An OnlyFans-style platform for Summer City Because I apparently enjoy suffering (and maintaining way too many mods), I split off a feature I was building for my Repeatable Prison Contest Mod and its upcoming revamp. This started as a smaller side feature, but it has now received a massive overhaul with deep subscriber/fame systems, collabs, new hooks, and a whole new boutique + accessories framework. So here’s an extra fun way to earn some extra cash (and a whole lot more).

X-Fans lets you create content, build subscribers, and earn daily payouts.
All you need is a computer and a camera—and lucky for you, Radio Shack just got a shipment in.
X-Fans has now been significantly expanded with:
Dynamic Fame that rises and falls based on your activity and performance Subscriber demographics (Male Content Fans, Female Content Fans, Gooners, Fetishists) Request weighting based on your actual audience composition Audience fatigue if you spam too much of one content type Collabs, NPC memory, and deeper gameplay hooks X-Fans Requires Neon Desires
🆕 Latest Major Update Highlights (Overhaul)
X-Fans Overhaul: Fame & Subscribers New Fame System: Fame is now a dynamic stat! Gain fame by uploading high-quality content consistently, fulfilling fan requests, and marketing yourself. Losing subscribers will hurt your fame. Fame Perks: High fame increases your overall subscriber gains and boosts the chance of NPCs agreeing to film with you. The Cost of Fame: High fame also increases the rate at which you lose subscribers from your top demographic, meaning you have to work harder to maintain your crown. Upload Compulsion: Reaching a high enough Fame threshold triggers a new compulsion to upload content. You can’t leave your adoring fans hanging! Dynamic Subscriber Pools: Your audience is no longer one monolithic number. Subscribers are now divided into distinct demographic pools: Male Content Fans, Female Content Fans, Gooners, and Fetishists. The type of videos you upload dictates which pools grow. The requests you receive are now directly weighted based on the demographics of your current subscriber base. Audience Fatigue: Uploading too many consecutive videos of a specific type will cause you to start losing subscribers from the demographics that dislike that content. Keep your portfolio balanced! Expanded X-Fans Content & Collabs Content Creator Collabs: You may now receive requests from fellow X-Fans creators asking to collaborate. These don’t offer upfront monetary rewards, but they’re a great way to passively boost subscriber counts. NPC Memory & Demands: NPCs now remember exactly how many times you’ve filmed with them. As your working relationship grows, they may proactively ask you to film new content, and depending on your Fame and their personal wealth, they may start demanding a cut of the profits. Discovery Scenes: Alexia and Stepdad both have new scenes where they can catch you recording in your bedroom and discover your X-Fans account... who knows, maybe they’ll subscribe? Deep Gameplay Hooks (Traits & Pregnancy) Bimbo & Exhibitionist Synergies Radio Shack Temptation: Visiting Radio Shack while having the Bimbo or Exhibitionist side effect (while not owning camera equipment) triggers new inner thoughts and arousal spikes as you fantasize about filming yourself. Becoming an Exhibitionist: Repeatedly cumming on camera can now naturally cause you to develop the Exhibitionist side effect. Exhibitionist Perks: If you already have the effect, filming yourself grants massive bonus pleasure and arousal. You can record content in your bedroom (and now, with the handheld camera, in more places outside your house):

Your video earns a star rating based on a few factors.

Solo ratings are based on your Masturbation Skill (male or female):

Subscriber requests: Take requests to earn extra cash. Promotion / Marketing: Spend money to have X-Fans promote your content and gain subscribers. Payouts: Receive a payout each day (at night) based on your subscriber count. Fame: Higher fame boosts subscriber gains and helps with partner cooperation—but also makes maintaining your audience harder. Demographics: Different content grows different subscriber pools, and your requests are weighted by who currently follows you. Audience Fatigue: Repeating the same type of content too often can cost you subscribers from demographics that dislike it. Collabs: Creator collabs can be excellent for passive subscriber growth even without upfront pay. [XCL] [0.23] Custom U Machine
I was originally working on a mod that added a bunch of new pill variants, but halfway through I realised it would be way more fun (and much more flexible) to just let players create any pill they want instead.
Introducing the Custom-U Machine
The Custom-U Machine lets you build your own custom transformation pill by choosing:
A base pill (Basic, Breeder, Bimbo, X-Tend, Resistance, and more)
A DNA type (pick exactly who you want the pill to transform you into)
Any side effects you want (temporary, permanent, and risky)
A duration of your choice (from 24 hours all the way to permanent)
This lets you create basically any type of pill imaginable, and enables some really fun challenge runs — like combining a Breeder base with side effects such as getting creampied lowering your intelligence or shrinking your dick size.
Random Pill Options (the machine chooses for you)
Not sure what you want? The Custom-U Machine can also generate a pill for you with random choices — for players who want chaos, surprises, or a gamble.
These options choose a random base pill, random duration, and random side effects… and now also a random DNA.
$100 Random Pill
Weighted more toward “extreme” bases (Breeder, X-Tend, Resistance) — but you can still roll anything
12 side effects, weighted more toward Permanent and Risky
Duration weighted heavily toward shorter durations, max 2 weeks
$500 Random Pill
More equal weighting, but still slightly favours extreme bases
8 side effects, weighted more evenly (still slightly towards Permanent/Risky)
Duration weighted toward mid-range durations, max 1 month
$1000 Random Pill
Equal weighting across all pill bases
4 side effects, weighted equally across all categories
Duration weighted equally from 2 weeks to 2 months
No permanent duration
Important twist: While the DNA, duration, and pill base are hidden, you do get to see the side effects you roll.
You can skip effects you don’t want, but every skip adds +1 to the total number of side effects you must take.
So you can “filter” your pill… but the machine makes you pay for being picky.
Signature Mixes (Preset Pills)
If you want something curated without fully building from scratch, the Custom-U Machine also includes 5 preset Signature Mixes — hand-picked combos with fun themes and spicy interactions:

Show-Off Star
Bimbo Snowball
Milk Maid
Breeder Feedback Loop
These are designed to be interesting, themed, and chaotic in the best way, whether you want a quick pick or a starting point for a run.
Build Codes (Export / Share Your Pills)
I thought it might be helpful if people create pill combos they like and want to use every time — or share the one they’ve made — so Custom-U now prints a receipt after creating a custom pill, including a Build Code you can copy and reuse later.
They look like this:
CUM1|Basic|12|mia|bimbo temp,people pleaser temp,milky,maid,Creampies decrease dick,Orgasms decrease dick
CUM1 = Custom-U Machine format version 1
(so I can expand this later, like allowing signature-packs/modlets people can share)
The format is:
Pill Base | Duration | DNA | Side Effects
DNA is only set if you choose a custom DNA
If you keep your current DNA, it will say self instead
You can also edit the DNA part of the code if you want to keep the combo but not change DNA
Testing / Bug Notes
I’ve tested a bunch of combinations, but this mod is huge in terms of possible outcomes. For context, there are 481,036,337,096 different pill combinations possible.
Because of that, it’s impossible for me to manually test every single base pill + side effect + duration combo. If you run into issues with specific combinations, please let me know. In some cases it might be something I can fix in others, it may be that the combo needs to be restricted to avoid breaking game logic.
Mod Compatibility
This mod should be compatible with any character or pill mods, and any mods that add in additional side effects. That said I haven't tested them all so if you any issues with a mod let me know and I'll see what I can do.

[XCL 0.23+] Quick Time Cheats Reworked

This is an update for the original Quick Time Cheats mod by raivoasdf to get it to work with 0.23 (and hopefully future versions). The mod adds buttons to increase and decrease player pleasure, wit, stamina, willpower, NPC pleasure, NPC satisfaction, NPC horniness, refill AP, and adds a button to solve the SECRET-ary Wordle. To trigger it, open the cheat menu under mod settings (to enable cheats, you need to go to settings and drag the second half of the word "options" on the top left downwards), scroll to the bottom, and then toggle quicktime cheats at the bottom.

Real Gym Girls

What it is: This mod basically swaps out most of the NPC assets that were AI generated with ones made in Prequal based on IRL porn models/performers. I much prefer the look of the character assets based on real performers in the rest of the game and feel like they'd fit better in a world populated by those in a similar style. To be clear, I don't think the AI-generated assets look "bad" by any means. My brain has just been programmed to flag AI art as soon as I see it, and so this and the difference in style make them stick out to me in-game in a distracting way. Mostly a preference thing.

TL;DR: Just a super simple mod that A) Replaces most of the female gym NPC's assets with new ones and B) replaces the in-game text descriptions of them with altered ones to fit the new images. All asset files have been optimized for the easiest download possible.

Important: This mod has now only been tested on XCL [0.23.].

How To Use: Just drop "real gym girls" in your mods folder and run the mod loader and you should be golden.

Disclaimer: I own literally none of the visual and audio media used in this mod, all assets were found on very public websites, and I don't have any intentions of profiting off their (re)use.

xcl Immersive Outfit Videos 1.0

I have always wanted a little more build-up when it comes to sex scenes in X-Change Life. I love what we have when it comes to foreplay, but I was thinking that there is surely media out there that can add a little more... and perhaps something outfit related, since that is something I'm keen on.

The basic idea of this mod is that it adds videos that play when you invite guys over to the house to have sex. How it works is that you choose outfits to wear when they come over before you greet them, and for a few outfits, you will get a special video that plays.

The videos can play on the screen where you choose an outfit, or they can play when you bring a guy to your bedroom, this depends on the outfit (a very tiny number play for both). See the screenshots for examples. The videos can be watched entirely (they run from 30 seconds to 4 minutes) or you can just press any button to move on as you normally would and ignore them entirely.

You will have to find the outfits that have this special ability on your own... or you can look below for spoilers that tell you. I have partly used images in the game (a few bathroom videos and putting on jeans), but mostly added my own. I have also added over a dozen new outfits to the game to match the videos (see Screenshots for all the new outfits).

I don't have any plans to expand this at the moment, but I can easily imagine doing so since there is a ton of media that could work. I mostly wanted this initial version to make a few outfits feel special (between two and five for each XCL girl) and to see how many people like this kind of thing. Enjoy!

Installation:
Download the "Immersive Outfit Videos 1.0.zip" file and place it inside the X-Change game folder. Add it with Mod-loader and then click load mod.

[xcl] Various mini mods I have created

I have created a number of little mods that I have decided to make available for others to use.

all collector cards - start a game with all cards already in your inventory
bar girl selector - allows you to remove or re-add bar girls you have installed
female body stats - add character id and a couple of other stats to the character creation display
infinite clothes changes - allows you to use your handbag as much as you want during a day
MirrorMirror revised - gives you a bit more detail when examining yourself - mostly side effects and drugs taken (for modded games)
Work Stats revised - displays a bit more data on work stats than is currently available

bar girls pill status - allows you to mass change a bar girls pill status

New-U shows id - shows character id when selecting a New-U body

(Game start cheat) advanced start - Start with more money. Start with potion shop essence. Start with protective serum.

I have made an attempt to patch various bar girl twee files. This does NOT correct all errors to be found in these bar girls.
I have provided the twee files for the bar girls that needed patching. The mod corrects a few problems here and there, such as bad possible names wrong quotes in some places removing obsolete meta requirements and base game version restrictions comments out the girl cum [around] passages. Those are all replaced using the WW Bulk Bar Girls Handling for which I have provided a replacement passage in the zz bulk.twee file. I have a tendency to rename mods to all be in the same area, so you may need to look for the right XCL/ZIP file. You should be able to directly replace the files in the zipped directories.
It is your responsibility to put these twee files into the correct bar girls package. If you don't know how to do that, DON'T get this file.

outfit image shuffler - helper mod for character outfit creators. Permits multiple outfit views for a single outfit.
This is a mod that lets you use multiple images for an outfit. The images will sort of shuffle at random. To create an alternate image, take the existing image and add additional text to the name at the end of the name and before the extension. Example:
\img\characters\outfits\jia\lingerie\BlackLace.jpg to
\img\characters\outfits\jia\lingerie\BlackLace Wall.jpg
To tell the game to use this, add to the outfit's tags: "tags": ["alt Wall"]
You can have as many extra outfits as you want to take the trouble to make.

This is the very first Purple playable character, Emma Rose! If you don't know, a purple girl is a girl with a dick, a tgirl, a trans woman, whatever you want to call it. So be warned.

This mod contains 55 positions, 75 outfits, 21 hairstyles and hopefully some unique content to the game!

REQUIREMENTS: This mod requires the PURPLED mod! It won't run unless you have that installed. Link to that mod here!

HOW TO BE PURPLE: You CANNOT start the game as Emma. You must visit a new store at the Mall to find the purple pills!

As is tradition(if you know, you know), the LARGEST thanks to Chloe for basically everything. Seriously, she should probably have an author credit at this point. She made the mod tools, helped with some of the media, gave me ideas and took on the PURPLED mod(which this is dependent). She's amazing and you should check out her stuff.

The Artist: Uncapped (More Makeup Femininity)

When you are playing the game and start using makeup you are quickly given a choice in a dream between thinking of makeup as a kind of armor and thinking of makeup as an artistry. If you choose "The Artist" it gives you a boost to XP but keeps draining masculinity. However, in the base game it caps you so that doing makeup cannot make you go below 50 masculinity.

This mod removes that cap so that Masculinity continues to drain (or Femininity increases) even down to 0 if you choose The Artist. Enjoy!

Installation:
Download the "theartistuncapped.twee" file and place it inside the X-Change game folder. Add it with Mod-loader and then click load mod.

Something meant to be dull and unremarkable, I made this to be the male palette slot on a high femininity run. My goal was to make the inverse to Carnal so when your pill wears off you feel the color snap instantly. The palette being so boring that it acts as an incentive to take another pill just to get that hit of color again.

After much toil I present, this one. Tried to capture a sense of immersion, the intoxicating colors draw the eye further mimicking the own MC's fall in debauchery. The whole point was to make a theme that leans into heat and weight. Something that might please the eye for a time, I might say.

Suburbia - A Color Palette

I find the palettes in the base game functional but lacking, and was disappointed with the lack of a casual but defined option when playing as a guy.

after some trial and error got to here, where I liked it well enough, might change somethings around if I still don't like it for now its alright.
If you like it cool, if you don't that's also cool but what don't you like about it? I'm interested in making more of these, there seems to be a lack of custom palettes and would be open to suggestions.

I included all the old versions in case anyone wanted them though I would only recommend v4

So idk how to remove the palettes from the ui swash, per say. Although, while in the menu for changing the ui, right click to inspect, go to storage in the top menu, then delete cache and shit not sure which one does it so yeah, make sure you export your save file before doing this however as saves are deleted. Then extra palettes should be gone

Alex the Bar Girl 2.0 includes updates such as:

Dialogue lines saying hello and telling you her name Pregnancy image if she calls you up (probably... I didn't play long enough to confirm) Modernized code under the hood (the vid and audio of the original is the same)

Installation:
Download the "Bar Girl - Alex.zip" file and place it inside the X-Change game folder. Add it with Mod-loader and then click load mod.

Hello! Here with my first Bar Girl mod! This mod adds Gia Paige to the local bar where you can meet her. It has all the basics for a bar girl and all the excitement that she can bring to any guys life. Its compatible with either a White and Black MC!

Installation

1. Download the "Bar Girl - Gia.zip" file and use the mod loader inside your XCL folder.
2. Once you launch the mod loader, press "Add mods" and select the "Bar Girl - Gia.zip" and hit enter.
3. Then press "load mods" and wait until it is done loading then you can launch the game through the modded folder!

[XCL] [0.23.6] Bar Girl - Tiger Lilly

Tattooed, alt goddess Tiger Lilly has arrived at the bar!

The mod features content for both White and Black PCs.

This is my first bar girl which is an update to BadRabbit's original version. All credit to them for the work they did on the original, the bar girl framework and sourcing the original assets.

Its more or less fully complete, apart from a few ones I couldn't find such as the pull out clips which the only one I could find for white characters is a VR video and I couldn't find any for black characters.

Thanks to Chloe for the help and the mod creation tool as well as to Shadowspawn for trusting me to help with updating her!

All assets were obtained on free, public websites. I own none of the visual or audio assets used in this mod. Assets belong solely to their respective copyright holders. I do not, in any way, profit from the creation of this mod. If you want this taken down please message me.

[XCL] [0.23] Kelsi - Playable Character + (Blacked)

Hello! I'm back again with another mod and this is a special one! Its my first Playable Character mod! This mod is based off of actress Kelsi Monroe. It includes 156 Outfits, 122 Active/Passive positions, (combined with vanilla and blacked) and 50 transactionals! (combined with vanilla and blacked) If there is a bug or error that you come across, make sure to notify me under the thread for this mod in the discord!
