Hey guys, I've just back into my SKyrim again after a few months and I'm running into a problem were the PC, the followers and npcs are t-posing.

Wouldn't FNIS give a warning if it was needed? Maybe try reinstalling XPMSE and run it again.

and this is strange too - or i had too many energy drinks - tkdoge works in my game but doesnt show up in FNIS, i use the v3.11version:

EDIT:

btw... FNIS and TKdoge seem to have some conflicts (tkdoge overwriting vanilla animation entrys, as far as i understand it)

best not to overwrite files from FNIS with TKdoge

I wouldn't think you needed the XXL version as you only have 5479 plus 1227 animations.

 

Patch: "HKX File Compatibility Check Skyrim/SSE" that suggests to me that it is checking Skyrim and/or SSE.

 

The instructions for FNIS specifically tell you not to tick things unless you definitely need them ticked.

Otherwise see if there is not a patch to activate in FNIS Behavior for the PCEA version to be recognized.

hey a stupid idea, but are you using MO?

if so, check if the FNIS files end up in the right MO folder,

i dont use MO regulary so... i cant tell off hand how that works

 

and than there is zzEstrus that can produce such error,

if you need zzEstrus only for estrus chaurus you can deactivate the zzestrus.esp

and just in case, if you get CTD before race menu after you got FNIS working you might have too many animations installed, seems a rather individuell issue, again just in case, FNIS first ^^

Have you run LOOT on that list? ASLAL shouldn't be at #65.

I am using loot and MO, and I also found out that it was PECA that was causing the t-posing problem...

True: PCEA actually. See my related post above: what alerted me is not to have seen any mention about this mod activated in the FNIS log file, curious that there was no warning given in it ... Perhaps it is due to an incomplete installation of the mod in question.
