For me it sounds more like a missing or faulty check for already worn devices when starting the Jack quest. IMHO reloading a save before that happened is the better option.

Reload an older save would be best. While Jack's looks equipped, it actually isn't and is likely broken now.

Recently started using this, and I'm curious about the piercings.  The vibration events that can happen with the soul-gem piercings I would have expected to cause a serious spike in the wearing character's arousal, but this doesn't seem to be the case.  The "buzz" sounds are there, the character moans some, and the notifications pop up, but arousal numbers are seemingly unaffected.  Is this how it's supposed to work, or do I need to start diagnosing a problem?

Edit: nm, I figured out my problem.(changed my comment) Instead I say thanks for you delicious mod. My character has quite hardships with these equipment in game.  >:3

Rusty Iron Handcuffs and Iron Handcuffs, built with 3BA sliders, wrecking FPS, we're talking 2-6 FPS. I first noticed this in Dawnstar and quickly found that one of the Bound Girls wandering around had Rusty Iron Handcuffs equipped. I freed her, items slowly removing and the instant those cuffs were gone, solid stable frame rate at 60. Another one I found in Markarth had them too, same problem. Though when I freed her, they decided to lock onto my character. Again, once they unequipped from her FPS was normal, and as soon as they equipped on my toon the issue was back. Looks like they use SingleIron_go.nif, not readily apparent what slider is used in BS unless these don't actually need a slider.

 

One thing to note, I play in 3rd person and when I went into 1st person the problem stopped while the cuffs were equipped to my character (and *only* on my character, still get massive FPS drop if it's on another nearby actor or one that I can see), then right back to single-digit FPS when in 3rd person until removing them. Help? (note, I saw another line in the FHDT config that disables PC SMP calculation while in 1st person, so that explains that)

 

EDIT1: Some other testing, nif in question is located in devious\ZaZ\SingleIrons_Go.nif. No bodyslide output for this, so I tried copying the same file from ZaZ8+ (installed version of ZaZ that I am using) to that location. Same issue persists. Also tried ZaZ 9.2's version of the same file, no resolution (no, I am not running both ZaZ8+ and 9.2 together, before someone decides to tell me that's the issue; I only copied the above file into the location DD has it to test). Should I bring this up on the ZaZ pages, or has anyone seen this and found a resolution? At this point I'm probably going to check the DCL Bound Girls in xEdit and remove the cuffs and replace with something else for arm/wrist binding.

 

EDIT2: Found the issue. A setting in FHDT will disable SMP hair when a wig is equipped:

<disableSMPHairWhenWigEquipped>true</disableSMPHairWhenWigEquipped>

I had to set this to false to get the Inari Fox tails working, and never had lag with those. However, I noticed when setting that back to true, with the handcuffs equipped my SMP hair stopped moving. Could this be just a poor implementation from ZaZ or possibly something that pre-dates SMP hair/wigs? Something in the nif file or the script attached to them? Really have no idea where to begin troubleshooting in that regard.

 

EDIT3: With the above setting back to true, equipping an SMP-enabled hair wig, and then equipping either of the Rusty Iron Handcuffs or Iron Handcuffs, performance tanks and becomes unusable. Has no one experienced this issue yet? I'm looking at just ripping those two out of the places they are referenced in xEdit to get rid of the problem altogether. I'd rather have SMP hair than these simple cuffs.

Is there any idea where I can look to solve the problem ?

What can happen if some keywords has the same name assigned - but came from different mods.

Does the function 'FormHasKeywordString' still  works correct ?

It would be helpful if there is a possibility to show the keyword in the papyrus log.

DD was made to work with the original Sexlab Aroused. If it's not working, then it's likely whatever arousal mod you are using. I know SLAM had an issue with the arousal not increasing or allowing orgasm from vibration events (something like that, I haven't used it in forever). OSL should work, and SLANG should work. Not sure about SLAX. I'd start there.

_go.nif are static ground meshes. they are not your problem and they wouldn't have bodyslides because they aren't worn. They are not SMP enabled either. If you're trying to trace the nif, then instead of dropping the item and looking at in the console, look through your inventory or the NPC's inventory while it's being worn. You'll need more informative console if you don't have it already.

 

For FPS issues, try using the older versions of the SMP XMLs, found on the troubleshooting post. Or use Devious Devices NG. It doesn't affect everyone, I have never encountered the issue, so i don't know what in the settings the FPS guys told me to use is doing this.

There's a section on this in the troubleshooting post. Using Devious Devices NG is also an option. Use one or the other, not both.

Thank you very much for your hints. I will try Devious Devices NG first.

Skyrim SE version 1.6.1130 I had not yet installed, since the change from 1.6.597 to 1.6.640 makes so much trouble I had switched automatic upgrades in steam off.

I'm using Sexlab Aroused Redux - Baka Mod.  Can you clarify the acronyms you mentioned? (SLAM, SLANG and SLAX)

Just recently started to use the mod myself. I have come to two separate issues.

1. Multiple devices are missing textures, either making the player/NPC model invisible or just not appearing at all.

2. I keep getting an error requiring me to have NetImersive Mod, despite that this mod doesn't exist for Skyrim Special Edition.

 

I looked through both issues, but all solutions are with the older versions of the mod and don't seem to be applicable anymore. That or I'm just that bad at it.

Hey, i have a bit of a Problem. So i released that my nipple piercings dont fit anymore so i tried to fix it but it didnt work. 
So i tried a new save.,,,And there beginns the problem. 
All the mods wich contain Devious Device features dont work anymore (devious devices orignal included).
I have no idea how to fix it.

Hi, I've been trying to give the Ball Gag (Large Ball) the normal speech debuff (where you can still talk to npc like a normal gag, after a short gag talk sequence) via SSEEdit to no avail. Any ideas on how, or what to change? Thanks all!

ok so update i've fixed the not compatible problem but my body is still semitransparent though i can see the heels and gag just fine
