I used the item add mod and I cannot find all the keys in the devious device files.

Where do I find the keys?

In DD are only 3 keys: Restraint, Chastity and for remove piercings. Other keys are in other mods.

It's two things, apparently simple, but I'm totally noob. lol

 

1. How to make the chastity belt and chastity bra go over the catsuit, like Chloe uses in Nazeen's mission (DCL)? I could upload a screenshot, but I think you should know what I'm talking about. Please let me know if necessary.

I tried to search this thread and others from Google, but didn't found an answer. I tried the Devices Underneath in MCM, but I don't understand how it works.

 

2. Whenever I fall into device furniture, my character becomes naked. Is there a way to keep her devices? Afterall, they are locked and this loses realism.

just curious but was any progress ever made with the hdtsmp problem with the chains/sign/bells being a lump on the ground. i just recently got back into modding skyrim in general and found a handful of conflicting post on this.

There is four. Furniture keys are also part of base DD.

Hello,

I get the message "This device (Heels) requires NetImmerse Override, which you do not have installed."
Can someone help me with that ?
The Heels can not be worn.
And, a lot of devices are invisible, like harnesses.

You don't have RaceMenu installed, or have the wrong version for your version of Skyrim.

something is overwriting DD. find out what mod is doing it and ask there or remove it. if it's DD NG, i'd ask before removing it.

Missing/invisible body is a bodyslide issue. you either haven't built the outfits in bodyslide, or you have the path wrong in bodyslide's settings.

 

If you get warnings about netimmerse override, either you haven't installed racemenu, or the version of racemenu you have isn't compatible with your game version.

nipple piercings are a DD NG issue. and if DDs aren't working on a new game, that's probably also DD NG. have you asked over there?

if you remove dd ng, you need to start a brand new game, you cannot reuse a save where it was installed before.

Hi all, 

 

Just wanna get to the point. Using DD I'm having the issue where my characters arms are outside of any armbinder with invisible hands. However the issue seems to be better quantified by; restraints aren't restraining. Hobble dresses are not causing bunny hopping (despite that option being selected on download), cuffs (yes the restraining type) are not moving hands behind back, ETC. 

 

I've gone through basically every post for years relating to this issue yet non of the fixes have helped me. I *had* nemesis, so i uninstalled it and clean installed a bunch of other mods, didn't help. Tried going back to old FNIS, didn't help. Double and triple checked i have up to date stuff (which could absolutely be wrong as an outsider to all this stuff its very confusing).

I swear I've scrolled up and checked previous pages but non of their fixes have helped or the forum just kinda keeps going without responding. Hopefully I'm being stupid and missing something simple.

P sure that link should lead to load order. I use vortex (it works for me because im dumb) so i used suggested for most of load order and rules and tried to follow instructions for each mod on where to load them but i may have done something wrong there.

Hand tats outside the straitjacket is a known issue I can't resolve. However, there is an experimental option in DD NG (in the SKSE/Plugins/DeviousDevices.ini) that might work for this issue. So you can install DD NG and set the ini option for "# EXPERIMENTAL: If arm nodes should be hidden when straitjacket device is equipped" and see if that helps. If you don't want DD NG, then there's nothing that can be done.

 

For the animation issue, that will also be solved by DD NG, because it switches from FNIS to OAR. This also makes it compatible with Nemesis. But what's likely going on if you've reinstalled your FNIS mods and disabled Nemesis completely is it's fucked with your output folder too. You can try nuking your FNIS output folder and start again from scratch. Make sure your Nemesis output is also disabled.

 

The SUM error is a warning, not an error. Look at SUM's thread for the exact details, but there's a json or yaml or some other editable file (i forget the file name) where you can tell it what sexlab versions are allowed so you don't have to keep seeing the message. There's no actual issue with SUM and newer Sexlab versions as far as I know. Don't install old versions of either SUM or Sexlab.

There's no encryption key. try copy pasting the whole url in the browser, or use the google drive mirror on the troubleshooting post.

Helloooo, sorry I'm asking for some help. I am new to this but I feel I've done decent so far, I'm stumped. I have both Devious Devices and Deviously Cursed loot working perfectly for all women and beast races, but for men they show up invisible. I use NMM, and have the fomod chosen for dd for him and beast races, with beast races loaded after dd for him. I suspect I need to build the devices on male bodies, but then wouldnt it not work for women? Idk I'm lost. I've used this faq to get me this far, but I personally havent found this specific issue, though I'm sure it's there somewhere. Any help is appreciated, thank you

For some reason I can't remove anal plugs. When I try unequip them, the MessageBox has only "Put it in" and "Carry on" options, not option to remove it. Meantime plug stays in and all its effects still apply

There are no bodyslides for the men. and male and female outfits are completely separate,

plugin order is DDa, DDi, DDx, DD For Him, DD BRRF, DD SE Patch. 

 

If you're using NMM, i can only assume it's fucked up again as it tends to do with large mods and not installed it completely. Do you have a BSA for DD for Him?

Try reinstalling, or if you understand your setup well enough and how to manually extract mods and install them, you can try copying out the DD for Him files.
