travelmedic Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Many thanks to the OP for this list! The in-site search engine and the categories here can be a little hard or tedious to navigate sometimes, you summarized what is available very nicely. Your post ought to be a sticky at the top of the FONV download section.
Aaronious Posted March 30, 2020 Posted March 30, 2020 Sorry for the necropost, but I just discovered FO:NV's moddability. Unfortunately, I have NO CLUE what I am doing, and keep crashing the program. Q1: NVSE seems to be its own mod loader? But you also suggest NMM and FOMM. Do these all do the same thing, or do I need all of them? Q2: Based on the answer above, NVSE Extender states it ONLY works with NVSE. So does it work with the other modloaders? Q3: How does LOOT work? It seems like it "reads" my loadbuild and just reports glaring errors? I probably have a million more questions, but I have only dipped my toes into the water, and am not sure what to ask yet. First I need to get SOMETHING working.
dongding Posted March 30, 2020 Posted March 30, 2020 NVSE, like NVSE Extender are script extenders, not mod loaders, so it doesn't matter which mod manager (FOMM, NMM) you are using with NVSE (I'd suggest you to use FOMM instead of NMM though.) And you only need one of them. LOOT is just an additional tool, that sorts mods with the intention of creating as few conflicts as possible in your load order (conflict = two mods overwrite a same entry in the master file, but only one can win, so the other mod entry will not come to affect in game). There can be many possibilities why you keep crashing at startup, one of them could be that your load order isn't correct, and that is why for example you use LOOT to let the program "fix" your load order.
RitualClarity Posted March 30, 2020 Posted March 30, 2020 There is a guide from Brucewayne that helps you setup a Sexout system. Then go to my guide SCR Resource and install all those according to the instructions. Install one mod that has Sexout animations and test... If it works great, if not , jump back on to this site and ask some questions to get yourself sorted.. THEN start adding other mods. Ideally, you would have no other mods installed when you start to use Sexout and only have those and the requirements of Sexout. Easiest to troubleshoot that way. You can use Mod Organizer (one or two.. two will work with Fallout 4 and Skyrim SE) or Vortex, (however, I have limited experience with it but it should be mature enough for Sexout) Avoid using Nexus Mod Manager. As mentioned above.

Aaronious Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 Thank you for the help! I have gotten quite a way in (testing successfully at each step.) Now I am trying to create an SCR folder, following the instructions for that one. (Somehow, I missed this one entry and am now circling back.) Problem: it seems to duplicate the efforts of SexOut Pregnancy. Do I need both? Pregnancy isn't my thing, but the instructions say many mods require it, so...
Aaronious Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 And a followup: when I am taking all textures, meshes, and sounds out to a new folder, do I need to drill down to the bottom, or should I keep the folder shells? For example, in Spectrum's Toy Pack, one level down is textures and meshes. But in BBArmors 1, those folders are 3 levels down. And should I merge the folders inside my new Archive folder, or dump all the actual actual files into the top layer of my Archive folder?

(if I remember correctly. ) The PDF that is downloadable has more details that you can check. Should be 100% unless the author changed something out. It gives exact details on what to move and where to find it.
Aaronious Posted April 3, 2020 Posted April 3, 2020 It worked! Thank you guys for help. Now you can sleep tonight, imagining me running maniacally through the desert and sticking dildos into random orifices (not all of them mine,) laughing my head off the whole time.
mcdyn Posted April 22, 2020 Posted April 22, 2020 where I find more animations besides the ones in the sexout for creatures like dogs, ghouls and supermutants?

The most part Sexout is all inclusive. There have been some from time to time available outside of Sexout while they were waiting to be included. It has been awhile since I had this setup so I am not current but .. generally you will find them in the downloads section. Perhaps someone that reads this can give a link if there are any. The Downloads section is likely the best location for any. 1
dborg2 Posted July 21, 2020 Author Posted July 21, 2020 I wanted to update the download page, but I'm running into a website bug. I wanted to add FNV Mod Limit Bug Fix https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68714 And replace New Vegas Stutter Remover with New Vegas Tick Fix https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66537 - User's with the first mod, should switch over to the other mod. It's less buggy. Also wanted to update that CBBE/bodyslide is possible for Fallout New Vegas, but SexoutNG can have misallignnment issues, and Pregnancy/Maternity Clothing doesn't work with it.
bicobus Posted July 21, 2020 Posted July 21, 2020 By the way, to let you know, NCR CF by Macaca22 which is listed under the "player slavery" category is gone from the nexus. Edit: I noticed you posting in another thread saying just that. Man, I really am out of date. 2
Qalefir Posted July 23, 2020 Posted July 23, 2020 @bicobus It's sad because it was a really good mod.

bicobus Posted July 29, 2020 Posted July 29, 2020 NCRCF is nice as a self contained quest mod, but becomes redundant alongside the Sexout packages (especially Tryout). Thought I'd just point this out
gubbish Posted August 18, 2020 Posted August 18, 2020 Just pointing out that Unethical Deeds Expanded Edition is very broken even with the patch. I recommend using the original version. The file that adds the map marker still works with it.
teutoke Posted September 5, 2020 Posted September 5, 2020 I have recently started playing/modding FONV does LOOT work with vortex, cause I can't get sexout ng to work at all?

You PMéd me, so I suggest we will continue conversation there. LOOT sorts mods in the right order, and sometimes gives usefull warnings when missing mods, but it only checks direct dependencies and special cases (if mod authors informed the LOOT team)

Thought I'd just point this out I tested this mod out way back in the day. To me one of the best mods was the one where if you met specific perimeters from hostile factions you and your companions would be stripped and used as toys by said faction. After set amount of time if you didnt escape the Legion would come by and buy you from the faction and escort you to a Legion camp to process your character as sex slaves. Shame this mod did not continue on it added a great amount of immersion especially if you play a female character and amplified the dreadfulness of Caesars Legion.
Kyloren518 Posted October 26, 2020 Posted October 26, 2020 idk if this is the right place to put this but I downloaded most of the mods from the list my game runs fine but as soon as i talk to someone the game crashes, does anyone know what could be causeing this?
