Well, I would say they prefer metal, or synthetic fabrics.  Very much the opposite of the wood/beast Nymphii that wear "natural" materials.  Not sure latex technically exists in the elder scrolls world though.  It takes an industrial process to turn natural rubber into a fiber mesh that can be shaped into clothing.

 

I haven't decided how supernatural they will look, but they will probably be very pale skinned like the Night Nymphii.  The appearance will probably be the last thing I do, since sculpting the racial trishape is by far the most time consuming part of my process.

 

As for powers I have quite a few ideas that I will have to test in order to determine viability. 

 

The big one I am trying to implement right now is a sort of synergy between armor, movement speed, and melee/spell damage where your damage goes up based on your armor, until you get hit.  Then, you lose the "damage from armor" buff, but get a 10 second 50% movement speed buff.  After the movement speed wears off the "damage from armor" buff returns. 

 

That might sound confusing, but the idea is that you can get a very large increase in damage output as long as you can avoid being hit, and when you do get hit, you can run away or dodge to get to a safer position.  The link to armor is so that you have a reason to avoid getting hit other than survival, and I liked the idea behind the Desert Nymph power that boosts your offense based on a defensive statistic. 

 

Plus, I think this Nymph subtype would be extra cowardly.  There are only so many of them left, and there will never be any more.  It is a race that would be most suited to archery or destruction magic.  Or sneak attacking.

getting punished for looting corpses in the middle of a storm on a Forsworn camp, and finding a "Cursed Loot Slut-Collar" wich prevents any armor....

wich made the attack plan take a different direction.....

So somehow the Vampire ctd issue i had been having, stopped. at the same time that the tools from CUYC decided that they now have inventory weight. so i kicked on. and damn i'm loving this vampire lord angle..... Wildcat (on Expert) , Sacrosanct, Defeat, Pahe, Colourful magic,  Epic!! so worth all the bash spam of Wildcat at low levels to understand the toil now at level 65 all the tools to play for hours like a deity but still 1 wrong decision from (well the drauger arent shy........) anyway...

Another game, another plague of wolves.

Best guess - about 20 or so plus the werewolf. The ww was at about L42 or 45 while everything else, including me, was L2-3. The bastard finally succumbed to a combination of guards (melee and arrows), me with long distance firebolts, more guards and a passing tundra spider or two.



Note to self: Self, sort out the LOD thing and make a decision about the grass.
