I seem to collapse on the floor and become completely glitched out of the game world when I select "find somewhere more private" during solicitation. staying where I am seems to work fine but when I select only that dialogue option it always collapses my character as soon as I select the spot, as if I'd just been killed or knocked down into ragdoll. the animation then starts while my PC is completely unaligned and still glitched out of the map and through the floor, even after the animation is over or stopped.

I don't think that dialog option is DCL. I just had a check through the plugin and I don't see it.

It might be SLEN, I think I've seen it when I haven't had DCL enabled, and that mod was.

I'm coming back after a several year absence from Skyrim. This is a new computer from when I played last so my install is fresh. I'm remodding with most of the base things before I tackle adding DCL  I'm to the point of picking a body replacer. Is there a specific one that plays nicer with DCL? Right now I'm looking at picking between UNP and CBBE. Am I missing a better 3rd options? Which physics works best with DCL?

Hello I am stuck in a Chastity Belt of Misogyni (Every man in Skyrim has a key) was put on as a punishment after a rape trap. I can't get rid of it with chastity key and when I try to ask a blacksmith he just uses his key and rapes me. how can I get rid of this chastity belt?

A suggestion, but have you tried asking a woman blacksmith? Like the one in Whiterun?

Either CBBE SE or 3BA.

 

3ba conversion is on the troubleshooting post, there's a newer conversion somewhere in the thread too, but I don't know the quality of that one. The one in the troubleshooting post is an old version of 3BA and mine, so you can always bitch at me i guess. I'm in a slump right now and may or may not fix it though.

 

UNP works too, but there's no complete or updated version for BHUNP.

 

Most mods you see in SE will be 3BA, with the remaining straggles divided between BHUNP, TBD (touched by dibella), or UBE (ultimate body enhancer).

UBE has the best stuff, but because of how it's done, it also requires the most work and is a compatibility nightmare.

I thought 3BA was a subset of CBBE, but it's talked about as if it's different. I did find the CBBE 3BA mod though

 

I know there used to be a step-by-step set of instructions for how to do the bodyslide  batch builds, After 4 years I don't remember how. I can't seem to find it, I just remember it was a 2 step process. I don't suppose you can link it? 

 

Edit1: I went on youtube for a bodyslide tutorial vid. I MAY be ok. (well, I'm definitely NOT ok, but I may be able to handle it.)

Select the group for your body, select a preset (zeroed body sliders if you are using obody), check build morphs at the bottom if it's not already checked, then batch build.

Or if you want to build everything all at once, make sure no group is selected. You'll have to pick the one you want for the conflicts that way though.

Group names should be either Cursed Loot SE or Cursed Loot 3BA.

 

And if you haven't started yet, I do recommend you grab DD NG as well. It is a considerable performance improvement for the device animations (non sexlab).

It used to be but it had far outgrown it since. Textures are fully compatible though.

Ok. I completely freaked out when I opened bodyslide, there were a lot more options than what I remember. I'd installed with CBBE slim, but when I try to adjust my look in game, the breasts are like an A cup and it doesn't change when I move the sliders. 

 

I managed the batch build, but I forgot to check the morphs box. 

 

Edit1: ok. Second time is the charm. I got it.

 

However I was still just doing the vanilla mods. I haven't tackled  DCL and it's dependancies yet.

 

It's late, I'm just gonna play a while, and I'll get started on DCL tomorrow

Hi thanks starphrye i tried lara in the whip and chain and the master from captured dreams (is a female) but both said could not remove. with free me from DCL only works if i also finish all quests. i have bound queen running right now so i removed him after 2 ingame days with console "player. unequipall". i don't think a female blacksmith will work i will try it next time. i think you need some special key but where to find it? or like the exhebitionist suit (you need 4 leg restraints keys and 7 body restraints keys)

Please anyone can explain to me why the game keeps crashing on loading but does not crash on making a new game? If I start a new game, then save, then reload it it crashes, makes no sense to me, here is the file of the crash

Next, the original console utils doesn't work with 1.6.1170 despite not actually warning on launch that it's not compatible. You're crashing on loading after a save because that's when DD initializes itself and calls consoleutils.

It can be done, but it's better to start a new game. If you've had any older version of DCL ever on that save, then new game only.

Oh okay, thanks! I presume 'can be done' means might need to use some xEdit or other tool to help smooth things over.

So I'm going through the "Bound in Skyrim" questline, and I've just finished "Courier in Chains" after talking to Chloe and The Dollmaker, Dollmaker puts the slave collar on my character, but the quest doesn't progress.

I'm assuming there's supposed to be an option in the Dollmakers dialogue to continue the Bound in Skyrim line? But the only quest option I have from her dialogue is the "Rubber Commercial" quest, which I did, but it didn't continue the questline.

 

Am I missing something or is this broken or I'm doing something wrong here? 

 

Quest log says, Chole: Completed, Courier in Chains: Completed. But no new objective has been added.

If you're on 1.6.1130 or 1.6.1170, then I'd recommend using both. DD NG has many improvements along with replacing the DLL to make DD compatible with the newer versions of skyrim. Think of DD NG as a patch. It's not the full mod, that's why you need DD 5.2 still, but it does fix things, as long as it is winning all the conflicts.

No, it's more that adding any mods to an already running game is not best practice. It can be done, usually works, but anyone who knows the first thing about modding will tell you to start a new game.

 

Whether you start a new game or not though, it's always a good idea to look in xedit to see if you need to patch anything.
