When sims get queued to leave the lot, they have limited functionality and they can stay in that queue for much longer than they should. I'm glad you asked. About a week ago I got a big bug report for the feature that was going to be released to the public. The new slutting outfit system. For some people this system was working fine but for others it wasn't working at all. Interestingly enough, for my test save (where it was working fine one day) stopped working the next. I spent a few hours trying to figure out what was happening. It seemed like the clients were passing the interaction tests to have the prostitute solicitation interactions queue'd but then the interaction was just never queued. The truth is, that I originally designed the slutting outfit system to try and use a base game system at its core that was never meant to do what I was trying to get the slutting outfit system to do. I wasn't happy with the final implementation, it was hard to code for, and very hard to expand upon. So instead of spending more hours trying to get a system that I wasn't satisfied with working and then releasing it to the public, I took the opportunity to can the guts of the slutting outfit system and build a new system from the ground up. Sadly this does mean the next public release was delayed as the new system took significant time to make. My sim hired Summer Holiday's services as a prostitute, and during sex she had blood running down her thigh. I'm using simple mode in WW so she shouldn't be having her period, but I was wondering if there's a bloody deflowering visual sometimes. They jumped straight into a vaginal animation as soon as they started, so I didn't see if it was there before they started doing anything. 1

Have you thought of doing anything pregnancy related like surrogacy / etc? For female sims eg they could sell themselves to provide kids for other sims. A "flower bed" for other sims, so to speak. The other sim would come over to fuck them and try to get them pregnant. Maybe "wants a kid / infertile" traits in NPC are something that could instigate that? Even ones you set manually by going to their households and making them want to reach out to women who could have their kids. For male sims they could be a "pollinator" or something and be called up to fuck female sims that want kids to impregnate them. You'd get paid a certain amount, maybe using your doll class system for the "genetic donation" - if you're rich and good looking you'd be a more desirable surrogate. And there'd be a lot of room for the clients to be... weird. Sending cum in the mail so "flower beds" could get "used to it", wanting to do anything to fill them with cum so they'd have their kid. You could easily play as an existing townie household, buy them, and then mark as unplayed again. For prostitutes, you have to get out and build your customer base. Find sims out in public, click, and select "Offer Body." After they tell you what they want, have sex with them the way you normally would using Wicked Whims. After that, they will then call you from time to time wanting sex. 1

Yes so this is a little small feature of my mod. If you look at their buffs you should see a deflowered buff. It doesn't happen for every sim, just some sims. In the public version, there is a 20 percent chance per first vaginal encounter. For my Patreon version there is a user set percent chance per sim (so some sims will always be losing their virginity). After a bit of time, the blood should go away. There is a chance that this is due to a out of date pose player, but looking at the public code, it's likely to be my fault. I'll add this to a hotpatch and release it if early if there are enough bugs found, otherwise just make sure the sim you are buying isn't around and you should be good to go! The Patrons just saw a release of a cummies baster that lets them get pregnant with donor sperm, I have virginity auctions planned, and I have an baby adoption service in the works (so babies will go back). The scenario really isn't likely to come up very often, and the sim may not be on screen but still on the lot, depending on where your camera is pointed. 1
