Think that line is already placed in your ini by your mod manager. It is a basic requirement for using mods. Check your save game folder.

Hi.

 

I noticed that Sexlab Lovers Victim isn't mentioned in any lists or as considered for converting. It seems the author hasn't been online since 2014. 

 

Could anyone convert this or consider if its possible? i remember using it in Oldrim and its a nice compliment mod to Sexlab aroused.

 

Or does anyone know if it works with SE as it is?

I wish Amorous Adventures had more content aimed for female players. But i understand its mostly for relationships with female NPC's. i think it has a couple male options but so many hot sexy male NPc's passed over. lmao

I kindly offered to test an untested conversion so as to save anyone else installing a potentially broken mod that was requested for SSE and then being upset it broke their game or saves. I honestly do not believe Tron would have kept it away from everyone once he felt comfortable it had been tested as he was not in a position to do so himself. I trully do not believe there was anything selfish or underhand regarding his wish for me to test before any possible public release. If this did in anyway breach any Loverslab etiquette i am sorry as i am sure Tron is too. BUT good news is i did test the mod and it for me works like a dream with no kick ups or issues and works just as it always did for me in Oldrim. The MCM loads well and clearly and it reacts to all changes i gave it in its options. Along side Sexlab Aroused ( which i think it needs) Lovers Victim does what its supposed to.

 

I will leave it to Tron to decide if he is happy it works enough to publically release.

 

Thank you for kindly doing this conversion tron on my initial request as its people like yourself that make that effort all the worth while. :)

Well, you can share privatly, but officially posting is a different thing. You need a permission to do that. We have to play by the rules. Upsetting the orginal authors will not help the community.

Are you looking specifically for things that no one's converted at all, or things without a ready-to-roll conversion uploaded?  Because most of the stuff in purple on the first page haven't actually been uploaded in a converted form, so just having known-good conversions of them up would be nice.

 

As far as stuff that hasn't been done:


Thief (no source code available, probably not convertible at this time)

SexLab Horrible Harassment Expansion (probably convertible)

The Amazing World of Bikini Armor - Armor Break (probably convertible)

Sanguine's Debauchery+ (no idea)

 

At least as far as I know.

what about mods that have an active author but ones that the author isnt interest in porting themselves? Could there be a list of mods they are happy for others to port due to them wanting to only focus on updating their oldrim version? would help stop them being bugged and bothered with SE requests. 

 

maybe a thread that has a list of those ones as some of them are super cool mods and kind of new and working well. 

 

I fully understand many mod authors dont wish to port their own mod simply as they wish to focus on Oldrim and also they dont personally use SE so therefore cant justify investing time to port it to SE. But others could on their behalf, still crediting the original author?

It's a dll plugin, so unless you have the source code and the know how, (or are particularly adept at recreating code), we need to wait for the original author sadly (last we heard of him was when joy of perspective came out, no news and no debugging of this one since then)

? All-in-One HDT Animated Pussy and ? Clams of Skyrim are rather significant. They can be ported in theory (for HDT-SMP of course) but it's a fair bit of work.

? Blush When Aroused is a popular request, but won't work until RaceMenu supports face overlays.

Everything else I wouldn't call "major", but that's such a vague term, and some mods may be important for particular fetishes.

 

If you want to try porting stuff, try any of the ?unknown mods. Even if you don't receive permission to upload your result, simply knowing whether they're convertable (and any non-obvious steps) or not helps.

Me too ? Vilkas and Farkas? Meh. How about suave Brynjolf who can talk his way into anything? Or poor Amren stuck in a loveless marriage. Or lonely Lod desperately seeking companionship. So I tend to end up playing a straight male rather than a bi female.

But I do get the author's difficulty. It's hard to write dialogue and be motivated to create scenarios that you don't care for.

Thief: There are a lot of scripts but after a quick scan I didn't see any of the usual issues. One person has had problems but I'm optimistic it could work.

SD+: Convertable and working for multiple people.

Find a mod you like, check the support thread in case someone else brought up the subject of porting to SSE, and talk to the author. If they're not active and you aren't able to get in touch them, and if the mod permissions don't prohibit a conversion, the community has kinda decided that's it's kinda okay to convert and release as long as you respect the author's wishes should they come back.
