Nexus mods are fairly dickish about even the slightest things that could be considered rude.

 

The comics are kind of funny, and I don't personally take offense to anything said in them. Anyone who would is a prude, and really shouldn't have a say in the matter, or shouldn't be taken seriously, at the least.

 

The only reason I still use the Nexus is because modders don't really post their stuff anywhere else in bulk. If I were able to get everything I wanted from a less ban-happy site, I would.

Also to be fair 'Autistic' is a very broad spectrum

I am actually extremely high functioning autistic and my main vices are only crowds, touching, and derailing into logical corrections of pretty much anything, mostly when affronted by said crowds or the outside world. Hence why I stay inside cause the daystar it burns!

 

I just go "meh" when people use autistic for anything cause its so varied when myself, with not a whole lot of the problems that are viewed as mainstream aspergers, can be deemed autistic and so can a kid who can barely tie their own shoes. 

 

Anyway I digress to a point of correction mwahahahha   I TRIED OT WARN YOU! THE RABBIT IS HERE!

 

My most notable quirks are a diverse vocabulary, strangely deep thinking, inability to speak properly without stuttering and "umm-err'ing" thrice per sentence, and an inability to touch soft objects such as cotton with my bare fingers (I keep long finger-nails as a dude to avoid this) without wanting to go on a murderous rampage.

So, basically, I'm an anti-social with a dislike for soft-things, and who was an English Honors student.

Sometimes I think the guy who diagnosed me with Aspergers Syndrome just wanted a raise.

 

 

Also, I just realized you're the person who gave me a murderous chicken and three magical, floating bug-zappers. Thank you for these gifts.

Realistic magic is an oxymoron and I don't know in what world he lives in, but I can understand his obsession with realism perfectly because I am a fanatic myself.  I am one of those guys who really like the feeling of realism in a fantasy world, a sort of "realism" a George R.R. Martin created in a Song of Ice and Fire series. A world with clearly defined laws and rules is more believable than "hurr durr magic"....however, that sort of thing would really feel out of place in Skyrim and ruin the whole game because the whole TES series is based on "hurr durr magic happened" concept . And in Skyrim, every retard can cast a spell and literally anyone who knows how to fight can  become an Arch-mage (at least Morrowind made it more believable). Now, a mod fixing the whole horrible Mages Guild quest would make perfect sense  and there are mods fixing it.
Talking about realism and immersion....I have a rape mod installed on my serious playtrough even though my character would never rape anyone, alongside with Prison mod without nudity and rapes. Because that is the best prison mod I heard of and medieval prison is not exactly  a place you would ever want to visit. Yeah..."muh immersion". I am one of those guys.. EDIT: just look at my face!


Hmmm.. felt bored today and decided to check recently banned users on Nexus and moderators were kind of..."disappointed". Just some pirates  One such ban annoyed me because one naive guy had legal xbox copies (that does no matter to people who have too much money), but  I cannot not feel too sorry for people who openly admit to piracy on Nexus.
Also, what's up with belief that pirated games are less stable ? Do they live on some another planet and really do not know anyone who ever pirated anything?.Is there some states in US of A I haven't heard about? Do they all live together in one building? Did they proclaimed a semi-independent theocratic state?
I also know for a fact that If I wrote the last part on Nexus , I would be permanently banned  for severe rule violations (advocating piracy, "potential pirate", insulting moderators, complaining about Nexus, joking, bad jokes, having a pet turtle without giving more money to turtle breeders etc.) , all my posts would be deleted and I would be publicly shamed for what I wrote. I would be erased from existence with the force of one thousand megatrons until nothing is left of me. Just kidding, I would laugh my ass off and just create another account.

Maybe by some crazy magical chance in a blue moon they just REALLY love their lore and all their horses must have detailed vaginas and ass holes but dragons can't have boobs because they're reptilian in nature. Like Argonians. WHICH HAVE BOOBS!

That moss guy has over 4000 posts but only 18 Nexus whore kudos....Something basically wrong with that.

Well I found out that I only have 2,520 posts (mostly comments and bug reports, nothing actually on the forum) and I have 32 kudos. I have no idea where 30 of those kudos came from.

Hmmm. I had about as many posts but I had like 420 kudos.  NOT bragging here though.  I think the user base at Nerxucks has changed.  Appreciation for mods and modders, and helpful productive forum members is dead there.  It's a social media site now, or pretty fucking close to it.

Uploaders there beg for kudos and endorsements.  Who the fuck wants to be a part of that?

I finally washed my hands when I saw somebody get banned for making a dozen accounts so they could up their own mods. It was clear by then the site was on it's way to becoming an attentionwhore hugbox.

Damn demoralizing, is what it is.
