  1. [XCL] More Femininity Triggers

    Warning: this is very experimental and may be broken all kinds of ways. Use at your own risk (and if you do use it, let me know if there's anything in it that is broken in the X-Change discord)!
     
    This mod adds a large number of additional triggers to the game to lose masculinity and gain femininity.  Almost all of these triggers are "thought" based, but some happen if you say or do a certain thing. The general idea is that when it comes to taking x-change and staying masculine, your mind will slowly and unstoppably betray you (most of this mod is about things that aren't related to sex).
     
     
    I can see people using this who (a) like a faster track for losing masculinity in their playthroughs, (b) want to play a reluctant male and make it even harder to stay masculine, and (c) enjoy the concept of taking a lot of things in the game that are currently flavor text and giving them some pizzazz, and most importantly (d) players who wish for masculinity loss to more easily drop to very low numbers.
     
    Installation:
    Download the More Femininity Triggers with flavor text.twee file and place it inside the X-Change game folder. Add it with Mod-Loader and then click load mod.

  2. TTJ GetFuckedHarder [XCL]

    He Takes Over Counts As Passive Sex And Orgasming To It Causes Stamina Drain For Bedroom Sex.
     
    If you fail to maintain initiative in bedroom sex and "he takes over" (which switches to the old "get fucked" doggy code you see in the game's basic sex encounters) AND you orgasm to that, it will count as a passive sex orgasm and drain your stamina just like orgasming to a "chosen" (I know, there's only one and if you have no stamina it's your only option) passive sex position.
     
    That the pc didn't lose stamina to orgasms in this situation felt like an oversight and a cheat, and I was using it as a tactic to maintain precious stamina points by intentionally failing an action when the pc was close to orgasm.
     
    I excluded pre-insertion orgasms (from cunnilingus) because that felt unfair, but I may update this with an option to include them. Ping me in the Discord if you'd like to see that.

  4. TTJ "no bj" Bruce Resistance Deal Reinstatement [XCL]

    All this does is reinstate the "no bj" deal and disable the subtraction of bj / non-pussy related active moves from sex combat, which as I recall caused most of the problems. It's such a tiny change I'm almost embarrassed to post it, but I wanted to see the rule reinstated. The showstopper was the code breaking down due to a lack of active moves that didn't violate the rules in transactional sex (the bj / non-pussy moves were removed due to the rule). While the implementation of that rule looks sound in theory (although problematic in practice for new characters with low stats, low skills, and few moves), I disagree with it philosophically - the deal is bjs are against the rules and cost you money, not bjs are forbidden by the gods/code. The player may decide the penalty for violating the deal is worth the $$$ cost to avoid potential penalties (longer time, debuffs) from orgasming on the Resistance pill.
     
    This mod does subtract bj / non-pussy related passive moves from sex combat, since in theory those are "his" moves and he is violating the rule by offering that option, especially since it may be your only option if you are out of stamina.
     
    Latest version fixes non-display of bruce bj / non-pussy teasing during active positions.
     
    Please give me feedback, especially if you find any bugs - you can do so here or (preferably) on the Discord. Feel free to ping me. The mod should reenable the "no bj" rule for Bruce's Resistance Pill Deal, prevent any bj / non-pussy passive positions, allow all active positions, and display bruce bj / non-pussy scolds if you choose those for active positions.

  6. TTJ SkillRollBedroomSexFix [XCL]

    I noticed an exploit in bedroom sex while testing my "no bj" Bruce Resistance Deal mod - during the transactional sex (after insertion), if you choose a position that gives the character zero pleasure and fail, Bruce (or whoever) will take over but you will gain no pleasure on a skill roll. What's happening is one passage (:: sex transactional pre result) is redirecting to another ("sex transactional pre result bedroom") when it shouldn't be. This also causes the video from the position you chose to be interspersed with the doggy from the take over. Because of this redirect the take over sex inherits the $sex_position that you chose immediately prior and uses it to determine how much pleasure the character gains.
     
    This mod replaces that passage and removes the redirect. Now if your partner takes over, you will "get fucked" for a while, just like you do in the simpler sex scenes from npc approaches (bar, mall, beach, gym, work). I believe this is how it was intended to work.
     
    This will be submitted as a bugfix to the base game.
     
    I would like to thank Apologetic for figuring out that the redirect was the source of the issue and patiently waiting for me to pick up on that.

  7. [XCL] Jia Only Video Replacer

    This mod replaces the current Jia videos that show actresses other than Jia Lissa in the game. It does not add new unique videos, but instead duplicates the ones that are already in the game to take the place of the non-Jia vids.
     
    If you prefer variety of vids (especially cumshots or doggy style sex) and do not mind seeing other redheaded actresses, then you probably aren't the audience for this mod. If you care less about variety than you do making sure you only see Jia vids when playing as her, then you may prefer playing using this mod.
     
    Installation:
    Download the Jia Vids Only.zip file and place it inside the X-Change game folder. Add it with Mod-Loader and then click load mod.

  8. More Restrictive Anti Cheat [XCL] [0.19]

    Do you often find yourself getting tempted by the dev console, and using it as a way to give yourself more money? Have impulse control issues?
    Do you know all the Harlowe tricks to get around the game's existing anti cheat?
     
    This mod extends the existing anti-cheat features and adds a toggle to the Cheats menu for enabling debugging in the first place. When using the mod, the debug menu (accessible with the tilde) no longer does anything -- a message will be shown that debugging isn't enabled. Instead, the cheats menu has a toggle at the bottom to enable/disable the debug console. Just enabling the debug console doesn't automatically count as a cheat, but using it for nefarious purposes counts! These include:
    - Changing a variable with either the "set" or "put" command
    - Taking a peek at variables with sensitive info, such as $correct_word or $pill_taken
    - Attempting to set $cheated to "no" after cheating
     
    Yeah, this isn't a super fun mod -- I don't expect it to get many downloads. But it helped improve my enjoyment of the game, and I prefer to share anything that I made in case others like it too.

    What it is: I only use skill rolls when I play, and I found getting enough points to do anything to be incredibly difficult, A week, sometimes, to get the 200 points for demos to be ignored, and I was never able to upgrade a High Value Qualified Lead, or Opportunity.
     
    This mod changes the points values for Auto Work, as a Secretary, to be in line, mostly, with Wordle values. Slightly less than Wordle, but close enough. No longer will demos take a week, or HV leads be totally out of reach to upgrade.
     
    Does not modify the Wordle experience at all.

    Disclaimer: As with all of my mods, I want to make it clear that I know very little about coding for Harlowe or Twine, so this is just another poorly made mod which may not function as intended and will probably break your code. Use with discretion (or, if you’re a modder, feel free to poke around in the code and make a better version).
     
    Bring Her Back
    The idea behind the concept is simple: When you’ve spent time at work as a woman, there’s a chance your coworkers will get upset when you switch back, leading to increased work pill spike changes.
     
    There are a few factors that play into this: The number of days you show up to work as a woman builds “pressure,” and the chances of increased spiking is determined by the amount of pressure and the number of days it’s been since they last saw your female alter-ego.
     
    Working at DynaPill as a man will eventually become the norm again, and it’s entirely possible to switch back and forth without triggering BHB at all. Coworkers should make remarks when things are in motion, and will stop once the pressure has died down.
     
    Compatibility
    There is a conflict with BR Pill Mod in the "location event" passage due to a base game bug that BR fixes. The mods will work fine together, provided Bring Her Back is loaded after BR Pills. This has been specified in the metadata, and should hopefully be handled by the mod loader, but, just in case, I've changed the name of the file to make it show up beneath BR's mod alphabetically.
     
    Update: As of version 007, the compatibility info has been removed from the meta data. It seems that version 1.1.3 of the mod loader was accidentally making BR's mod a requirement. It is not needed for this mod to work (both BR Pills and BHB address a bug in the base game that was preventing workplace pill spikes),

  11. [XCL] Forced Bar Visits

    If you've been hanging around as a woman at home, but never leaving the house at night, Alexia will force you to start visiting the bar.   Author: usagitriplesix   Should work with X-Change Life version 0.19   Important Disclaimer: I have zero familiarity with Twine or Harlowe, and this mod was made mostly by taking guesses and assuming lack of errors mean success. This is mostly untested and not ideal for serious play-throughs Use at your own risk!   The short version: If your character has been female for at least 2 non-consecutive weeks, yet hasn’t been spending much time at the bar, Alexia will start insisting that they “get out of the house more,” and will force them to spend time at the bar as a female.   The intent: I made this as a helpful on-ramp for reluctant play-throughs (in combination with mods like bar-drugging). Some of the non-con mods and the official office-spiking might forced your character to be female, but nothing so far has forced them to be hit on men for long periods of time. I was hoping to address that (mostly for personal use).   If your character hasn’t been “slutting it up,” or visiting the bar often, Alexia will force them to go there on Friday and/or Saturday nights, sticking around for a while to ensure that they don’t leave. This will be done in batches of 3 visits, after which she will allow the player some time to try doing it on their own. If too many weekend are “wasted,” she’ll do another cycle of 3 visits, ultimately stopping once the player has visited enough times.   Note that there are a lot of bugs in this mod that I was unable to resolve on my own, so suggestions on how to fix the code are welcome. Also, I don’t plan on expanding much past the original intent—to give my character an excuse to visit the bar while still in a “reluctant” state—so anyone who would like to take the idea and expand on it is welcome, too.    Have fun!   (And, yes, I'm aware of the typo in the screenshot...it should be fixed in the mod; I was just too lazy to take another screenshot.)

  12. TTJ BasePregChanceFixes [XCL]

    Have you ever been on a Kannagi, Empress, or Denial pill while simultaneously using MooMe-Rx for some reason? No? Just me? Whatever - I was testing Pharm Inc drugs and happened to be on a Kannagi and noticed that my pregnancy chance was getting crazy - it went well over 200%. There is theoretically no limit to how high it could go. What's happening is a weird interaction of missing code in BR Pills, a missed else in the base game, and a Pharm Inc pregnancy boost (plus Pharm Inc could be using a more appropriate passage tag to implement that boost).
     
    Here's how it works: $base_preg_chance is set and modified in "calculate pregnancy chance" which runs (at a minimum) when you take a pill or it expires or a new day dawns. It does a bunch of if/else-ifs (with no final else!) to assign an initial value to $base_preg_chance based on the pill taken, then has this:
    ($passage_tags:"preg_chance")
    which allows mod writers to hook in their own passages tagged [preg_chance] to set initial values to the pills they create. So, if you have a pill that doesn't do that, the initial value is never set (because of the missing final else).
     
    BR Pill Mod has [preg_chance] tagged passages for Continue and Resistance Plus, but is missing them for Kannagi, Empress, and Denial. When you take one of the latter set, you will inherit whatever previous $base_preg_chance you had instead of resetting it.
     
    Then some Pharm Inc drugs have an effect on $base_preg_chance, also using the [preg_chance] tag. However, instead of setting an initial value, they add to it. But if the initial value is never set, the value can just go up and up, getting an additional 50 for MooMe-Rx, 100 for MooMe-OD, and 10 for Stallion each time "calculate pregnancy chance" runs. So if you are on a Kannagi and MooMe-Rx for a few days your pregnancy chance will get ridiculously high. One other issue - because it's using the [preg_chance] tag, there is no way to control whether these additions run before or after any BR Pill Mod initial value setting, so if you are on Continue and MooMe-Rx you might get the bonus one day but not the next. I think "pregnancy chance Pharm" should be modified to use the [fertility_perc] tag instead because it also runs in "calculate pregnancy chance" but after the [preg_chance] tags have run.
     
    Anyway, this mod solves these issues by adding defaults to the base game "calculate pregnancy chance"; supplying the missing [preg_chance] passages for Kannagi, Empress, and Denial in BR Pill Mod; and changing Pharm Inc's "pregnancy chance Pharm" to use the [fertility_perc] tag.
     
    The screenshots show a day after taking an Empress pill and a MooMo-Rx at night, running "calculate pregnancy chance" a few times, and the resulting percentage pregnancy chance in the morning (which isn't the $base_preg_chance but depends on it) - first one unfixed, second one with this mod.

  13. Joes Drug Debuff Fixes for Pharm Inc [fixed], SpikeFun [fixed], & HGH Pills (NoBaby-Rx, Futility, & MagnumMax respectively) [XCL]

    If you were wondering why your character was no longer actually weak & confused from Futility despite the flavor text, it's this. Here's the issue: drug debuffs in general were editing temporary variables called "effective [charm|intellect|fitness]" which the game recalculates all the time, in particular when statuses change. So, these mini-mod-mods fix the passages that are doing this so that drug debuffs can persist and stack correctly. There's also a little mod to add MagnumMax to the store if you want to try or test it out. Please read the warnings. I'm also including some drug utilities that I used in my testing, as well as one to reset the cheating flag if you weren't cheating but were testing something or trying to fix something from the console like I was. You have to pinky swear that you weren't cheating.
     
    In the screenshots, NoBaby-Rx gives you from the grumps, Futility gives you because so confuse & you're worthless and weak, and MagnumMax gives you crotch itch.
     
    Anyway, I'm hoping the owners of the various mods incorporate these fixes but until they do I'll offer them here.
     
    ---UPDATE - Pharm Inc 1.5.2 and SpikeFun 0.7.7 have been fixed by their owners! You do not need the TTJ [Pharm|SpikeFun]DrugDebuffFix files if you have those versions!---
     
    The fix files correspond to the mods - TTJ HGHDrugDebuffFix -> HGH Side Effect, TTJ PharmDrugDebuffFix -> Pharm Inc-1.5, TTJ SpikeFunDrugDebuffFix -> XCL Spike Fun. Those are all you need. MagnumMax For Sale puts MagnumMax (from HGH Side Effect) in the X-Change shop - the only other way to get it is as a rare spike from one of the other spike mods (bardrug I think). NotCheatingISwear and TTJ DrugUtilities only do things from the console - if you aren't doing testing or development, you don't need those two.

    This mod adds a selection of pills to the pharmacist's inventory and a pill research stand at the mall.
     
    At the moment the pills added are: Breeder Monthly, Continue, Empress, Denial, Resistance Plus and Temp Breeder. I have changed the name of Resistance to Resistance Plus to try to avoid conflicts.
     
    The research stand has an experimental pill called the Kannagi.
     
    This mod incorporates the machine breakdown mod, the temp breeder pill mod and the Kannagi pill mod.
     
    It adds an option for the new-U machine to malfunction or not. If you do not want the machine to malfunction you can choose reliable in the mod options.
     
    It adds options in relation to workplace spiking. You can vary the pills used and/or vary the frequency of the spiking. Spiking at the bar is not variable.
     
    It also adds two modding options: 
    1) the variable $perm. This is at 0 by default. If set to 1 then the pill will not expire and will be permanent (converting into a Plus pill).
    2) the variable $scenes. This is at 0 by default. If set to 1 then "special" scenes - the gym ones and the beach story ones - will be skipped.. When the pill expires the variable will be set back to 0.
     
    Stuff to do with unknown pills is now mainly handled in the base game.

    There is an ingame description of the Pills at the pharmacist. They are:
    Continue:
    Lasts 72 hours. Duration extends with every orgasm had. WARNING: Lengthy extensions may result in permanence.
    Empress:
    For the larger gentleman. Everything about the pill is designed to make the experience enjoyable for both partners –
    the vaginal canal has greater depth and flexibility than normal with a focus on nerve endings deeper into the canal.
    The structure of the clitoral nerves is significantly changed to increase the pleasure experienced from intercourse.
    Denial:
    For those that are worried that X Change is just too good. This pill will prevent the taker from orgasming for its duration.
    Temp Breeder:
    An experimental new pill that mimics the properties of a Breeder pill without the risks. Lasts 24 hours, after which the pill effects and any associated pregnancy ends.
    Resistance Plus
    WARNING: Any orgasms may result in permanence.
    Breeder Monthly:
    These are more expensive and dosages typically last 30 days. Pill greatly increases fertility.
    It's not 100% chance, but you'll probably end up pregnant. You won't be able to orgasm on this pill, unless you get creampied.

    Cold-Calling Interruptions
    This is a quick-and-dirty mod with the main intention of preventing the player from being able to block coworker interactions by selecting cold-calling.
     
    Find yourself on a Breeder pill for some reason, and you're stuck at 10 arousal at work? Don't want to be hit on by one of your coworkers, since there's a high chance you might do something stupid? Just select "cold-calling" and end your work day with no problems!
     
    ...well, that's what you could do if you don't have this mod installed.
     
    Cold-Calling Interruptions simply makes cold-calling an hour-long activity, at which point you'll be returned to your work typical options. Coworkers can interact with you just as they normally would between sales, and you can always chose to continue cold-calling for another hour, or go change your mind and pursue a lead.
     
     
    Downsides:
    While not the most elegant solution to the problem, it was the easiest one I could implement. The biggest down-side is that cold-calling no longer functions as the "auto-end workday" it was intended to be. You can still finish your day through cold-calling, but depending on the number of hours you have left, you'll need to select the option a few times to get through them.
     
    I've tried this in my own game and mostly enjoyed the change. Perhaps a more intrepid modder will be able to create a version that only requires you to select the option again if you actually are interrupted, but, until that day, my mod will at least be an option.
