[XCL] [0.22] Emma Rose - Playable Character Mod

Hello everyone!

This is the very first Purple playable character, Emma Rose! If you don't know, a purple girl is a girl with a dick, a tgirl, a trans woman, whatever you want to call it. So be warned.

This mod contains 55 positions, 75 outfits, 21 hairstyles and hopefully some unique content to the game!

REQUIREMENTS: This mod requires the PURPLED mod! It won't run unless you have that installed. Link to that mod here!

HOW TO BE PURPLE: You CANNOT start the game as Emma. You must visit a new store at the Mall to find the purple pills!

As is tradition(if you know, you know), the LARGEST thanks to Chloe for basically everything. Seriously, she should probably have an author credit at this point. She made the mod tools, helped with some of the media, gave me ideas and took on the PURPLED mod(which this is dependent). She's amazing and you should check out her stuff.

The Artist: Uncapped (More Makeup Femininity)

When you are playing the game and start using makeup you are quickly given a choice in a dream between thinking of makeup as a kind of armor and thinking of makeup as an artistry. If you choose "The Artist" it gives you a boost to XP but keeps draining masculinity. However, in the base game it caps you so that doing makeup cannot make you go below 50 masculinity.

This mod removes that cap so that Masculinity continues to drain (or Femininity increases) even down to 0 if you choose The Artist. Enjoy!

Installation:
Download the "theartistuncapped.twee" file and place it inside the X-Change game folder. Add it with Mod-loader and then click load mod.

My goal was to make the inverse to Carnal so when your pill wears off you feel the color snap instantly. The palette being so boring that it acts as an incentive to take another pill just to get that hit of color again.

Suburbia - A Color Palette

I find the palettes in the base game functional but lacking, and was disappointed with the lack of a casual but defined option when playing as a guy.

after some trial and error got to here, where I liked it well enough, might change somethings around if I still don't like it for now its alright.
If you like it cool, if you don't that's also cool but what don't you like about it? I'm interested in making more of these, there seems to be a lack of custom palettes and would be open to suggestions.

I included all the old versions in case anyone wanted them though I would only recommend v4

So idk how to remove the palettes from the ui swash, per say. Although, while in the menu for changing the ui, right click to inspect, go to storage in the top menu, then delete cache and shit not sure which one does it so yeah, make sure you export your save file before doing this however as saves are deleted. Then extra palettes should be gone

The mod features content for both White and Black PCs.

This is my first bar girl which is an update to BadRabbit's original version. All credit to them for the work they did on the original, the bar girl framework and sourcing the original assets.

Its more or less fully complete, apart from a few ones I couldn't find such as the pull out clips which the only one I could find for white characters is a VR video and I couldn't find any for black characters.

Thanks to Chloe for the help and the mod creation tool as well as to Shadowspawn for trusting me to help with updating her!

Little Blonde Legacy Portraits

The first custom playable character in XCL was Little Blonde in the Big City, based off actress Kenzie Reeves.
She's obviously a favorite in the community, and her character has been updated and weathered the test of time, most recently being updated by Chloeana with a excellent blacked addon.
However, call me nostalgia blind and call my glasses rose tinted, I can't help but feel something was lost with the updated portraits and media over the years.
I get that Kenzie Reeves is really slutty in her videos, but there was something a bit more innocent and likeable imo with earlier versions of the mod that got replaced.
Sorrow originally had a set of alternate images that kept those original portraits and images intact, but Sorrow eventually stopped supporting it, and Chloe never acknowledged them at all.
I want to fix that.
This pack can easily be loaded in the mod loader just like any other mod.  It replaces Little Blonde's base portraits, both male and female, along with a ton of other images that better reflect the OG version of the mod.
I also replaced the masturbation video with the version from the OG mod (not a fan of squirting) and included a bunch of alternate cum videos which for some reason were included in early versions of the mod, but disappeared from later versions.
I don't think these will load properly with Chloe's version of the mod so you might have to rename them, but still, they're there for those who want them.
Someday I'd also like to remove some of the grosser sex positions as well (the rimjobs and maybe some of the feet stuff) but I'm dumb and can't program.  For right now this will suffice.

[XCL] [0.23] Lauren - Playable Character Mod + BLACKED Update

What it is: This adds a new, busty redhead playable character to XCL based on Lauren Phillips. This mod is similar in scope to Blue_Sparkle's Kayley (an AMAZING mod that I based Lauren off of 💗). This mod adds 125 outfits, 14 hairstyles, 89 active/passive positions, and a few more transactional positions than the base characters. Like Kayley, most of these clips/scenes are quite a bit longer than the base characters'.

Requirements: This mod requires the most recent version of XCL (0.23). That's it!

Installation: Add the zip file (don't extract) to your mods folder, run the mod loader, click add mod, and select the zip.

Disclaimer: This mod is not for profit, and all video and audio media used in the creation of this mod belong to their creators. All of this content can be found legally and publicly on the internet.

BLACKED UPDATE 1.1.0: Lauren is now compatible with Chloe's incredible BLACKED mod! This update requires at least 0.4.24 of BLACKED. This is an optional update, and as such is not required for Lauren to work on her own. This update includes 50 new positions and 42 new transactional clips for black male NPCs. It also includes an exclusive gym outfit 👀
To install, you need both zip files.
Huge thanks to Chloe for her help on this update, I can't stress enough that this never would have happened without her! 💗

If you encounter any bugs, please let me know on Lauren's thread on the XCL discord. I have not tested this as thoroughly as I would hope for, so be warned! This is a complete rewrite of the old translation mod. Instead of just a userscript, it’s now a standalone Windows application that:

📦 Installation
1. Install the launcher

Download the installer from GitHub and run it. Follow the installation wizard (choose destination folder, create shortcuts). Launch the app from your desktop shortcut.
2. Install the client script

Install a userscript manager like Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey in your browser. Download the attached xcl-client.user.js file – Tampermonkey will offer to install it. Click “Install”.
3. Start translating

Keep the launcher running (you can minimise it to tray). Open X‑Change Life in your browser – the script will connect to the launcher and translate automatically.

🎮 How to use

Change language: In the “Translate” tab select your target language and click “Apply”. The game will update within seconds. Add custom terms: In the “Dictionaries” tab enter an English term and its translations for any supported language, then click “Add”. Launch the game: In the “Game” tab browse for your local game file (HTML or EXE) and click “Launch”. Explore: Use the “Mods”, “Wiki”, “Changelog” and “Logs” tabs for more features.

❗ Important notes

The old OCR image translation and local LibreTranslate engine are temporarily removed in this version. They may return in future updates. An internet connection is required for Google Translate. The launcher must be running while you play.

📦 Установка
1. Установите лаунчер

Playing a reluctant male character and just finding it too damn hard to break character and take a pill?

Once or twice a week, your stepdad/stepsis will have some plans at the house, and force you to have a night on the town!
Of course, we all know how most nights of drinking & partying end up at the Broken Drum, namely with you getting spiked at having to deal with the consequences. You'll have to find a way to pass the time until you can come back home

Way back in the day Flip_ uploaded his awesome Harder exits mod. However, the waves of time have not been kind to his version of the mod, inparticular the overhauled planning UI, and Flip never updated it.
Some other guy, who apparently went by zzz updated Flip's mod to be compatible with the new UI & called it Even Harder Exits. However, zzz disappeared and his mod disappeared with him.
Enter me. I've been content to keep using zzz's old version of the mod, however the other day my entire XCL folder and mods got deleted. I thought I had lost this mod forever, though thankfully I had a backup of it on another computer. To make sure this mod isn't lost again, and so that new generations of XCL players can experience it I'm uploading it here. For me this is my defacto way to play XCL, using this mod as my main onramp for masculine characters. I hope others out there can experience it again too!

Please understand, despite this being a relatively recent mod, it also hasn't been updated in over a year. For my purposes it works fine, though there may be occasional errors or issues. I don't know a thing about coding, so I'm not really the one to fix these problems, but if someone else wants to take up the torch and really bring Even Harder Exits into the modern age, I would be forever thankful.

[XCL] [0.23.5] Score Multiplier Adjusted

This adds 0.5 to the score multiplier assigned at the start of a new game (not tested with existing saves). This makes the max for a loser at all 1 stats a bit more worth the effort but maintaining a decent enough score multiplier if you want to start as a maxed out playboy or jock. The scoring system is the same but just has +0.5 added to the equation.

Caprice Outfit Booster

This mod may not be to everyone's taste. I added 53 new outfits (I plan to add more!) for Caprice. Instead of finding or creating different photos of Caprice wearing the outfits, I downloaded photos of just the outfits themselves from Shein. The photos have no faces, just the outfits so really this mod could be adopted for any PC by changing the character name in the code. At least I think that's how it would work. The images are all way more modest than are normally found in the game. My goal here was to create a more immersive experience by featuring outfits I would wear in my everyday life. My focus was on realism. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy using it in your games!

[XCL] [0.23.6] Bar Girl - Val Steele

This release features the same purple-haired goth baddie from the Player Character, but in Bar Girl form!

Native audio integration
Uses the game’s new native audio system to pull sound directly from video clips. No more mismatched or desynced audio.
Multiple media resolutions
Available in 720p or standard 540p, depending on your preference.
Focused media with variants
Includes content on both Black and White sides.
Variant support is mostly functional in 0.23.6. Images may still show defaults in some scenarios, but the Git version is fully working - so the next release should fix any weirdness.
Separate media for each variant
Media clips are divided across two separate interactions, so repeat encounters can surface different content instead of looping the same clips.
Installation
Open the mod loader and click Add Mods
Add both of the following files
Bar Girl - Val Steele.xcl
ONE media file:
720p version or
Standard (540p) version
Do not unzip any files
