does this mod (on default animal settings) have any effect on animal reproduction? i've had several for some years and literally not one of them has reproduced, not the muffalos, not the pigs, not the horseys, not even the chickens!

Did you ever solve your problem? I used libidinous loader to make a modlist for 1.5 and got the same problem.

Edit: error log is pointing to genes, that makes sense.

Solution was obvious, libid loader gave me rjw 5.5

to add to that i have the animal pregnancies to its default (off) value. does that mean that the mod with it off still kills the defual rimworlds approach to animal reproduction? and whats up with the eggs not fertilizing?

animal pregnancies off means animals cannot get pregnant, including vanilla pregnancy (applies to egg laying as well i suppose)

really? the tooltip only says "use rjw pregnancy for animal-animal pregnancies". Surely with that setting off the game doesn't disable the normal animals reproduction, especially since that setting is off by default? Also egg fertilization surely isnt a pregnancy, right?

also to that matter, i've noticed by checking the animals' respective logs that they constatnly have ehhh abnormal sex with each other, is is possible to disable that without disabling it for the human as well?

 

pretty sure cows dont do oral sex

'use rjw for animal pregnancies' setting replaces vanilla pregnancy in animals with rjw pregnancy in animals, but the seperate setting 'allow animal pregnancy' applies to both vanilla and modded pregnancy, and the latter is about how the game handles the moment of fertilization and generating the baby, not actually the pregnancy itself, so i assume egg or live birth are affected the same way. Best of luck, hopefully its a settings thing. Not sure what to do about the animal on animal oral sex, sounds wack

I've been having an issue with RJW genes, the other mods let the game load fine but after this recent update (i use coffees easy install to make the updates every so often) RJW genes has been breaking it so most factions cannot spawn and they cannot do so in number. looking at the logs (i am by no means an expert on this) it might be related to a "penis extension (0)"? idfk i just was wondering if there is any known fix or if said mod will get patches at some point so i can get back to playing the game? i dont want to downgrade if i can avoid it.

I found that removing all factions and re-adding fewer factions made the world generation seem more normal in some senses.

Hope someone can fix it.

With RimJobworld 5.5.0+ expect a LOT of submods being broken until they are updated

Very first raid ugly bastard showed up and in one hit chopped off a colonists leg, 2600% bleeding, death in 1 hour. Why is raider rape even in the game if the damage it takes to down a colonist is also the damage that it takes to kill them in a few hours almost every time? Is everyone else playing with the nonlethal bleeding mod or am I missing something else? 

Also my debug menu is not opening. Looks similar to this. Still using the mod list suggested by libidinous loader current versions except for RJW 5.4.1, and genes 2.2.1. loading in dev quicktest. Removed Bastard mod and Brothel mod.
