Mounted Steering Optimized

This is a slightly modified version of the "mounted steering" plugin from "mounted combat" by Flyfightflea.

If by the time you read this, nexus links are dead once again, search the web or nexus for "Mounted Combat OBSE".
Flyfightflea's package contained three plugins:
- mounted_steering
- mounted_trampling
- mounted_spellcasting
The trampling plugin was actually just an updated version of the steering plugin, which additionally allows trampling others. I took this plugin, removed the trampling code and spell (so that it would become an updated mounted_steering plugin), and then made a few simple tweaks.
For those not familiar with mount and blade: In MnB, you press up to accellerate, down to deaccelerate - your horse will not stop unless you tell it to slow down, or if it runs into an obstacle. All that mounted_steering plugin does is, to add this control scheme to oblivion.
Changes compared to the original plugin:
- deacceleration is now quicker (originally, it took as much time as acceleration)
- Originally, the script ran all its code every frame, regardless of if the player was mounted or not. Now it only does so when the player is actually mounted. While not mounted, the script is called five times per sec, checks if the player is mounted, and if not, instantly returns instead of running the rest of the code.
- Reordered codesections, so the script should be more efficient for oblivion's dumb as brick script interpreter.
- Removed a few redundant checks.

Just drop the esp in the /data dir into oblivtion/data and activate it.

WARNING: Do not disable or remove the plugin while you're mounted. Dismount first, else your horses speed might get messed up.

The plugin checks if you hit an obstacle, but the code (still original, not mine) can sometimes be unreliable. If you want to disable the collision check, then type into the console: set ToggleCrashDetection to 0

CHILDREN'S ANNUAD
Now available, an extremely hard-to-find mod!
This mod that adds x117 NPC Children to Tamriel (much like the Tamago/Hiyoko Children Mod for Lovers with PK). This is not a companion mod, nor a mod that puts the player through an epic quest or grants any special skills. It is merely meant to give an extra bit of flavor to your game for those that wondered why the world is populated solely by full grown adults.
Some teens may be trainees for the Imperial Guard or working as guards for their related towns. Some kids may have set up small vending areas to sell trinkets or goods. And after the Siege at Kvatch, some children have been orphaned and may be found here and there.
Some of the gear may be wearable with new meshes provided, and some new weapons (including an actual firearm called a blunderbuss) have been added. Okay, who gives a shotgun to a kid???
And new dialog, actual vocal content with matching (and actually synced) lip sync files, have been created for the children. But as stated, this mod requires the MBP (Modular Beautiful People) and the x117 Race as the base races for the new NPCs.
This mod is not to be confused with Children of Cyrodil by Emma (creator of Children of Morrowind and Witchgirl).

INSTALLATION:
Download all zip files containing the four (4) .bsa files as well as the .esp file and copy them into Oblivion's 'Data' folder. Activate in your manager as expected.
Initially uploaded by LongDukDong in the four (4) bsa format in May. The latest version has replaced all the .bsa and .esp files... so replace all of the old ones with the new ones.
UNINSTALLATION:
Easy. ERASE THE CHILDREN ANNUAD bsa and esp files! In this format, you don't have to go any farther than the data folder.

ALTERED ESP FILES:
CHILDREN'S ANNUAD replaces and alters certain features that are standard to Oblivion such as creatures and summoning spells. With this and other changed content, it could be considered an overhaul. For those who wish to have the classic, vanilla style of Oblivion restored, @fejeena provided three different .esp files, each with a different level of restoration. These can be found in the "Altered Esp files (Choose only one)" zip file now supplied. If you wish to play CHILDREN'S ANNUAD as it was intended, do not use any of these. But if you decide to have some content from Oblivion returned, choose only one of the three altered .ESPs provided in its stead.

We use this particular body for those PCs & NPCs that we actually want to fit into Hepsy's, Betty's & Fly's tiny little outfits. The regular HGEC AA S body doesn't quite do it... Since it was never part of any particular version of Set Body I'm aware of...here you go.
Install...replace one of your Set Body bodies that you don't use. The hands and feet can be used to replace whatever common HGEC hands & feet you're already using...as these are probably the best you can get. They work ESPECIALLY well with Ave Brave's Redguard replacer...available at here LoversLab. Includes red nails. Also includes vagina and anus...and a lower body version without the vagina.
Small imperfections are hidden as best possible by various jewelry built into the body.
Issues...vagina and anus can vanish in certain positions...minor. Vagina can appear to leave the body in some other positions. If this becomes annoying, replace with the no fancy vagina version.
Jewels...same deal. Don't want them? Use the no jewel version.
Luckily, there's already a ton of clothing for this body....here's a few.

A selection of various half & full size textures. Half sized textures are small, easy on the FPS, but still very detailed...good for actual game play. There could have been more but let's keep file sizes reasonable...lol. Some are ridiculous...but there are women out there with really BIG nipples/areola...don't ask Mr Dog how he knows that...
Includes...Brown & Pink nipples...veins and stretchmarks etc to varrying degrees. If you can not preview dds files for whatever reason, less extreme tends to be A...higher letters more extreme.
Various bruised textures for the naughty girls. Some are extreme...
Just choose the one you want...copy & paste it somewhere...rename it to footfemale and put it in your....
Data--->Textures--->Characters---->Imperial--->Female (this one)
Don't forget the Normal Texture (footfemale_n.dds)...one fits all.
Some turned out better than others. The majority require a high poly breast mesh with a good sized nipple/areola zone...SPD Curvaceous...DMRA....and such. Some nipples are HUGE...they distort on lower poly breasts.
Due to 'Amber's Pussy' also being on this texture (a Club project), you'll want to install the files in the rather obvious 'InstallToFixRedHeels' folder...new (better) sandals. The old crappy stock ones had red splotches on their heels. Reason: the stock sandals get their flesh color from a part of the texture other than the foot, oddly enough. Adding the detailed Robert's feet to the sandals fixes this. WARNING: the sandals have red toenails. All NPCs wearing them will have red toenails. No longer part of the main DL...

Description
This adds a museum to safely store & display all of the Daedric artifacts you've acquired throughout the game. The museum is south of Bruma along the Orange Road.
Additionally, each Daedric Lord's statue doubles as a teleporter to that Lord's shrine in Cyrodiil. Some of the statues have additional locations. Sheogorath's statue, for example, acts as an alternative gateway to the Shivering Isles after you complete the Shivering Isles main quest.
The museum also contains other Daedra related exhibits for the player to view.

Twileks Redux

The Twi'lek redux is an upgrade to Lovender's Twi'lek race mod.
Features
*Adds males for each of the twi'lek races
*Attaches the Twi'lek's Lekkus in the tail slot so that you don't have to travel to the waterfront to get them. It also allows you to wear helmets (see Pictures).
*Replaces the Lyn Me with a Darth Talon Texture (Darth Maul for males).
*Gives each of them unique racial traits creating a normal Twi'lek, a Jedi, and a Sith. WARNING: The two force using twi'leks may be a bit over powered but are very flavorful.
Installation
To install you must first install Lovender's Twi'lek race and all of its prerequisite files. Then copy the data folder of Twi'lek Redux into your Oblivion folder and let it overwrite anything it asks to.
And as always my stuff is open use, for anyone who wants to use anything for their own mods.

Expanded Greetings

This mod will allow NPCs to recognize all of the player character's talents and make the skill-based dialogue greetings (such as "you're a sneaky looking sort" and "look at the muscles on you!") less redundant once the player has reached high levels.
The reason these dialogue lines may have never been spoken depends on what order the playable character's skills increased throughout the game. Eventually, once most/all skills have been maxed, the dialogue gets "stuck" at the top of the dialogue tree.
The only modifications are the conditions that regulate how an NPC greets the playable character. Not only does this expand talent-based greetings, but also recover the generic "hello" greetings that are lost as the character becomes more powerful and famous/infamous.
Testing the Mod
Make sure the playable character has at least two attributes that are 70+ or two skills that are 70+. Otherwise, effects will not be experienced until later. Go up to NPCs (Imperial City Market will have the most during the day). They will usually greet the player with a generic "hello" dialogue line but other times they will comment on the player's skills.

Kanshou&Bakuya with Faker [calling for help]

My first Oblivion mod, yet another Kanshou & Bakuya mod, mainly for my personal use.
I'm not the maker of meshes & textures, just packaged the one KanshouBakuya1.26 form TES, for testing purpose.
for the rights I will talk to the auther later or just make my mod depends on that one for resources.
What I have done is make Kanshou & Bakuya boundable, dual bound by one lesser power, for a custom race "the Fakers"
And there is my problem:
I can't run CS on my win7 notebook & the latest TES4Edit I've got failed on copy magic effects for an assertion error.
so what I could do is override bounded shield & bounded priest dagger, using their magic effect for my lesser power.
What I need help is:
Can anyone help me copy magic effects using TES4Edit? I cloud do a better mod if I could done that. THX

Description
Lower class versions of 3 Nailflan's outfits.
Since my character is poor but I really like these excellent Nailflan's outfits, I've slightly modified the meshes for a poorer look and created new textures accordingly. The outfits look now old and lower class.
You can find the outfits along with a note at "The All-Saints Inn" in the Temple District of the Imperial City.
Notes
My character begins the game as very poor so the upper class look is unfitting, since I've adapted the clothes to my needs, I thought to share for others' poor characters too.
Remade all diffuse and normal maps.
There is a fourth outfit that is a mix of two.
Reworked the UVs for some pieces.
Created all the icons accordingly and the paper note, there is also a general gnd fitting the content.

Use a single hotkey ('/' forwardslash) to follow another actor.
Target the actor in your crosshairs (name visible) and hold hotkey for aprox. 1 second.
You will get a message that you are now following them.
You can target the actor again and hold hotkey to stop following them.
If you are following and can not target the actor, hold shift+hotkey to stop.
Quest cycles every 1/2 second in gamemode.
Walk/run speed is not accounted for. You may lag behind or bump into the one you follow.
No controls are disabled. You may walk/run/cast/stop and chat etc.
Things you can NOT follow: a butterfly, the moon, a rock.
Things you CAN follow: anything that 'IsActor'.

x110 and x117 Wigs

What is this:
There are lot of 'normal' sized wigs out there, but I've never seen good wig collection for x117 races.
So I converted many existing hairs to wigs.
These wigs are weighted, like other wig mods. They will move as your body moves, just like you see in Skyrim.
In the previous version my goal was creating decent amount of hairstyle pool. So, many of the items in version 1 were 'basic' hairs such as Ren's (because they are included in MBP)
In v2, I wanted to put diverse hairstyles, preferably extravagant, luxury and funny.
The number of wigs added in both version is about 170, counting all the color variants (usually 3~5 colors for each hair). Now this pack includes over 300 wig items and some of those wigs have very unique color. Enjoy.

Check the download page. I've also linked 4shared mirror if you have any trouble. Another 4shared link is psd files in case you want to retexture them yourself. It's impossible to me to make hundreds of color variants, probably creating your own would be your best bet.

Description:
This is a compilation of all of QAZZ's currently released sets, with just one ESP file instead of three, for those that don't want too many ESPs in their current Oblivion build.
Requirements:
1. HGEC BODY - Most if not all of these are HGEC E-cup, M bottoms. I found that in most cases the tops and bottoms seems worked with other upper/lowers from the SetBody MOD.
2. VipCxj High Heels & VipCxj High Heels Skeleton
For those unable to get VipCxj High Heels working it's simple, just don't use the shoes.
What it Includes:
1. Optimized Meshes
2. New or added individual piece meshes that were not in the ESPs have been added.
What it does not Include:
1. You will need the texture files from the original QAZZ MODs located here: http://qazzclow.blogspot.com/
2. You will also need the texture files from this MOD, located on Nexus: ShadderHeelsSeasonOne-41945-1-0.rar
Work I Did:
1. Run every single mesh through PyFFI ver. PyFFI-2.1.11.cefd181.win32 (This alone took hours to complete)
2. Additional NIF fixes and optimization using NifSkope spells; remove bogus nodes, etc.
3. Split up complete body NIFs into separate pieces; upper, lower, hand, foot.
My motivation to do this work was to have more sets available for my Hiyokos that I could add individual enhancements to. More work could be done.
Bottoms are NOT BB enabled, most do not even have OP3 bones. I'm currently undecided if I will add OP3, or go with the newer B4 modeling, hence I left them as is.

Description
Have you ever noticed that there are dozens of race mods that add playable devils, demons, and other fiendish races but only a very small selection when it comes to celestial races. Personally I've only seen two and one of them also came with yet another devil race. Don't get me wrong I like a good devil as much as the next guy but I like to see a little more balance when it comes to the battle of good & evil. So I tried my hand at making a new celestial race.
This one is simply called the Celestial. It is based on the Radiant Glory from Heroes of might and Magic 6 as shown in my source picture. I just didn't want to call them that because I don't like the name, at least not for a race. I did name one of its powers that though. That said its powers are as follows: The ability to cast Light, Heal others on touch, & The ability to walk on water. Fairly simple powers but I thought very flavorful.
Installation
This mod has two esp files so read this carefully. Step one, extract the files into a separate folder. Step two, copy/move the data folder to your Oblivion folder. This will give you the playable race as well as two NPC trainers. Once done this will give you all the same features as the base but also add two joinable NPCs.
Location
All NPCs are located in a chapel except one. The one exception is staying at an inn in the Imperial City's Temple district. Warning, None of the NPCs are essential.

anvil dock fence

while testing a mod in anvil i had enough seeing the npc falling to the water and after few days finding few dead npc in the water . or to see some npc walking for hours stuck in the stairs .
this mod adds 1 -fences in anvil dock for security . notice that i can not do anything for suicidal tendencies and they can in some places walk over and jump the fence into anvil see. i did not close the area, just to evoid most of accidents.
2 -stonesteps around the stairs to free some npc from walking like mad dogs .
this mod has normaly no conflicts in load order i have installed it just after dlc.esp
Oups i should say may conflict with anything that modify anvil dock !!!

Anvil Chapel Restored

A simple mod that restores Anvil Chapel and adds 2 priests and a healer back into the chapel. There are NO spell sales at this time. The mod has been tested with several mods loaded that change Anvil, Better Benirus Manor, Benirus Lair, Diverse Guards etc. and no problems have been encountered so far. The statues in the screen shot will be the vanilla stone statues unless you have a mod that changes the default statues. The ones in the screen shot are from my lifelike god statues mod on the nexus.
The restoration will take effect AFTER you have been inside the destroyed chapel at least once AND have taken on the quest Pilgrimage from the Prophet.

This is a merge/alteration of Mr Pwner's Marihuana Mod, Smokable Pipe, Skooma Smokable Pipe, Skooma refining, MofoMojo' Skooma Addiction
Each type of smokeing device has it's own mesh.
Tobacco pipes, tobacco pouches, tobacco cutters, bubblers (marijuana pipe), grinders and every mj strain will be added to vendor leveled lists.
The dealers, the MJ coffee shop, edibles and growing your own are all gone. Now you buy from merchants all over Cyrodiil. You can also pick you own marijuana, it grows all over the place.
To prepare the tobacco, you now need your pipe, tobacco pouch, and a tobacco cutter.
Have pipe and pouch in inventory
Equip cutter.
To check how much loose leaf you have, equip tobacco pouch
Skooma related materiels (skooma pipe, resin pouch, skooma cooker, moon sugar) will be found as loot.
Equiping the skooma cooker will allow you to make skooma and resin.
Skooma addiction is altered just slightly from the original. Instead of becoming addicted on the first bottle, there's a chance you won't, based off your intelligence and willpower. ==Original Readme Included==
